Great bikes, great gear, great service department. Staff is very engaging and are riders themselves. Repairs are quick, on time and the communication is spot on whenever the scope of work changes. I came here for a new tube for my bike. They have a pretty complete supply of bike equipment and accesdories. The people there are knowledgeable and helpful. There is a small quantity of bikes for sale. But they can order anything you're intetested in. After years of doing business together. My loyalty has come to the end with WTJ. 2 startup bike purchases and numerous bike services, whatever happen to doing the right thing? Or finding common ground for the customer to feel they are being taken care of in a common mistake. Really bad service, no knowledge of high end bikes, waited a month for an improperly installed upgrade, had to take it to a real bike shop which was 30 miles away but the guys there at least know what their doing. My wife and I were shopping for a Trek Domane SL5 for her. They had it in stock and we had them swap out the stock tires for a tubeless setup for the size I thought she needed based on her height. Only at that point did my wife sit on the bike only to realize that she needed one size smaller. Unfortunately with limited supply right now, they did not have the correct size for her. They were very good natured about it and refunded my down payment without question. They didn't complain about having already put on the tubeless tires either. Shredded my gear cable riding Hawes MTB at 6am. Limped back to my truck and headed home. Searched and found that TWJ was open on Sunday morning at 8am! They fit me in, offered coffee while they installed a new cable, adjusted the shifting and I was out the door for $20 and in 8.5 minutes!! Amazing service and a great attitude from the guy's! When we rented bikes the store clerk said the credit for bike rental could be applied towards gear in the store. When I walked in I told the clerk I wanted to use my credit for gear. He gave me his glove recommendation. Another gentleman asked to help me a little later and again I stated my intention to use credit 45 minutes later after going to register does the female clerk says credits can't be used on gear. Why didn't the other two clerks state that and why did one of those male clerks say they could last weekend. Bait and switch sales tactics . No thanks! read more

Travis is an awesome mechanic. His knowledge base far superior to the guys I used in SoCal. Then again Travis rides, ( I see him on Strava posting ) and my former mechanics lets say were athletically challenged. I don't understand some of these bizarre review. People, be proactive and check up on your orders if you start to get anxious. And stop your whining if there inventory doesn't suite your needs! But thats no reason to post a bad review! Your bike shop is as good as your mechanic. Travis is sharp and has talents. I've been to many high end shops in Newport Beach CA selling $15,000 bikes. And the sales people and mechanics were clueless and lazy. I can't say enough about Two Wheel Jones. They are punctual, professional and do know there stuff. I have about 275 miles on my new bike that I purchased online and recently had Tom do a suspension set up with me. He spent almost an hour with me and my bike, taking measurements and setting up the suspension pressures. I really regret not doing it day one. The bike floats through the air way more level, sticks to the trail when it's supposed to and soaks up the bigger drops. I highly recommend a suspension tune from Two Wheel Jones! read more

I rented a bike here for the Tour de Scottsdale. I came in super nervous about the race as I hadn't been on a bike for 10 years! I told the staff what I was getting into and they spent 45 minutes helping me with EVERYTHING. JONATHAN is amazing... he taught me about nutrition and how you get through it without fatigue...and what to do for inclines and tough spots. KIRBY'S last name is WISDOM for a reason... he hooked up the bike on a rack on my car and got into telling me all about the mechanics of the bike, how to optimize the gears, etc. All their advice totally worked and got me through it!!!! Everyone at this shop is VERY friendly and knowledgable..very "non judgy" attitude.. they have a passion and love to share it.. I will definitely come back.. A+ read more

My boyfriend got my trek bike from here. We're from California so we called and see if they could ship it which they did. But In the process of trying to get the bike, I had called almost 4 times trying to get shipping confirmation and no one could give me a tracking number or help me with any info on when my bike was supposed to show up at my front door. One guy said the owner himself dropped it off but that's all I know and he's with a customer so he can't talk right now. Never called back or emailed back with a follow up. Terrible terrible customer service! Ended up just staying home for a week to make sure no one would take it from the front porch. none of the basic parts they said they were gonna set up was set up. Derailleur is all whacked out too. Tried to call back after all that too and no answer. Only great thing about this is I got the bike I wanted and he threw in my tubeless conversion in. A friend and I were visiting here from out of state, and since we're avid riders we wanted to rent a couple bikes. Two Wheel Jones has great reviews and they're near where we were staying. Friendly, helpful staff greeted us (on a Thursday) and prepared two bikes right away. I don't know what's normal around here, but I sure didn't expect rental bikes of such high quality -- I was pleasantly surprised. Between bike prep and paperwork, they had us out the door in about 30 minutes, with a map and suggested routes. It was a very good experience. read more

You know when you go to a shop and it feels like the employees are snobby and pretentious and you feel belittled? That is how I felt. I took my bike there to fix a non functioning part on my bike. When I got it back the problem was not fixed, they did not even verify that what they had repaired was done correctly. As soon as I test rode it in the parking lot, I felt the issue, so I had to take it back in. (A part of me thinks that it was done intentionally to get me to pay more on top of the marked up price compared to my other regular shops but oh well, I could be wrong, it could have just been utter incompetence so I chose not to complain and suck it up since the feeling I got at first made me realize I would never be going back to that shop). When I got it back the second time the bike was a mess! They gave a rats crap and did not take the time to clean it. It was dirtier than when I brought it in, oil smeared all over the frame's bottom tube and inside the water bottle area so I had to remove the cage to get the oil out, there was dust and dirt around it, tires were deflated at 10 psi front and rear. The handler bars were a bit crooked, the center bolt for my 1 month old cranks was missing. It was shameful to say the least. When you feel like you are disturbing them or treated like you don't belong there then there is a culture problem in that place. read more
