Really good, thin crust, wood fired pizza. I had tomato pie. Theirs is a homemade tomato sauce with fresh herbs and thinly sliced garlic. The high heat of the oven roasts the garlic leaving only the best flavor from it. The sauce has that fresh tomato flavor. The crust had awesome char from the oven, but still had a good chew. The margherita had fresh baby mozz, fresh basil with that same fresh tomato sauce. 2 pizzas. 2 bottles of water. $25. A bargain. I'll be back. read more

I'm not quite sure why I patronize this place when Stoke is literally around the corner. Convenience, I guess. They're right there when Easton Public Market has their Friday night musicians. I've been here three times and each time, it's the same. The staff is unfriendly, or maybe it's just me. The pizza tastes mediocre, or maybe it's just me. And the value just isn't there, or maybe it's just me. read more

The wood-fired pizzas and home-craft brews is a stellar combo for an indoor food market. The waiting time is quick and there's actually a separate kids play area that makes it fun for families to eat their meals in peace with toddlers. The pizza quality was generally OK. More cheese is generally needed and the crust can be over cooked. The sauce tastes delicious and overall helps to round it out but it's not the unique kind of pizza pie found in other establishments. read more

Pleasantly surprised with Scrath's oven brick pizza. I love the market overall and love that I have a decent pizza choice near by since I am in walking distance. I thought the dough would be too thin and soggy buuut IT WAS NOT. I did a to go order so I didn't have the chance to sit down and enjoy but looking forward to going back and sitting at the counter. I'll have to try the beer next time. Great choice! read more

We had the cheese pizza and black garlic knots. The pizza was great! The garlic sauce was a little sweet for my taste. The ambience of the market is chic. Service is good. read more

The pizza is good as I had the cheese pizza. However, I had the black garlic knot special and they did not hit the mark. I did not like the black sauce that was put on top of the garlic knots. Nonetheless, the somewhat unique drinks on tap made this place shine for me. The drinks were good and the pizza was good. I would recommend this place if you want pizza and some beer (you might be lucky and have lice music playing). read more

Great pizza! I got the pizza special, which came with garlic confit, fontina cheese, potatoes, pea shoots, artichoke, bacon (which I omitted), black garlic, and microgreens and split the black garlic knots with a friend. The dough was thin and tasted pretty good, although a few parts of my pizza were a bit too charred. It was a very filling pizza and tasted great but got a little salty over time, probably because of the cheese. The garlic knots were nice and doughy, which two types of garlic sauces on top. I do wish they came with some sort of dipping sauce/marinara sauce. You get 5 for $5. Plenty of seating. They give boxes for leftover pizza. They give cups for water if you ask but don't have a tap (they recommended filling water up at a water fountain nearby). read more

How do you mess up pizza. Soggy, salty, and on top of that the service was so long. Only reason why this place is popular bc it's at the front. read more

Small Pizza spot in the back of Easton Public Market. They have a variety of personal fired pizza to choose from. Good if you like well done crust. Flavor is really good. Just a heads up - the Habanero is a sauce, and not that hot at all. Beer on tap is from ShawneeCraft. read more

Nice place in the Easton public market. Interesting beer selection but didn't have time to try. Got garlic pretzel knots and they were great! A little undercooked but nice flavor and good sized portion. Was in a hurry and they weren't busy so disappointed it took almost 15 minutes. Those I was with had grabbed something from another vendor and were nearly done eating before I got my order. But certainly a place I'll try again! read more

When at the public market we usually grab some brick oven pizza from Scratch. Our favorite pizza is the garlic 3 ways, a white pizza with ricotta topped with their famous black garlic sauce. Today we wanted to try a red pizza so got a bacon pizza, it was a really good brick oven pizza but my favorite still remains the garlic three ways. We also tried the black garlic knots, they were pretty good to the dough was perfectly cooked. If your in the mood for brick oven pizza, they make a nice pie worth trying. read more

First time visiting the Easton public market. We got the regular pizza 1/2 cheese 1/2 bacon toppings. So it is a thin crust but it was not cooked enough and was doughy. The sauce itself is ok but could be sweeter. . We also got the Sicilian slice . It was cooked fine but while I do like garlic it was alittle over powering for my tastes. Beers were ok. There is plenty of seating and they do take cash or credit. It was a nice place and there is a parking garage right next to their entrance . All and all we spent 28.00 for a regular pizza 12" , slice of Sicilian, 2 waters and a beer. read more

Scratch has to be the best part of the Easton Public Market. There's beer, there's pizza, there's bread: the three major food groups. I've tried a good amount of their offerings, and the staff is friendly. They've always got a couple of ShawneeCraft beers on tap and every time I walk over I'm excited to see what new pizza offering they have for the day. The pizza that made me fall in love with the place was a special that had apples, spicy chorizo and asiago cheese... My mind was blown. Their regular offerings are fantastic, too. Everything seems locally sourced and that crust is incredible. As far as local pizza spots go, this is hands down the best. Only downside? The hours they're open. It closes pretty early, which is a shame when you're having a late night craving. When you're there, check out the garlic knots and the coppa, or get a special (preferably one with a ricotta stuffed handle). read more

The dough was under cooked. The pizza was a pale white color. It should have had a dark and bubbly crust. It was very bland. The sauce was sweet and the sausage was sliced. You always serve crumpled sausage on pizzas. The three women workers looked miserable. The one had her mask sagging and the other kept it below her chin. Ironically, there is a sign by the register that says, be safe and wear a mask. Yet hers was dropped. Guess they really don't care about themselves or the customers. read more

The pizza cook was on phone while cooking pizzas. Cigarette behind ear. Didn't see him wash his hands once.pretty gross. Very sloppy to look at when entering the market. The girl taking orders was down right rude to us. No customer service skills whatsoever . Grabbing fresh breads to go with bare hands .. touching money. And repeating. Not very sanitary. The beer was good. Service needs to be trained with serve safe read more

The Pizza here was ok, not the best or worst I've had. They have some vegan options as well..

