If I could give this place zero stars I would. Long post but definitely worth the read! On Sunday 4/17/22 I reached out via email to inquire about ordering 50 cupcakes and a 9 inch cake for a pick up on 4/30/22. I knew they weren't open on Monday & Tuesday so I didn't expect a response. On Wednesday 4/20/22 I received the response. We exchanged a couple of emails. Discussed flavors, that the order is for my sons 16th birthday so it doesn't have to be really fancy, more masculine of that was even possible and "Happy 16th Birthday" and my sons name. I was told I needed to come in and pay a 50 % deposit. I explained that I work until 4, they close at 4 that I would be in Friday 4/22/22 to pay the deposit. Great, no problem the paperwork would be started. I go in I tell the lady behind the counter that I'm here to pay a deposit. We go over everything, again. I paid $83.00 for the deposit. I also bought a pocket cake. She said what time would you like to pick up the cake? I said you close at 4 on Saturdays so how does 3 pm sound? I said thats perfect. And out the door I went. So super excited, one that I found my child's favorite flavor in cake, and two to try the pocket cake. i went in yesterday 4/30/2022 at 2:50 pm. I said I'm here to pick up an order. Gave my last name. I was asked what it was and I said 50 cupcakes and a 9 in cake. The guy behind the counter looked in the fridge by where I was standing, walked in the back, looked in all of the doors and binder for my paperwork and nothing. He said I don't have your paperwork , so I don't have your order. Did I pay a deposit? Who did I order it with? I told him I traded emails, came in on this date paid $83.00, confirmed every thing with her. I pointed to the worker. He said since I can't find your paperwork, I don't know that you had an order. I asked if they'd like me to pull up the charge on my bank app and the emails? By this time panic set in because I knew in 2 hours I had 16th birthday with over 40 friends & family. I was offered to have them make a 9 in cake but I would have to come back. I said but I'm in this area now, I strategically mapped out my stops so this would be last and I could get back up North and get ready for the party. There was zero remorse. Not one ounce. As a matter of fact, I was the that was made to feel like I did something wrong, & incorrect. They got to close their bakery and go home at 4:00 pm while I was left scrambling to pick up the pieces. I asked for my money to be refunded and I walked out the door. Could you imagine if this was someone's Wedding?! if you're going to be in this business this is a mistake on your part that just CANNOT happen and the poor customer service to boot! I was searching for a shoe repair place on 3rd st in Easton and walked into this upscale but quaint bakery, flowershop. As I was chatting with young clerk, I noticed the humungous Cinnamon rolls sitting there plus the gorgeous cakes and cheesecakes in the glass case. When the baker appeared, I commented on how artistically decorated yet not over done all the cakes looked and how high, 10" or more. All delicious and daily flavors are offered; when back downtown. Stopped by to try a cinnamon bun after reading Jennifer Sheehan's article "The best things I ate this year (and a love letter to Lehigh Valley food)". Unfortunately there weren't any cinnamon buns left when we got there but there were BROWNIE BUNS! The bun was topped with a fudgy brownie batter-esque frosting and brownie pieces (~$9). Absolute chocolate heaven. It took two of us two days to finish, and could probably feed four people. I would recommend also getting a delicious cup of coffee to go with the bun (~$2.75). We will be going back for the cinnamon bun soon! read more

My husband bought me a birthday cake from this bakery . He said that the customer service was great and that the inside was clean and cute. The cake which was red velvet was very pretty and the writing was nice. I felt that the cake was slightly dry. The buttercream was nice, not too sweet. The customer service here is horrible. The older lady that works the front desk has no knowledge of the business. I was trying to order cannolis for my mothers birthday and she refused to give half of two different flavors even though we have had that done many times in the past. When I explained that to her she said "I'll ask the manager but no guarantee" and told me to pay over the phone if I wanted my order to be held in the mean time. This is the third bad experience I've had here. Even though the dessert itself is great (hence the star), I can't justify ordering here and giving myself an unnecessary headache. Beautiful interior compliments the beautiful cakes, muffins, cupcakes, etc. Nice selection of fresh flowers and arrangements can be made! Have been wanting to try this place since I first heard about it. Went to dinner in downtown Easton tonight with some friends and someone suggested dessert. So I suggested we walk to Cake & Corolla! When we arrived we were greeted warmly and it smelled heavenly! My husband and I shared a huge peanut butter cup cookie and I had a regular coffee (both were amazing) Our friends had the cereal cheesecake and a slice of pistachio cake. They both loved theirs also. We will definitely be back - we all agreed it had a fresh feeling to the place and very comfortable vibe. Also check out the cute signs in the bathroom! Lol read more

This is probably one of my favorite coffee shop yet...I like their coffee, desserts, friendly staff & esp the place- nicely decorated, very peaceful-like and comfortable place to be in. A place you can sit in and just maybe unwind with a friend or two. It's a bit away from the busy parts of Easton which is nice. My family got a cake here for a birthday a few weeks ago. It looked beautiful, besides a wedding, it may have been the most atheisticly pleasing cake I've ever seen...but then we ate it. Unfortunately it may have been ine of the worst tasting we ever had. Didn't say anything at the party of course but when I talked to my family separately we couldn't believe how bad it was. This bakery is BY FAR the best bakery in the Lehigh Valley! The owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating and their cakes, cupcakes and donuts are the BEST!! They have amazing specialty coffees (bottomless cups) and the decor is adorable! Prices are great too! The bakery is super clean and the staff couldn't be more warm and welcoming! We love going to the bakery, getting a delicious donut (a MUST try here), cupcake or cookie and enjoying a nice cup of coffee or tea and being able to eat and relax inside (Cake & Corolla has the vibe of a cute little cafe, not just a pick up and go bakery). Prices are great and the products are great. However there really isn't that great of a selection. I was hoping for more of an Easton bakery type place with more variety but not so much. What they do have is great from what I have tried but a couple more selections would be great. Also they'd benefit in investing in better coffee. What a wonderful bakery! The cake was moist and so flavorful that you could even see the vanilla beans in it. It was accompanied by a delicious icing that was not overwhelming sweet. This is absolutely hands down the most adorable bakery/florist/specialty coffee house around. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They have perfectly decorated products. You can tell they take the time with every product to make it their best. I have tried almost every cupcake flavor they have made so far, cinnamon buns, brownies, macarons and cannoli's. Every single thing was delicious! Their icing is so "fluffy." It isn't too sweet either. Their cannoli was spot on! The cinnamon bun was as big as my head and had a cream cheese spread on top. It was absolutely amazing! I will be a lifelong customer! Their shop itself is so clean it's spotless! The decor is very welcoming as well (along with the couches and tables to sit at) and free WiFi and bottomless coffee while you dine in also!! I have to agree with Pat P on the cinnamons buns. First few times I had them they were AMAZING... so much cinnamon and sugar. I took a few to my family in CT and they never had anything like them. Now still good but no longer standing out as they did a month or two ago. Ill probably still get them from time to time but sad to see the quality change on something that was so unique and in my opinion signature to the bakery. Hopefully this is not another small local business that starts to focus in on profit rather than continuing to provide quality. read more

They used to be dripping with the cinnamon sugar on the bottom, now they're typical cinnamon buns. Still good but disappointing with the changes. Didn't get charged for the box this time.
