I've noticed that the owner of the salon has gotten much friendlier since my first review, and the salon continues to carry good products and make excellent lattes! I think this salon has a lot of potential, they just need to recruit new talent.

Would have paid in cash, but didn't have enough due to $25 add on for full color. Prices vary depending on stylist, so I will definitely call PRIOR to appointment. I have tried a few salons in the area and I knew Lee at la femme was the one I could trust - and I was right! First of all he starts your appointment asking you pertinent questions about your thoughts about what you are looking for. If you're getting color he explains what works, what won't, and why, depending on what you want. I am a low maintenance person so he knew what would be best, always letting me be in control of the final decision. I showed him the photo of the cut I wanted ( which involved taking 6 inches off the length) and we had an extended conversation to make sure exactly what I hoped for. I have also heard him talking to a little boy about 7 years old in the same caring way before he cut his hair. Lee treats your hair and style as a work of art, he is so professional with products, so meticulous with the cut and color. He is a perfectionist. He doesn't rush. If you want a special experience that really matters, where you are heard - you are made to feel important here with him.
