Nope. Never again. I…read morewaited to write this review because I was so upset that I didn't want to overdo it. I came here on 10/16/2023 as a walk in at 10am. I'm in the market for a new place so I decided to give this place a try. The technician who did my pedicure was nice. I was impressed by the materials they used and how nice the salon was. I knew that must be why the prices were so high. Their overhead must be unreal. Towels with the salon name embroidered on them and everything. She even used fresh sliced oranges to massage in the scrub from the upgraded pedicure package. But that's okay, I don't mind paying for higher quality products and service. At this point I was very impressed. The issue came with the second tech who did my manicure. She asked me how I liked my nails so I was telling her. I'm particular about my nails-- the shape, the style... etc. But I'm by no means a jerk about it. I simply know what I want and I ask for it. My nails are my thing. I love my nails, everyone loves my nails, I get compliments on my nails all the time. They're nothing spectacular they're just really nice. Anyway, I was telling her what I wanted-- my natural nails are nice and really healthy so I only want clear acrylic or some kind of clear overlay on top to strengthen them. I clean at work and it's rough on my nails. They'll break if they aren't reinforced. I also like my nails ballerina slipper shape. Basically they taper toward then ends and are squared off. But as I was explaining what I wanted she looked up, said something to the woman working at the next table, and the woman's head flew up and she stared at me with a look of shock on her face, and then they both laughed loudly and shook their heads. I'm not the kind of person who automatically thinks that just because someone is speaking another language they are talking about me. But it was clear in this instance they were. I didn't say another word the rest of the visit. I gave her a terrible tip of $5. I gave the other woman $15. With such a personal service like this the end result isn't all that matters. It's the whole experience, including how you feel when leaving. Not only did I end up having to get a colored polish on my nails because the material she used on my nails was so cloudy it looked terrible, but I had to file away polygel lumps along the edges of my nails that I noticed once I got home, my nails were more round than ballerina slipper (no tapering whatsoever), and I left feeling disrespected and offended. That's too many strikes. I will not go back.

My husband and I were walking-ins and were immediately taken to our chairs. We both had the Deluxe Pedicures, including a sugar rub and hot towels. The salon offers a wine menu, which I forgot about until we were almost finished. Darn it! It's a beautiful set up and is a relaxing experience, perfect when you need a little break from the craziness! Without a doubt, I'd recommend this salon.

My service felt thorough and everything felt very clean and up to date. The selection of services and polishes is unbelievable. I have never been to a salon that felt so clean, no nail dust anywhere and the place was immaculate. I would recommend making an appointment because most nail techs did have clients and I think I got lucky but if you get the chance, GO! They also have a full bar if that's your speed and you really need a treat yourself day. This is a dangerous spot for pampering to say the least

I don't usually have cash on my but they do have an atm so there is that option. I love the new UV Gel as an alternative to acrylic. I've been getting gel paint for years but now they have a hard gel "filler" if you will that hardens by uv light. It stung just for a few seconds when I put my hands under the UV light as I got the initial full set but the fill didn't hardly sting at all. Definitely worth the results. I Love It here.

At quick glance, they look ok, but if you loook at them, one is on crooked and the thickness of the same finger on each hand was a different thickness. However I couldn't take a picture of both hands because I had to hold the camera. I didn't notice this until after I got home. While the nail tech was putting this white goo of sorts on, I asked what it was and the tech said it's hard to explain.. (?) so I didn't get an answer. The cost of this was only $5 cheaper than other salons - so it still cost $55. This was Friday - today is Monday and went to a different salon to get them removed- omg- what a debacle that was -

The gift shop is filled with skin care, gifts anything you can imagine. I forgot to fill out the form online before coming in since I was a new patient/customer but I filled out a hard copy instead. I was taken back to the ladies room and was given a robe and sandals and shown a locker where to put ny things. The ladies room has showers, bathrooms, and dressing rooms. But they also have things you might need like a hair tie or feminine hygiene product. After I put on my robe and flip flops I went to the quiet room. They had lemon cucumber water (DELISH!) and some snacks. Truly so relaxing. My massage therapist then came and got me and walked me to my the room. I believe her name was Gina. She was great at explaining everything and she spent extra time working on my legs and ankles (as requested) because they are so swollen from being pregnant. The massage was truly relaxing I wish I could've booked a longer appointment! But all and all I felt relaxed and refreshed after which is exactly what I needed. I had some watermelon cucumber water after my massage and then went back to the quiet room to relax more and paid when I left. I honestly can't wait to come back for another service!

I have been to Excuria many times over the past couple of decades; both at their old building and…read moretheir new building. I have had: manicures, pedicures, massages, facials, and waxing. Every service has been top-notch. The staff is always polite. The new building is beautiful. I will continue going to Excuria, when I can. With today's economy, though: their increased prices are disappointing. Now more than ever people feel like they need a break, but it's tough to justify dropping loads of money for what used to cost at least 25% less just 5 years ago.
