I started going here since moving to the south shore, and have been so happy with my service. I have tried regular manicures as well as powder manicures and both have come out great. On one occasion, one of my powder nails fell off (which had never happened before), but when I called they immediately fit me in and fixed it without any issues. My friend and I came here after she made reservations for us with Kana to get our nails done. The pricing is around the same as how much I usually pay at other salons for gel/powder manicures with tips. However, what I do notice is that after they finish the manicures with their client, they do not clean the station or the supplies. Other than that, I am beyond happy with the manicure I got. I originally came here because of my nail tech who was in a different salon and moved here. However the products used are terrible and just the general service is bad. I come occasionally for a pedicure now and then if in a rush since it is only 5 mins away. However do not recommend coming here if you want a relaxing experience and treated like a paying customer! read more

My sister and I walked in for a manicure and pedicure. We were serviced right away. I got jenny and my sister got a man (idr his name). Immediately she's trying to upsell spa packages for the pedicure. We both say no. Then the roast season starts. " You cut your nails too short, your heels are dry and cracked"no laughed because at first it was funny but then she said it multiple times. She offers to scrub my feet and an oil treatment for an additional cost so I said sure. That's how I ended up with a cut on my big toe. The pedicure itself was nice. I looked over at my sister's foot during the pedicure and my sister had a hair on her foot. I asked how did that get on there and she said from the pedicure water. We both thought that was disgusting. The manicure was standard. She takes me to the drying station and then give me a quick 5 minute shoulder rub. I saw another woman get one but she seemed like a regular so I didn't think I'd be getting one but everyone does. The spa itself was big and bright. I came because they have decent prices. The parking lot has only 3 spots. The nail polish on my fingers has already chipped and it's only been a week. I came to relax but got roasted by the nail tech instead. Worst experience Will never come again I was picking the color I wanted, I picked one color (pink) and they put a totally different color (ugly purple) .. I said nicely, "I am sorry I picked this one" and she said That's the color I put and then starting to take it off without me saying it .. and then I started picking another color and that other girl came up to me saying.. ur taking so long and we will not do ur nails.. then I told the other girl okay take it off I won't do it, then she asked r u sure? I loved sugar nails. I was a religious costumer here every 3 weeks for months and sent everyone I know here! I would go to the owner and she did an excellent job on my powder nails. However, I was very turned off when I wanted to try a "chrome" polish on top of one nail. I didn't like it so she removed it. My nail was already set so she didn't have to redo my nail. Just removed the chrome on top with acetone for 5 seconds the same amount of time it took her to sprinkle it on. She ended up charging me $5 extra dollars for this! Something that took less than 30 seconds combined and it was her suggestion to "try" the chrome on one nail first, because she stated not many people like it. While $5 isn't a lot of money, it's the principle so they have lost a loyal customer, as I have not been back. read more

Where do I begin..... I came for a 2 week visit from Italy and my friend took me to get my nails done , I was so excited !! well the excitement didn't last ! Very nice salon clean and nice .Got myself man and pedi . She was a new girl and had answered her cellphone twice she apologized twice ok fine than I notice the UV light blinking and there was no plug ,so I asked her is it working she did blink and said yes it's wireless my hands were under a blinking UVLIGHT ! When I got outside I noticed my nail did look great but I did say anything! Then that even the top was rugged and look like they were peeling we went back got my nail fixed but they were all peeling! Upset and mind you I am on vacation no house work ! Gel manicure should last this did not last a week. read more

My first time at the salon and I am very pleased with my experience. I was recommended to this nail salon and I enjoyed my manicure and pedicure. The salon is clean and pretty with good staff. Will go again! read more
