Her father also was participating in the verbal abuse of my friend, adding at the end of her tirade that my friend should be kicked out. The bar tender calmly said "no, you are the one who put your hands on her". Did your Mother mention this when she was telling you her story?? And we were told by several restaurant goers that they waited outside for several minutes after they left......not sure if they were hoping she would leave and they could continue yelling at her and calling her names. While I feel terrible that her father may be sick, is a restaurant the place that you want to take an IMPORTANT call from a doctor regarding your husband's health? That call should have been taken outside in the privacy of their car or maybe even at their home, why would she take this IMPORTANT phone call and proceed to have a conversation with a doctor that should be private in the middle of a restaurant?! One last IMPORTANT note, the bartender should NOT be fired, she is one of the best ones there and my friend was not DRUNK.

The burger really is that good. Hands down the best burger I've ever tasted. It was juicy but not pink or red. The jam was the perfect amount- enough so i could taste it but it did not overwhelm the burger (coming from a hard core jam lover). Despite the juiciness from the burger, the bun was not soggy. Fries were pretty good. Cole slaw was nothing to write home about. We tried going back for a SECOND BURGER on a Monday but their hours are different so we couldn't. So good I didn't even get a picture. If anyone was to ask me a restaurant to recommend in Salem, this would be it.

The chips were a little too toasted, and the chicken was also on the dry side, making it a bit difficult to chew. My husband ordered the mac and cheese with buffalo chicken and rated it a 3/5. He wasn't a fan of the Ritz cracker topping because he felt it threw off the overall taste of the mac and cheese. I ordered the chicken shawarma bowl and gave it a 2/5. Unfortunately, it just wasn't tasty to me, and I probably wouldn't order it again.
