She got a haircut and blowout in a style that is easy for my wife to maintain. Stephanie, the receptionist, was extremely cordial and took extra care to explain services available. The hair stylist Camille was a perfect fit for my wife. She listened with great attention to my wife's concerns and requests for how she wanted her hair done. Camille explained every step of the way, making sure my wife understood her options as Camille performed her craft to give my wife the haircut she would be most comfortable with. What a great experience for my wife and me. Needless to say, we have booked the next appointment with great expectations for another wonderful experience.

I will never go back to this salon again they truly do not know anything about mixing color.

The girls at the desk were very friendly and nice with checking in. The inside looked clean, and organized. What threw me off was when the girl who started doing my hair had someone else belong I guess they have assistants now to help with hair ? Usually when I've gotten my hair down the last it was only one stylist doing my hair but here there's helpers so it's not just the hair stylist . Little confusing when it came time to tip because it's basically an extra person I didn't plan on tipping . The end trust of my hair was definitely how k wanted so no complaints ! They didn't a good job and the best part was being in and not with an hour even with highlights , cut and blowout .

Stephen is someone I would recommend without hesitation. Three stars given for some ambiguity. Advertisement listed, "Single process color, cut, and dry $49". Single process meaning just a root touch up, but that is not written on the ad. I paid an additional $25 and was told of the increase as soon as I sat down, so no deception. Just wish I knew prior to the appointment. I also did not know there was a 4% fee for credit cards. Unfortunately did not see any wording on website to inform me of this fee. Would have paid in cash, but didn't have enough due to $25 add on for full color. Prices vary depending on stylist, so I will definitely call PRIOR to appointment. Please note, there are no prices posted in the store, on a website or in a brochure.

Not only did she do a great job, she listened to an old woman cry and vent about the injustice of the universe. the day before I got my face waxed (I hate facial hair on me) and they used some kind of different type of wax and it didn't hurt at all. so not only would I recommend this salon for great work, I also recommend it for its compassion to people! thank you ladies!

I had my hair done by two other stylists. I'm really picky about my hair and I just felt as though they couldn't get it quite right. Especially my bangs... they are "whispy"... not full! I always seem to have a difficult time conveying what that means. I've noticed that the owner of the salon has gotten much friendlier since my first review, and the salon continues to carry good products and make excellent lattes! I think this salon has a lot of potential, they just need to recruit new talent.
