I called Two Seasons to change out a very complicated thermostat, Tony installed a new one, changed out the filter on the ac. Since the new unit was a bit smaller than the old one, he even went to far as to paint the wall to cover the area. I feel he went way and above what was needed to explain everything to me. For those wanting to know why, read below. Last fall I called Donna to set up a routine system check. Tony came out and did the work. The price was very reasonable, and the work done with a minimum for disruption. Fast forward to about two weeks ago. Water dripping through the ceiling under the A/C unit. They responded quickly to my call. Then when they came out to assess the issue, they found that the equipment from another vendor was the source of the problem. Tony and Donna visited with me and gave me advice on proceeding with the fix (the core failed and was under warrantee so the original vendor should be and was called). Long story short, I had a great outcome and Two Seasons guided me in the right direction. read more

One of my outside units was considerably louder than the other. I've had other companies look at them and try to sell me everything from a run capacitor to a new compressor. Tony shows up (when he said he would), checked the gas pressures and current draw...which he said were all just fine. Turns out that the unit was just not sitting square on the pad, which let one of the panels vibrate. In and out in less than 15 minutes, and he wasn't going to charge me. I told him I at least had to buy him and his wife (she's in the truck the whole time lining up customers) a Whataburger lunch. Two Seasons is our first call now for HVAC. Wow. These reviews don't lie. I got home from work and my air was broken, my dog was panting and poor thing had been home in the heat all day. It was 103 outside today and my house was 89 degrees inside. I called about 10 local HVAC companies and everyone was either not sympathetic and told me id have to wait until tomorrow or wanted to charge upwards of $100 for "after hours" fee to even come out to look and then wanted to add on hourly charges and charge for parts. Luckily we got ahold of Donna at two seasons and she said no problem! We can be there soon. They showed up exactly when expected and even texted an ETA when they were 15 mins away. These two lovebirds came to our rescue! Tony was very friendly and loved my dog, he checked out my thermostat and vent and then we walked outside to the unit. Before we even got within 10 feet of it he diagnosed the problem. Of course I thought it was too good to be true but he was right. He happened to have the correct part on his truck and within 20 minutes fixed the issue and donna has my invoice in my hand. THIS ENTIRE ENCOUNTER COST LESS THEN I WAS QUOTED FOR SOME COMPANIES "AFER HOURS CHARGE." Being new to the area can be stressful, but finding a local family run small business who cares about you and doesn't charge you for superfluous costs feels great. We are fairly new to Texas and had a heat pump stop on one of these hot summer days. I called first thing in the morning, and Tony responded within some three hours. I am not familiar with a heat pump, so I was in fear of a costly repair. I gave a short summation - it's not running, at all. Tony said He had a good idea what it could be and if it was, it would be an easy fix. Within 10 minutes he had it opened, and sure enough, he as able replace one electrical component. He added some freon and it worked like a champ. Tony also asked if I wanted my second unit checked, which I was in full agreement. It also was slightly low on freon. This morning, we called Two Seasons, and Donna answered. She set up an appointment right away for same day. Tony and Donna are great! Unlike other places which just quoted me to replace my AC, Tony actually troubleshoot it one step at a time. Turn out I never have to replace my entire unit for $8000! Tony took the time to diagnose the exact cause instead of just half guess like everyone else (Ok, maybe not everyone, but just the several companies which quoted me on the spot after a few minutes of poking at my AC system) The second time I called them they were prompt and tried their best to add me to their time slot. Tony and Donna are great! I woke up this morning with the furnace blowing cold air. Looked up HVAC service providers for Leander and Cedar Park on Yelp: Two Seasons has a 100% 5 star rating, so I gave them a call. Unlike the competitors, Donna picked up right away and said they could be out by 3:00. They were actually able to arrive an hour early, which they confirmed was OK. (When was the last time you had a service tech want to come before the scheduled time?!) Donna and Tony were super nice and won over my dog Simon with bacon treats! Tony discovered the issue, which needed a part from a supplier in North Austin. So they jumped in the van and off they sped to get the part. As predicted, they were back by 4:00. By 5:15 everything was up and running and actually better than before. Now I'm getting more air flow, which will mean I can turn down the temperature some. My AC system was 18 years old and on it's last leg. I searched on Yelp and came across Two Seasons and saw all the great reviews. I sent an email about getting a quote and they responded very shortly. Tony and Donna came by and looked everything over and gave me quotes on several different types of systems. Their quotes were very competitive and and a lot less than the big AC companies. I picked the system I wanted and the following Saturday they came and took out the old and installed the new.
