I've been a member for over a decade but had someone done that to me, I wouldn't have joined. I suggest providing a better customer service experience to all the guests -especially new ones. She directed me to the room where I was to have my amazing facial, and told me to take my shirt off and slide down my bra straps. I was covered in a towel to protect my bra from the oils she used. The spa type music definitely drowned out the noise of the cars on Lundy's Lane which made the experience that much more enjoyable. Virginia did an absolutely amazing job with the facial and the mini massage on my neck and shoulders was a real treat. I will definitely be returning to try her other spa services!

We are big fans of nordic contrast circuits and have visited plenty of similar spas in various cities and countries. For the price, this one covers all the bases very well with few frills, and that's okay with us. The service was good, and the employees friendly, even if they did seem a bit overworked at times. This location isn't as luxurious in its other amenities as some other options in nearby Niagara-On-The-Lake, so if you're after a full pampering experience, you might look into one of those, but the much lower cost here made it a worthwhile trade-off for us. Plus the location is convenient to a lot of other sites and restaurants, and free parking is included. All in all, good facilities, good people, good price point. We will be back again for sure!

They offer an option to visit the sauna/steam room the following morning for the first few hours of the day if you're the last appointment the night before, but they only tell you this when you get there. This was not helpful for me because I had something to do early the next day. I also took the time to fill out a form for my massage therapist and she never looked at it, she just told me to hand it to the cashier when I left. The masseuse did not ask me if I enjoyed the pressure of the massage nor asked for any feedback. It was more like a fancy rub down for around 45 minutes in a warm bed. The cost was too high for a rushed 45 minutes and marketed as a 60 minute luxurious experience. The woman who massaged my husband spoke to him more than my therapist did, and so he was happier with his massage. Both therapists seemed mentally checked out for the day as they started our massage late and were just going through the motions with their job/lacked going any extra mile whatsoever. We were getting married the next day lol. I guess that's what you get for including automatic gratuity on the couples massage. I contacted as I was told only to have my messages ignored by the "assistant" When I continued to try to schedule an appointment I have proof I was told to schedule, I was told it now was not possible while other people continued to receive the service. I attempted to contact the makeup beauty parlour directly and was talked down to and told it wasn't their problem and to contact her directly...well ya if I could get some sort of response I would. I have tried to schedule with 3 other places that won't go over this work. So I'm stuck I plan to further file complaints and look into my options. Sad customer service.
