Not a really strong matcha flavor but still flavorful nonetheless. Unfortunately, they're not open on lazy Sundays (which are my favorite days to graze in a coffee shop) but I try to get here as much as I can.

The deep chocolate, roasted and caramel notes blend well with the slight sweetness of the added coconut." I thought the Coconut Silent Partner was above average and very well put together. Food truck's grub was decent and the building itself was clean... even the bathrooms. It's a big location, lots of seating and was family and pet friendly with some outside seating along the main road. I snagged a couple of four packs to go and was on my way. I had coffee and "The Shirley Special" - 2 eggs, 1 slice bacon, 1 slice thick French toast, breakfast potatoes $9.50. My son had a Turkey Hill chocolate milk, two eggs and a bagel.
