A big part of my rating on reviews come from consistency. My last pedicure was WONDERFUL, this one was "ok". We did have to wait almost a hour but I do understand that has nothing to do with them. Just wish some of the staff was a bit more personable and payed attention to small details during the pedicure. That's what makes a good pedi, if you ask me! read more

Niagara Falls Nails And Spa - Pedicure, French tip - Nail Salons Near Me - Niagara Falls, New York

I have been going to this nail salon for 4 years now. I have always liked it! However, after my last visit on Monday, I will NEVER be going back. I was getting a fill when all of a sudden this one older lady comes up to me with a broom in her hand and this nasty look on her face. I thought she was going to use the broom to start cleaning, however she takes the broom and hits me in the head with it!!!! I was SHOCKED and confused. They all started yelling at her and apologizing to me. Luckily it didn't hurt, but I was very taken back by this. And she never once apologized to me. It made me angry and uncomfortable because she just sat back down as if nothing had happened and she didn't just assault me with a broom. The younger girl who answers the phones came over to make sure I was okay and gave me my nails for free and she was extra kind, but I think something else needs to be done. This lady should be fired. read more

I got my nails done yesterday, and it was a mess! I asked for dip with acrylic tips-- and when the man was putting on the tips, he did a piss poor job with the glue! There were several nails that were not securely glued down on the in places- some of them were sticking up without glue in spots! When I pointed this out and asked the man to fix them, he was unwilling to do so at first, saying they were fine. We went back and forth for 5 minutes on this he finally relented and fixed them for me This morning, I'm looking at the nails and they are chipping their top coat!! These are supposed to last 4 weeks, not 23 hours! This beyond frustrating! I shouldn't have to fight for quality nails! read more

I had went to this salon a few days ago to get my nails done. I wanted acrylic stilettos with black to red ombre. The whole time from start to finish was a mess. First of all, the tech didn't cut my actual nails. I've been getting my nails done for almost 10 years so I thought this was pretty weird. Once we had gotten to the ombre, it really started to get bad. The ombre on my left hand isn't horrible, definitely could be better but not my main complaint. Theres glitter in my nails, she didn't blend my nails on my right hand, and not even 24 hours later one of my nails snapped because she spent so long sanding them to try to get the ombre looking better. I had ended up calling back to asked to get them fixed, and they told me that she charged me less because she messed up (without telling me) and that i would have to pay full price to get them fixed. If I have to pay full price, I might as well go somewhere where I will have a good experience. I would NOT recommend going here, you're better off going literally anywhere else read more

I called ahead and made an appointment for the combo mani + Pedi. Upon arrival I was immediately brought to the chair for the pedicure, all went well and my technician was nice (Rose) However, I had to pay for my service before my manicure was done and my tip amount was shared with my technician before my hands were done, basically, my tip determined how good of a job she was going to do. After, she moved me over to the fan to dry my nails and disappeared. As I had already paid for my service, I sat under the fan for 30 mins and after she didn't return, I left the salon. Within 24 hours, my nails have already started chipping. $66 for that.... not happy. read more

This place!!! Smfh. I have been getting my nails done for years!! they shaped my nails like shit. Then told me they couldn't do ombré without a whole new set. That I needed to do dip to make one nail ombré. They sent me away with poorly shaped nails and no color. It's not even enjoyable to get your nails done anymore because it's so expensive and no one wants to do what I want. read more

Niagara Falls Nails And Spa - $25 for an argument and a fucked up fill - Nail Salons Near Me - Niagara Falls, New York

Love the people that work there jade is the best!! But the owner isn't very nice at all He loves to argue with customers instead of apologizing for his mistakes and then talks in his language about you to his employees . read more

The ladies and men who work here go above and beyond, I love how they take their time to do your nails and don't rush. Niagara Falls Nails And Spa - Coffin nails with spiced peach gel and a light pink color - Nail Salons Near Me - Niagara Falls, New York

