First off, they cancelled my appointment 3 hours before. I had to call and reschedule for a different day. When I was rescheduled I came in for a gel manicure and spent $65 on this. Super sloppy, nail polish all over my nail bed and she didn't even trim my nails so they are all different lengths.

If you're looking for someone who works with blondes, I 100% recommend coming here and asking for Lynzy. Lynzy has been doing my hair for a while now and she never fails to make my hair look amazing every single time. She truly is amazing at what she does and no matter what I ask for, haircuts or color, she kills it. The whole salon is great!! All the staff is super nice, the salon is very clean and so cute inside. Great atmosphere, great people, amazing salon.

Go with Rob Burgio. He's an amazing stylist and colorist. I can't even think of more words to write because the photos will just show you. No need for me to explain how awesome he is. I got my eyebrows done with Chelsea and she did an amazing job. I asked for a shape up because I don't like thin eyebrows. She did exactly what I asked for. They look great ! Tiny little qualm, one of the assistants not related to him was rough with my hair when it was getting washed. I thought her fingers were going to go through my skull.

When I found this salon i INSTANTLY fell in love. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. I instantly feel at home here. The new addition to the salon is beautiful and it has made the salon that much more worth the money. I recommend this salon and my stylist, Lola, to everyone I know. I'm so happy to have found not only a beautiful and fairly priced salon, but also a stylist that knows what I want before I do, someone who truly cares about her clienteand never ever disappoints. 100% recommend Chez Ann and especially Lola if you are looking to rock some blonde :)

White Nails, Pink Toes :) Quality manicures and pedicures!

I can only comment on manicures and pedicures here because that's all i've come in for.. but they're great and I've been back many times! From the time you walk in and they offer you a drink (usually...) to when you leave feeling great about your new mani.. it's a great experience overall. I love this place, so clean and classy. They redid the nail area recently so it's bigger and can accommodate more people. I much prefer it now to before when you were sort of stuck behind the hairstylists while getting your nails done. Now theres a big long table in the front for manicures and a nice little area for pedicures. Still only 4 at a time for pedicures, but it doesn't matter to me because it's usually just my mom and I :) The staff are all wonderful and so friendly. It's so sweet they'll even remember the conversation you had months before. I'll come in and they'll say, "So how was that trip you went on?!" or something like that where it makes you feel like you're more than just a customer. They'll help pick a color or style for your nails. They're very professional, you can tell they pay close attention to every detail- but still somehow get you in and out pretty quickly! It's impressive. My mom and I agree, our gel manicures last longer here than almost any other place we've been to (and i can't even count how many places i've gotten manicures!). They only complaint I would have is that the prices are a little high. They sometimes have specials, the express pedicure is reasonable. The gel nails are a little more than a lot of smaller nail salons, but I think you're definitely paying for quality and cleanliness. And they're great about fixing any problems right away at no charge. One suggestion.. I would definitely make an appointment ahead of time. Especially if you're with more than one person, or if it's a busy time of year (holidays, spring break, etc.). I've never had a problem getting in at least close to the time I was hoping for. I would say I recommend a specific girl for manicures or pedicures, but actually i've had many and they're all pretty great! Definitely a great place to treat yourself :)

