The woman who assisted me was friendly&did a wonderful job on my brows,I was very impressed! I've had terrible experiences with painful facials, redness and breaking out after threading and getting burnt by waxing. After these experiences I am very picky about who I allow going near my delicate face. After years of not letting anyone touch my face Nas made me feel so comfortable and in control of the outcome of her services. She was extremely accommodating and allowed me to be very specific about how i wanted things, greatly easing my anxiety. The first time I went to Beauty by Nas I got threading of my eyebrows and upper lip. She is a marksman for eyebrows and was great about keeping my brows thick but shaped. With no weird red bumps from threading after my first experience I was hooked and knew I found a trustworthy woman that i needed to hang onto closely! The second time I visited Nas I decided to treat myself to a facial, conquering a second fear. It was sooooo relaxing I thought i knew how bad my first facial was but in truth had no idea how terrible until receiving the most relaxing, cleansing facial ever! Nas is so thorough, she took her time extracting from my problem areas of nose and around my lips. My face felt like it took a deep cleansing breath of fresh air! I referred every single friend of mine to Nas! They all love her and routinely get waxed clean! Ignorance is not bliss! I contacted as I was told only to have my messages ignored by the "assistant" When I continued to try to schedule an appointment I have proof I was told to schedule, I was told it now was not possible while other people continued to receive the service. I attempted to contact the makeup beauty parlour directly and was talked down to and told it wasn't their problem and to contact her directly...well ya if I could get some sort of response I would. I have tried to schedule with 3 other places that won't go over this work. So I'm stuck I plan to further file complaints and look into my options. Sad customer service.

It wasn't my concern that the order was delayed, I understood that with the holidays, it was my concern that I was being constantly ignored and I really didn't appreciate that after spending a lot on this one item... After one month of trying to get responses and updates, the business decided to cancel the order and refund me which I was a bit upset about, but I'm waiting to get my money back now at least. I really hope they fix their customer service and how people can respond to them with concerns! That's such a big thing for a business!!! If they told me two weeks into the order that they wanted to cancel, I would've understood rather than a month later.....

First of all, the tech didn't cut my actual nails. I've been getting my nails done for almost 10 years so I thought this was pretty weird. Once we had gotten to the ombre, it really started to get bad. The ombre on my left hand isn't horrible, definitely could be better but not my main complaint. Theres glitter in my nails, she didn't blend my nails on my right hand, and not even 24 hours later one of my nails snapped because she spent so long sanding them to try to get the ombre looking better. I had ended up calling back to asked to get them fixed, and they told me that she charged me less because she messed up (without telling me) and that i would have to pay full price to get them fixed. If I have to pay full price, I might as well go somewhere where I will have a good experience. I would NOT recommend going here, you're better off going literally anywhere else
