This is my 2nd review for The W Spa --- I just cannot say enough good things!…read more When I find a place where the services are not only phenomenal but the customer service is out of this world as well, I just have to share. I've been a regular customer for 10+ years and have loved watching their business grow. I regularly see Kim W. for eyebrow waxing and she is so talented---a true artist! She always makes me feel comfortable, beautiful and happy. I look forward to my appointments with her not just because of how it makes me look but because I love just chatting with her! I've also tried the 'lash lift' with Kim and love it, I couldn't believe the difference it made. Last week I had my very first facial ever with Kim and I was totally blown away, as soon as it was over I was thinking of wanting to book another appointment. I did have a very slight problem and could not have asked for a more professional, courteous and caring resolution. I have found that you find out the true 'core beliefs' of a business when something doesn't go as expected and The W Spa has once again proven to me that they truly care about their customers. That kind of experience only reinforces my love and loyalty for them. Today I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Lisa Jo and I left feeling amazing. Lisa Jo is such a kind person, so genuine and caring and her massages are out of this world. Worth every penny! I also look forward to seeing Lisa Jo simply because she is so wonderful to talk with. I have compared their prices to other places and while I think some things are a bit more expensive there, I have found it to be worth it. The spa is beautiful, peaceful and immaculate. Everyone at The W Spa is friendly, kind and so very talented. Give them a try, you won't regret it!

I asked for more pressure but didn't receive it. I'd say it was a pleasant experience but if you're looking for deep tissue or pressure release this likely isn't the place. I love their BB cream makeup in the little glass pots. It is sheer coverage and has a really lovely natural slightly orangey smell. Anytime I need to get made up, I use this. They have other makeup products like blush, eye shadows, and mascaras. They also do lipbalms, perfumes, lotions, and various tonics and other beauty items. In addition to their organic beauty aids they also display various items of jewelry from local jewelers. They are mostly made of semiprecious stones and are very beautiful. I have two bracelets and a necklace that I wear often from here. The shop is quite small but there is a lot packed in here. The owners are super friendly and helpful. They also sell online and on Etsy I believe and if you follow them on Facebook they do little events quite often where you can try out some products and enter to win some as well. You can also request custom jewelry from their displaying artisans. The parking is ample behind the business but the door is on the right side of the building.
