For once I discovered someone amazing!!! I notice as I've gotten older my eyebrows do not fully grow back. Nadia did an excellent job of reshaping my eyebrows and recommended castor oil to help them grow more. She's a keeper!!! I've recommended to a few people already! And when it's time for my daughter to do her eyebrows, Nadia will be the one to touch them.

I wish I could give zero stars : Terrible experience from start to finish…read more I came in for a hair appointment, and the stylist was late right off the bat. Then she botched the dye job because she didn't leave the color on long enough -- so she had to do it again. That alone wasted an hour and a half of my day. Then I had to wait even longer because she decided to straighten someone else's hair mid-appointment. Another 20 minutes gone. I paid $360 for tape-in extensions, plus $75 per bundle to install. And guess what? The extensions started falling out after just 17 hours -- not even one full day. I was told they would last 20 days. What a complete ripoff. I reached out to the salon, hoping they'd make things right. Their response? The only thing they offered was a free reinstall. Why would I let them touch my hair again after everything that went wrong? No refund, no real apology, just a weak excuse for customer service. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. I wasted time, money, and walked away feeling completely scammed.

She was just watching her kid and multiple clients at a time but didn't monitor the solution she was placing on my lashes. ZERO stars! My son has been growing his hair for 4 years. I took him to get a trim because he was…read moregoing to get his hair braided right after. I asked the owner if anyone was available to trim his hair she pointed to the barber sitting across from her trying to brush me off and just get me out the way. I told the barber exactly the length I wanted his hair trimmed in Spanish since he seemed more comfortable speaking in Spanish. He then proceeded to just chop off his hair recklessly and kept cutting. I had to tell him do not cut his hair so much he is going to get it braided right after. He kept cutting his hair it looks like he had no experience cutting hair he wasn't even cutting evenly. He got too scissor happy and ruined my son's hair! My son's hair was a little past his shoulders and all I told the barber to trim a little above his shoulders. I took my son off the chair and went to ask the Braider if she can even braid his hair now and she said no it's too short. She told the owner the owner didn't care they kept saying that's the length I told him when I clearly told him in Spanish what I wanted and to not cut too short since he is getting his hair braided! They obviously didn't care. Horrible customer service. Barber does not know how to cut hair and the owner is useless. And they expected me to pay lol I told them I'm not paying for nothing! Don't waste your time coming here unless you want your hair messed up. 0 out of 10 recommend! They ruined my sons hair for his birthday