On my last visit I got a brand new set of nails put on, before walking in the door today. One of my nails fell off so I needed to get it repaired. May did my nails both times, she decided even though it was a new set that she was going to up charge me $5 for the nail repair. I've had this issue where a nail broke or fell off and no one else ever made me pay because of it... they all happily fixed it no problems because my sister and I have been loyal costumers for years! I guess it's time to start looking for a new nail salon in the area that will give me what I need and not charge extra when it's clearly the error or the nail technician, there is no reason a nail should just fall off that quickly! If I could give them no stars I would just based off of this experience! read more

This is the second time I've gotten acrylics done in my life and I would not go back to this place to get them again. The man who did my nails filed my thumb so hard that he broke skin and it started to bleed, and when he applied the clear polish, he missed some parts of my nails. Some look indented and I could've done a better job if I just did them myself. read more

Niagara Falls Nails And Spa - Nails, almond shape - Nail Salons Near Me - Niagara Falls, New York

This was the WORST experience I've ever had at any nail salon ever. I am a travel nurse and go to many different states to have my nails done. I have never been discriminated against the way I have at this place. I was skipped over at least 10 times. Even a customer pointed out that I was waiting for a very long time to be serviced. My friend and I went in for pedicures. We were told that we could not sit together and right after being told that we watched the owner walk over to 2 Caucasian girls and tell them to wait 5 minutes because he is waiting to get them 2 pedicure chairs side by side. It was the most embarrassing and degrading experiences I've had. I have had my nails done here 2 times already and had similar experiences. I try my hardest not to jump to these type of conclusions which is why I gave them chance after chance to correct this behavior. It was not only apparent to me, but every other customer in the salon recognized what was going on and voiced that it wasn't right. It's ridiculous living in America in 2022 and still dealing with people like this. Love everyone. read more

I like this place. They always seem to go the extra mile for the clients- and charge the same as all of the other salons in the area. I did notice that they will take regulars out of turn and make the others wait. But, if that's what keeps people coming back and keeps their business alive then I guess they have to do what they have to do. read more

Went for Pedi on Friday morning. She was distracted w her phone the entire time. Nipped cuticles more than once. By Sunday my one toe was puffy and red and now There's clearly an infection. I noticed they didn't line the tubs to insure no bacteria from the drains but wanted to give them a shot. Awful. Will never get a pedi at a place that doesn't use liners ever again. I get constantly and now the one time I go to a place without liners I have an infection. Am now taking antibiotics for the infection. Paint job only good thing out of it. read more

Owner needs to start paying attention to customers. He disregards the Customer when they are trying to have a conversation with them. I had an appointment and told him that and he told me to wait. Over an hour past appointment time, he got me in a seat. Customers pay good money to go there, treat them right. His goal is to get as many customers taken care of at once instead of treating those who are long-standing customers and make appointments with appreciation. He also needs to be respectful of his staff and their talents...let them take the time to do the job well. read more

This use to be a very good salon but it has gone down hill. I think the owners may be too busy with their other business, a restaurant. The wait time is crazy, the place is not very clean, and getting an decent manicure is iffy. Some techs are ok but I want better and I found it at a salon in Lockport in the Home depot plaza. read more

I love coming here! I've been coming here for a little over 2 years now, and I'm never disappointed. They always do what I request and never make me feel awkward. Today especially I was very surprised, I came in for a full set fill in, and then last minute decided to also include a pedicure... I realized that I had to be at work within 20 minutes and the lady not only did and exceptional job, but she did it under pressure and within minutes. Mind you I get gel on my feet so it does take some time due to needing the layers of coat to dry. I just got home from work and my toes look amazing! Thank you so much you guys.. you are definitely the best in the falls!!! read more

I just moved out to NF and was looking for a new nail place. I went here on a Sunday and it was crazy busy. The staff did a great job at getting walk in and appointments in and out the door in a good amount of time. Kayla did my nails. Even though the place was busy, she didn't rush on my nails and did an exceptional job. Will definitely come back! They also have mani/pedi options that include wine and beer. How cool is that! Prices were about normal. The inside is beautiful as well. read more

I received a good gel manicure but found it strange that I was charged extra to take off my existing polish which I had done there previously. No happy with that. read more

Be warned they reuse emery boards and cutting tools. I got a foot infection from there.