Thrilled that they have a vegan pizza!! Yay Scratch! We can't do dairy, so to find vegan options can sometimes be difficult. $12 for an 11" pizza was fair, the pizza was decent, thin crust with Daiya cheese. Not bad but nothing spectacular either. Nicely spiced with oregano thyme and rosemary. The sauce was nice. The only disappointment was the girl taking our order. My friend asked for light on the sauce and herbs and the clerk snidely remarked "ugh I feel like I'm writing a book" Maybe she was having a bad day, but there was literally one other customer there and she wasn't busy at all. Was kind of off putting, but maybe she doesn't like people who can't eat dairy? Anyway- I'd recommend Mr Noodles for an awesome lunch at the same$12 and super friendly service! read more

I waited 30 minutes for a pizza last Friday night. As I watched the cook making the pizzas, I was shocked to see someone in a kitchen move that slowly. Couple that with the tiny brick oven they have (that can fit 4 pizzas at a time) and it's no wonder it took forever! Oh, and the pizza wasn't good enough to make it worth the wait. That has to be fixed. I won't be going back. read more

Actually just finished lunch. We sat at the bar and were explained the many offerings by a nice girl. She seemed to know all about what was offered, and the local ingredients. It's nice to know where everything comes from. That being said, there was most likely the DIMMEST girl working with her...so bad that when another patron asked for red pepper flakes, the patron had to tell her what those were. Then, this poor girl proceeded to make the patron wait while she asked permission to have the patron USE the red pepper flakes...um...This girl legitimately wandered around the kitchen holding a pizza cutter and looking lost..which is a dangerous combination. That being said. The pizza was delicious! Having been to multiple fresh pizza restaurants in the area, we had high hopes, and were so impressed. The ingredients are all fresh, and the sauce was awesome. Best crust I've had in a while. I have to take away a star for the water. I don't drink, so I asked for water and was given a 3/4 filled pint glass with lukewarm water from the tap. And something was up because I took a few sips and had to stop. The chlorine taste of the water started to worry me and take away from the pizza. This place has some serious potential to be a staple in this area...there's just a few refinements that could be made, and possibly some additional training for one lost puppy... read more

We came to the market after a visit to the Crayola Experience on Saturday, Feb 22nd. My husband and son wanted pizza and the rest of the group went to other vendors. They purchased 2 pizzas, and were given a buzzer. After 25 minutes my husband went to check on the order and they had no record of it. How that's possible with a receipt, order # and buzzer is beyond me. They gave us a credit on our credit card that we never received. I've called to request our refund and haven't heard back. $26 and no pizza this is extremely frustrating. read more

This is mainly for my hubster who raves about the lavender saison he drank while we were waiting for our food from the ramen place to be finished. He loved it. It was happy hour so he was able to get it for like $2 or something like that. I tasted it and it was delish! I think we will go back there for some brick oven pizza when we visit the area again. I love this market place in general and this is toward the back (or front depending on where you enter the market lol) read more

Fantastic pizza spot in the marketplace. They make the pizza fresh but it didn't take too long! We got the pizza with the cured pork on it and it did not disappoint. Pizza and beer are still great. However, it is kinda funny how sometimes the pizza is better than other times based on who's making it. My biggest hang up is what has happened to the service. The servers are way more interested in what's happening on their phone than helping the customers. You can walk up and sit at the bar for 15 minutes and not be acknowledged because some millennial behind the counter is too busy texting back and forth with their friend. There was one dark haired girl that is/was the exception, but we haven't seen her in the past month, leading us to believe she may have quit. She was excellent and extremely efficient at her job. I would quit as well if my coworkers just sat around doing nothing. But, that's the generation of kids/young adults we've raised! read more

Just came by for the pizza, I don't drink so can't comment on that. The pizzas are small but amazing. Not pizza joint pizza (not that there's anything wrong with that- Gino's is almost next door for that, as well as My New Place Pizza up the road and plenty of others) but a very special artisan type of homemade pie. Very thin crispy crust, you won't be leaving any leftovers. If you've ever been to Juliana's in Brooklyn, this is almost like that, without the Brooklyn prices. Just wish they made larger diameter pies... read more

Fantastic pizza & beer, but terrible service. Scratch has closed more than 30 minutes before their posted closing time, which is frustrating when they don't answer the take out phone and you've driven 50+ miles to eat there. Best pizza in Lehigh valley!! We are very particular and only eat authentic Italian pizza, and their pizza is amazing. From the crust, to the perfectly sweet sauce and the fresh mozzarella. The only tip I have is the margherita could use a tad more cheese, it can sometimes be scant even for authentic Italian pizza. Also, it would be awesome if they had salads as appetizers and/or added a few more menu items to make it more diverse. read more

Excellent gourmet pizza and craft beer, but service was unfriendly and rough so I can't rate it higher. The chèvre and shiitake pizza was the star of the 3 we ordered. Our first visit and was great to see a vegan pizza on the menu. The pizza was good, but for us too much vegan cheese and no vegetables which is odd for anything vegan. Grabbed a seat at their bar last night and was not disappointed. Not only were the beer and pizza excellent, so was the atmosphere. I have to give a shout out to the young blonde (partially shaved head) bartender/ server. She had a difficult customer who was telling her that the coffee was too pricey and that he could find a better cup at McDonalds (gross). Instead of blowing him off, she patiently listened and graciously explained how coffee comes from different regions and everyone's tastes are different, etc. etc. I was really impressed with how she handled it. She's a keeper. Will definitely be back! read more
