I got my nails done yesterday, and it was a mess! I asked for dip with acrylic tips-- and when the man was putting on the tips, he did a piss poor job with the glue! There were several nails that were not securely glued down on the in places- some of them were sticking up without glue in spots! When I pointed this out and asked the man to fix them, he was unwilling to do so at first, saying they were fine. We went back and forth for 5 minutes on this he finally relented and fixed them for me This morning, I'm looking at the nails and they are chipping their top coat!! I had went to this salon a few days ago to get my nails done. I wanted acrylic stilettos with black to red ombre. The whole time from start to finish was a mess. First of all, the tech didn't cut my actual nails. I've been getting my nails done for almost 10 years so I thought this was pretty weird. Once we had gotten to the ombre, it really started to get bad. The ombre on my left hand isn't horrible, definitely could be better but not my main complaint. Theres glitter in my nails, she didn't blend my nails on my right hand, and not even 24 hours later one of my nails snapped because she spent so long sanding them to try to get the ombre looking better. I had ended up calling back to asked to get them fixed, and they told me that she charged me less because she messed up (without telling me) and that i would have to pay full price to get them fixed. If I have to pay full price, I might as well go somewhere where I will have a good experience. I would NOT recommend going here, you're better off going literally anywhere else read more

I called ahead and made an appointment for the combo mani + Pedi. Upon arrival I was immediately brought to the chair for the pedicure, all went well and my technician was nice (Rose) However, I had to pay for my service before my manicure was done and my tip amount was shared with my technician before my hands were done, basically, my tip determined how good of a job she was going to do. After, she moved me over to the fan to dry my nails and disappeared. As I had already paid for my service, I sat under the fan for 30 mins and after she didn't return, I left the salon. Within 24 hours, my nails have already started chipping. $66 for that.... not happy. read more

This was the WORST experience I've ever had at any nail salon ever. I am a travel nurse and go to many different states to have my nails done. I have never been discriminated against the way I have at this place. I was skipped over at least 10 times. Even a customer pointed out that I was waiting for a very long time to be serviced. My friend and I went in for pedicures. We were told that we could not sit together and right after being told that we watched the owner walk over to 2 Caucasian girls and tell them to wait 5 minutes because he is waiting to get them 2 pedicure chairs side by side. It was the most embarrassing and degrading experiences I've had. I have had my nails done here 2 times already and had similar experiences. I try my hardest not to jump to these type of conclusions which is why I gave them chance after chance to correct this behavior. It was not only apparent to me, but every other customer in the salon recognized what was going on and voiced that it wasn't right. Went for Pedi on Friday morning. She was distracted w her phone the entire time. Nipped cuticles more than once. By Sunday my one toe was puffy and red and now There's clearly an infection. I noticed they didn't line the tubs to insure no bacteria from the drains but wanted to give them a shot. Awful. Will never get a pedi at a place that doesn't use liners ever again. I love coming here! I've been coming here for a little over 2 years now, and I'm never disappointed. They always do what I request and never make me feel awkward. Today especially I was very surprised, I came in for a full set fill in, and then last minute decided to also include a pedicure... I realized that I had to be at work within 20 minutes and the lady not only did and exceptional job, but she did it under pressure and within minutes. Mind you I get gel on my feet so it does take some time due to needing the layers of coat to dry. I just got home from work and my toes look amazing! I just moved out to NF and was looking for a new nail place. I went here on a Sunday and it was crazy busy. The staff did a great job at getting walk in and appointments in and out the door in a good amount of time. Kayla did my nails. Even though the place was busy, she didn't rush on my nails and did an exceptional job. Will definitely come back! They also have mani/pedi options that include wine and beer. How cool is that! I was so grossed out by this place. I would never go back. I guess it's typical of a nail salon to pump out as many clients as they can, but they should at least take the time to clean up between guests. The guy who did my nails didn't even bother to clean the used products off of the towel from the person before me. The towel was not changed out, and there wasn't even a clean paper towel put down for me like some other people had. I sat with a pile of plastic nail tips with cotton and nail polish stuck all over them from the person before me who had gel or dip nails removed. EVERYTHING was dirty at the nail stations. I was referred to this nail salon but I have no idea in the world why anyone would ever go to the salon unless you like to be treated like crap. I'm not used to writing this type of review but the tone and atmosphere of this salon is very rude and very unaccomodating. I go to a salon to relax and I was not even greeted with a hello, how are you , what's your name, or my name is..... I sometimes tolerate this type of service at a place where I'm buying goods but I'll be dog goned if i ever pay my hard earned money to get terrible service like this. We had 11am pedicure appointments that were scheduled more than a week ago and waited over 30 minutes to be put in a chair. I was told by the owner it was Mother's Day weekend. It's not my problem when I had an appointment. Maybe the owner shouldn't overbook apointments if they don't want to have the staff available to accommodate those that book appointments. Will never come back. Everyone is rude. The people we had appointments with completely dismissed our appointments and left us sitting there waiting. If the owner wants a successful business then maybe she shouldn't be rude and get an attitude with everyone that comes in to get a service.