Raised prices way to high! No one to communicate with language wise, sad.

Not sure if this is a new location because I had to create a page for it. However I had such a good experience that I didn't mind making it. If it wasn't for seeing them on Facebook I would have never known to go there. very skilled and friendly staff. I had botched nails from a different pervious nail salon. Not only were they able to fix them but they also did exactly what I wanted. Also my boyfriend took my debit card to buy groceries and I didn't realize I didn't have it until half way thru the appointment. They were very understanding when I had to leave to get more cash. I would defiantly go back, I can't stop looking at my nails. It was $32 to fill my acrylics with gel plus they had to completely fix two of my nails and shaped them all very reasonable read more

Would have given 5 stars, but we had an appt at 7pm, didn't even start us until 7:50, they close at 8 so I felt a little rushed. Owner is very nice and I will be back. read more

I went in this Sunday for a pedi, the woman said pick a color and the would take me right away. A few moments later I had a question for her tried getting her attention a couple of times. I finally said excuse me, she very rudely said "you can ask him, I am not the only one that can speak English in here". If my feet weren't in the water I would of left! Really don't appreciate being treated as if I'm ignorant. Julia read more

I was so grossed out by this place. I would never go back. I guess it's typical of a nail salon to pump out as many clients as they can, but they should at least take the time to clean up between guests. The guy who did my nails didn't even bother to clean the used products off of the towel from the person before me. The towel was not changed out, and there wasn't even a clean paper towel put down for me like some other people had. I sat with a pile of plastic nail tips with cotton and nail polish stuck all over them from the person before me who had gel or dip nails removed. EVERYTHING was dirty at the nail stations. I was too embarrassed to walk out or ask the man to clean up his mess after I sat down. I got a quick regular manicure and left. And it was chipping off by the next day. read more

TERRIBLE! They reused emery boards and buffers, you would think with COVID they'd be more sanitary! Also, I have been getting dipped nails for about a year now and I tried this place because I could not get an appointment with my regular nail salon. These are the worst nails I have EVER had, they are thick, and already peeling off. I asked for a manicure which I did not get (thankfully) and I was there over an hour! would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. read more

I went there today for the first time and I love my nails! Every other place I have gone they chip so easily the guy that did them took so much time and they look beautiful. I was referred to this nail salon but I have no idea in the world why anyone would ever go to the salon unless you like to be treated like crap. I'm not used to writing this type of review but the tone and atmosphere of this salon is very rude and very unaccomodating. I go to a salon to relax and I was not even greeted with a hello, how are you , what's your name, or my name is..... I sometimes tolerate this type of service at a place where I'm buying goods but I'll be dog goned if i ever pay my hard earned money to get terrible service like this. The people that own or manage this place need to take a course in customer service seriously this is the worst experience I've had in the longest time. Please go to another nail salon this one is the worst ive ever been and ive been to at least 30 salons, and I am also an excellent tipper when I receive at least decent treatment. This place doesn't even get a zero read more

My absolute go to place for nails. They're super clean, friendly, and no matter how busy, they do an amazing job! Highly recommend!

We had 11am pedicure appointments that were scheduled more than a week ago and waited over 30 minutes to be put in a chair. I was told by the owner it was Mother's Day weekend. It's not my problem when I had an appointment. Maybe the owner shouldn't overbook apointments if they don't want to have the staff available to accommodate those that book appointments. Will never come back. Everyone is rude. The people we had appointments with completely dismissed our appointments and left us sitting there waiting. If the owner wants a successful business then maybe she shouldn't be rude and get an attitude with everyone that comes in to get a service. The owner also is unprofessional, said to another customer who is my family that she didn't like me. My family member also told her that's fine because none of us will be back. Great way to treat your customers. I see this business closing very soon considering the owners suck and are rude and don't know how to talk to people or treat them read more
