Stopped in for a late lunch with my husband on 5/27. The improvised outdoor seating due to Covid was much appreciated, especially since we had our infant son with us. We split a burger (good but slightly overdone), duck fat fries (phenomenal) and a couple of beers (decent). We also got the Apple cider donuts, which were good but had the consistency and shape of a hush puppy which was unexpected. This is a true brewery. I'm serious. Like they brew their beers on site. The service was terrific and the building itself is kinda cool. I had the Iron Stout. Amazing! The burgers are substantial and tasty. The lunch menu was not as broad as I thought it would be. They actually have more appetizer selections that entree selections. Came here at lunchtime and had some really really great food the pulled pork flatbread and pb burger was simply amazing. I think that the price was a bit higher than it should be for a small flatbread pizza. But it was delicious. The beers were good too I enjoyed the Beaglemania IPA. Oh my lord! Can't believe I've lived in this areas for so long and haven't experienced this heavenly place. Came in specifically for the bacon peanut butter burger and it was not a disappointment at all. Friends were talking about it and after their description of how wonderful it was I had to have it. Perfect combination of sweet and savory. I came with a family of four and three of us-had the same burger and all three were very pleased. Daughter had the bacon salad and it was great too, she added shrimp to her order and it was great! Dressing was the perfect compliment to the ingredients in the salad. Kids insisted on deserts so we did the apple cider donuts and two rivers candy bar. Amazing ending to a great dinner! Highly recommend for food and the service was great as well. read more

Stopped in on a freezing night last weekend (we had a reservation) and were seated promptly upstairs. It was very cold inside which wasn't ideal. Ordered some apps. The kickin chicken dip was delicious but the fried mac and cheese was fairly flavorless and came out cold. We mentioned this to the waiter and the manager came over and said she had taken half of the cost off our bill (thought that was odd). We all ordered burgers for dinner given their glowing reputation here and they were delicious. Only downside was they mixed them up when bringing them to the table so we all had to cur them in half (to check doneness) and swap. I expect more from a restaurant that is known for their burgers. The food was pretty good. Atmosphere was ok. But with soooo many options in the valley I don't know if I will be back. read more

The overall dinner experience was a huge disappointment. They overcooked what should have been a succulent Dundore & Heister burger and the duck fat fries were underwhelming. For $17 in the Lehigh Valley, you're much better off spending your burger bucks at Maxim's, Pearly's or Ocean. To top it off, our party of 5 had to wait 30 minutes outside on a Monday night while they organized the table, only to discover that the inside was virtually empty with plenty of huge open spaces. My wife, daughter and I stopped on our way home from D.C. and we loved this place. The staff was very accommodating and friendly- we wanted our daughter to expend some energy so we had her walking around the restaurant and the staff was engaging with her. The double dry hopped DIPA and Pale Ale were great and they brew it on site. The food was amazing too - I had a Chicken Salad Wrap and Duck Fat Fries with Truffle Oil and they were WOW! What a great little brewery! I stopped by for a meal after taking my son to the hell on earth that is the Crayola Factory and was very pleased with everything. They have some REALLY nice beers on tap, including a very smooth stout and the Bankers Brown Ale that I would have brought home had I thought to bring my growler. Food-wise, this place hits the spot. I got some jalapeño hush puppies with a cinnamon maple butter (whaaaat?!?!) that were very tasty, and the chicken bacon flatbread. Also great. My husband had the short rib poutine that I couldn't help steal a few forkfuls of. Wow! THAT was amazing. To top it off, our server Jose was just the sweetest and I loved talking to him. It was a little tart and sweet at the same time. As good as the beer was, the food was phenomenal. I had a short rib sandwich with a fried egg and it came with duck fat fries. The fries are to die for. If they give you a choice between the regular fries or the duck fries, get the duck fries! Also, portions are huge. Either plan on splitting a dish or go famished. We stopped in for a late dinner after a spontaneous trip to PA. We waited a few minutes for a table out on the balcony which we were glad we did since it was such a nice night. I honestly thought we were going to have to wait longer. The atmosphere was great and there was a band playing downstairs. When we got seated our waitress was so friendly and attentive. All of the service was great in my opinion. I was shocked when I saw other reviews saying that the service wasn't good. We ordered the shrimp and grits and the peanut butter burger and absolutely loved both. My boyfriend had one of the beers and I had the cider and we loved those too. If I could give 100 stars, I would! My husband, our 5 years olds and I came in on a Friday night without a reservation. Although they were full with reservation and sending some people away, they managed to squeeze us in. The owner looking lady told us "we don't want you to wonder around the town with the small ones." That was very nice of her. The food was great. The beer was great. Who knew you can get the best mussels ever in Easton PA! My kids loved their kids meals too. One of our kids is very picky, and didn't like the fries(though they were delicious!), so we asked if they can make a peanut butter sandwich and of course, they did it happily. The grass fed beef burger was seasoned very well and he chose the parm- garlic fries , fried in duck fat and seasoned in truffle oil. Stopped by on my birthday weekend after a nice long walk at the Delaware Canal State Park. We love visiting breweries so we decided to have lunch here. Wow. We were NOT disappointed! It is DOG FRIENDLY if you sit outside at one of their curbside tables, which is a huge seller for me! He goes everywhere I go :) They made it a priority to bring my pooch a water bowl before anything else. I ordered a flight ($12) which allowed me to try 5 of their delicious beers. The Lager, Pilsner and Stout were my favorites. The cherry cider was also delicious. The food - it should be illegal to have that many wonderful choices on one menu!! We started with the quesadillas and they were probably better than some of the ones that I've had at authentic Mexican restaurants. The portion was great to share or to eat alone (if you were making it your main meal). The pot stickers which came on a bed of cabbage and carrots and had a light sesame dressing that complimented the dumplings perfectly. The spanakopita chicken burger with duck fat frites - flavor explosion! The cucumber salad and arugula give a freshness to the burger and the frites were crispy with a hint of rosemary and shaved parmesan. The Braised Short Rib sandwich - crazy good! Melted provolone, fried egg and peppers = perfection. The service is a bit s-l-o-w BUT if you're just in the mood to go and have a relaxing and tasty lunch and sip some beers, this is the place to go. read more

The short rib sandwich is fall apart deliscious on a crusty hero bread. The pulled pork sandwich is really good, has a nice tangy BBQ sauce and crunchy cabbage. The house salad is solid. Mixed greens, shaved paremsan, califlower flourets and balsamic dressing. The french fries were unfortunately way too salty and a bit over cooked. The service was excellent- Quick, friendly, pleasant, and eager to please. This was my first time here, and first time in Easton. Came to bring my kid to the Crayola factory. Holy. Hell. This is the best place to drink in all of Easton. Easily. A wonderful experience across the board. The service was friendly and attentive. My glass was rarely empty. Me and my coworkers had a good time. The food was delicious but the amount of different beers and the variety was a sight to be seen. Each one I drank tasted great. The cost wasnt bad at all considering the quality. I kept myself from overindulging. Or I wasn't going to leave.
