Went there as a 2nd time for propane refill. I checked in the past and they have the best price around here. As of June 23, price per gal was 2.99 + taxes. Service was quick. I went inside, told a guy, he came right out and helped me refill. Noticed later that they have a sign saying just drive to the refill station. There is a button nearby the station to call for attendance. He even helped me take a filled tank back to my car. I think his name is Gavin. He also give me a tip to prevent rusting on the tank as a precaution. No reason not to come back here for future refills.

Truck was clean and worked great, and the return process was just as quick.

Most of the Co-Op's I hand around at these days are food Co-Op's so going to a farm one reminded me…read moreof going to these when my parents would go to them for their ranch supplies sometimes. The main idea was to kill a bit of time and the hope of maybe seeing some baby chicks even though they are often in these stores on a seasonal basis. Well indeed we did get to see the baby chicks. Many were older at this point and had their own feathers but there were younger furry ones too. The older ones yellow fur was gone but they were still very cute. All different kinds of different chickens here also so quite a nice variety of types. Don't handle them on your own as the signs indicate as a staff member needs to be reached before going further with that. There are lots of other inventory for your agricultural needs and in my mind would be a great place to go to stock up on supplies.

I love the Co-Op. Somehow, they always have everything I need despite SEEMING tiny. Last year, I…read morebought some turkeys and ducks for the first time - which means I go to the Co-Op pretty regularly - food, oyster shell, straw, bug treats, etc... I love that they're ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP. Last year, I wanted a specific kind of duck and they helped me get an appointment for the specific time when they were coming in. Same for the turkeys - they worked with me via email to set up the appointment. It was beyond everything I expected, especially considering COVID craziness. If they're ever out of something at this location, they'll check if they have it at the Monroe location (a quick, 7-8 min drive). Again - always ready and willing to help you out. A big draw is that they have no-ethanol fuel - the preferred fuel for small engines (lawnmowers, weed-whackers... etc.) and you can fill up propane here. So, it can get pretty busy. Completely unrelated to ducks and turkeys, I recently built a gym in my garage - due to COVID - and Tractor Supply was the premier supplier of 3/4 inch horse stall mats - the preferred DIY gym flooring solution. These mats are ALWAYS OUT OF STOCK... and people camp out on the page checking for stock and are driving 100's miles to get them. It's nuts. However, Snohomish Co-Op recently got a bunch in stock. I don't know if this is something they usually have, but I appreciated them getting them in! It's just such a useful place, and I really appreciate it!

When we called on Thursday to ask when they would be here, they told us they would not be here till next Tuesday. I called them personally and asked why this was going on. When the person on the phone could not help me, I asked to speak with a manager and they hung up on my face. We live in the mountains. We have been out of propane and have not had heat for four days and now they are telling us we will not have propane for eight days. These people do not care or have any compassion for their customers. Update: I talked to someone from Northwest Propain . The person I talked to on the phone did not want to help us at all.  The person I talked to on the phone cared more about her being right, than some people who live on a mountain and have not had heat for 4 days. The  person I talked to on the phone should have called us on Monday and told us your company would be unable to help us for  another 9 days, instead of wait for us to call on the day we were told we would get propane. The person I talked to on the phone had zero compassion, or understanding. We called another company and explained our situation and they are bringing us propane first thing in the morning. You know why? Because they care. We have cancelled our account with you and will no longer be doing buisness with you because you were willing to let us freeze to death on the mountain because you have no compassion or understanding for your costumers, who by the way are human beings.

I wasn't sure what was wrong just that there was a problem. I was pretty impressed to say the least !! The Everett store went above the call of duty to come out last minute and make sure that we were safe. They stepped outside the box and made it simple and not a big deal. Very much appreciated and I am very impressed that they would take the time to do this right then and there. They followed thru and Scott was great. Called me to stay in touch and tell me what the problem was but most appreciated was that they made it so easy for me and just took care of it. Scott was great !! We appreciate Scott and the whole staff for going above the call of duty today and I can't thank them enough that keeping us safe was there top priority !!! Today, Tim helped me with a cart, bottle and accessories. I'm going to welding school at EvCC and Central Welding has an awesome student discount that makes it easy to get started. Top quality products at a fair price. An example: my Japanese made Welpers with student discount were 30% less than the same pair on Amazon. I found the same savings on nearly everything I purchased when compared to online vendors. Support local and keep the personal service of hometown shops alive. Thank you for all the help and I look forward to my next visit! -Dave