This is incredibly hard to write but I feel I need to let the people know my experience. I will start off by saying, I have been coming to this salon for over 15 years now, for various services like pedicures, manicures, hair cuts and coloring and have always had a pleasant 5 star experience. Today I made an appointment to get a trim, it had been 6 months since I last got my haircut, so it was time! I was so thrilled to get an appointment right away. when I arrived I was greeted, checked in, temperature taken and asked to wait. My appointment was for 11am, I was taken back around 11:20a, no biggie. My appointment was with Emma. I shared pictures and videos of how I had my hair last to illustrate what I wanted her to cut my hair like, which was basically a dramatic angled bob. We chatted a bit and She was excited to get started. We went back to the sinks, did the ol wash and condition, then headed back to the chair. Emma started with trimming up my undercut :) Next she worked on the angled bob, this is where I think things went wrong instead of creating a nice diagonal line with my cut, it was turning in just a regular bob, curled under my chin. I was so embarrassed to say that i did not like it but I couldn't leave the salon looking like that. I mentioned to her as politely as possible that I didn't like the cut. I showed the pics and videos again and She worked on it some more, taking more length off... it was too far gone by this point to get the cut I had come in for As she was frantically working, Emma reprimanded me basically for being her booking. She said that I should have specifically asked for someone with skills in short hair to do my cut. At this point I felt terrible, I was literally shaking and wanted to cry. I felt so bad for not knowing that and apologized profusely. I had explained to her this was only my second time getting a short hair cut (it had always been super long down to my butt) and was never told that was the protocol in salons. I left there extremely sad, embarrassed and confused as to what just happened. And to top it off I hate my haircut so much, so so much.... Ann, the owner, did attempt to make the cut better, but it is just awful and not what I wanted. I am so upset with the way it looks. And yes, I was still asked to pay $54 for the cut. The silver lining in this: Thank you Emma for teaching me to ask for specialists going forward. Definitely will not be coming back here any time soon, if at all. Ladies (and gentlemen, too) go to salons to feel better about themselves, not worse, and I feel terrible. Worst salon experience I've ever had.

Nope. Never again. I…read morewaited to write this review because I was so upset that I didn't want to overdo it. I came here on 10/16/2023 as a walk in at 10am. I'm in the market for a new place so I decided to give this place a try. The technician who did my pedicure was nice. I was impressed by the materials they used and how nice the salon was. I knew that must be why the prices were so high. Their overhead must be unreal. Towels with the salon name embroidered on them and everything. She even used fresh sliced oranges to massage in the scrub from the upgraded pedicure package. But that's okay, I don't mind paying for higher quality products and service. At this point I was very impressed. The issue came with the second tech who did my manicure. She asked me how I liked my nails so I was telling her. I'm particular about my nails-- the shape, the style... etc. But I'm by no means a jerk about it. I simply know what I want and I ask for it. My nails are my thing. I love my nails, everyone loves my nails, I get compliments on my nails all the time. They're nothing spectacular they're just really nice. Anyway, I was telling her what I wanted-- my natural nails are nice and really healthy so I only want clear acrylic or some kind of clear overlay on top to strengthen them. I clean at work and it's rough on my nails. They'll break if they aren't reinforced. I also like my nails ballerina slipper shape. Basically they taper toward then ends and are squared off. But as I was explaining what I wanted she looked up, said something to the woman working at the next table, and the woman's head flew up and she stared at me with a look of shock on her face, and then they both laughed loudly and shook their heads. I'm not the kind of person who automatically thinks that just because someone is speaking another language they are talking about me. But it was clear in this instance they were. I didn't say another word the rest of the visit. I gave her a terrible tip of $5. I gave the other woman $15. With such a personal service like this the end result isn't all that matters. It's the whole experience, including how you feel when leaving. Not only did I end up having to get a colored polish on my nails because the material she used on my nails was so cloudy it looked terrible, but I had to file away polygel lumps along the edges of my nails that I noticed once I got home, my nails were more round than ballerina slipper (no tapering whatsoever), and I left feeling disrespected and offended. That's too many strikes. I will not go back.

I don't usually have cash on my but they do have an atm so there is that option. I love the new UV Gel as an alternative to acrylic. I've been getting gel paint for years but now they have a hard gel "filler" if you will that hardens by uv light. It stung just for a few seconds when I put my hands under the UV light as I got the initial full set but the fill didn't hardly sting at all. Definitely worth the results. I Love It here.

My normal nails are usually just short, seeing I do a lot of gardening, so all I wanted was acrylic nails - maybe I got the wrong kind?- just wanted them for the weekend. At quick glance, they look ok, but if you loook at them, one is on crooked and the thickness of the same finger on each hand was a different thickness. However I couldn't take a picture of both hands because I had to hold the camera. I didn't notice this until after I got home. While the nail tech was putting this white goo of sorts on, I asked what it was and the tech said it's hard to explain.. (?) so I didn't get an answer. The cost of this was only $5 cheaper than other salons - so it still cost $55. This was Friday - today is Monday and went to a different salon to get them removed- omg- what a debacle that was -
