The directions via GPS weren't great;this place is actually in the Outlet Mall kind of kiddy-corner to the Timberland store. There was one person ahead of me so the wait time wasn't long@all. The woman who assisted me was friendly&did a wonderful job on my brows,I was very impressed! She took her time unlike most,making sure everything was neat&clean :-) I will gladly drive another hour&a half to have her thread my eyebrows again in about 4 weeks,because she did such fantastic job!

Why was I charged $15 for polish removal when I only had regular polish on that took no more than 20 seconds to wipe off. When I went to pay she said they charge 3 % on card payments. It's 2025 why is that a thing?? Don't even get me started on the lady who serviced me trying to coerce me into getting my nails and eyebrows also done as well. I contacted as I was told only to have my messages ignored by the "assistant" When I continued to try to schedule an appointment I have proof I was told to schedule, I was told it now was not possible while other people continued to receive the service. I attempted to contact the makeup beauty parlour directly and was talked down to and told it wasn't their problem and to contact her directly...well ya if I could get some sort of response I would. I have tried to schedule with 3 other places that won't go over this work. So I'm stuck I plan to further file complaints and look into my options. Sad customer service.
