I love finding a place locals enjoy--and that was this place. The portions are big, but delicious! We had the Cajun chicken sandwich, chicken fried chicken sandwich, a big burger and kid burger. We loved that the toppings were placed on the side. The homemade honey mustard was great! Service was wonderful. I hope to visit when love music is playing! Added bonus...when we walked in, we passed some of the guys from Street Outlaws leaving. All in all, a pretty cool place. read more

The food was absolutely amazing. How many rolls like everybody says were really good. I had the chicken and a three piece suit and my husband had the ribs. Both were really good we liked it that they came with a dinner salad. The peanut butter pie was one of the best I've ever had. Super fun that they offer cotton candy as a dessert item. So this ends up being review #100 for my Yelp challenge. Kind of an odd spot for me. In my other Oklahoma review about Robertson's, I mentioned that I was taking a little ride to remember my mother's birthday. Robertson's was closed so I figured it's only another 18 miles to Ardmore, let's see what's there. Took the exit and the first place I see is Two Frogs. Why not? Big old sign that say's "Rib-it" with a big neon frog. It was daytime so he wasn't lit up. I guess something was happening there because they were putting up barricades to direct foot traffic. I was early, so I guess it was taking place later. I go in and it's pretty dark inside. I find out that they have bands that play there. Guitars and photos all over the place. Ziggy Stardust Bowie, Faces era Rod Stewart, Hendrix, Page, Plant, Steven Tyler and lots of guitars from mostly people who have played there over the years, including Willie Nelson. Not sure what is special about the place but ok. I got a Bayou chicken sandwich and fries and the chicken was juicy, but the "cajun" aspect of it lacked spice. The skin-on fries were great and cooked the way I wanted them. My server was ok, nothing special, usually a server checks to see how the food was, nope. I asked for my tab and when she returned with it, it was kind of a drive by. She dropped it on the table continuing onto another table without looking or saying thanks for coming....odd and not great. She refilled my water though.... so there's that. The menu boast ribs, steaks and chicken.... something called chicken in a three piece suit. Sandwiches and salads. Mostly what you'd expect in a place like this. On my way out there was a big bus with a Bret Michaels "Pimp my tour bus" or whatever the show is called banner on the cargo trailer behind it. So I guess the band finally arrived. This was a great stop for our family! First of all, my kid, who eats NOTHING, cleaned his plate. That meant the world to this mama! My husband had the Red snapper special, and he said it was insanely good. If I had to complain about anything it was that my burger was so big and juicy, my bun couldn't handle it. Went to visit after seeing a couple reviews on this place during a trip to Turner Falls. We were greeted at the door and immediately seated. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. Our server was very attentive, checking on us often. The ribs were amazing! The best part was the giant cotton candy platter they serve as a dessert. My kid was over the moon, and they even gave us a bag to take home the rest of it. I would definitely visit this place again!! read more

The name made me laugh and we love spicy food. There were three of us so we shared the crawfish tail appetizer, which was pretty good. We had the voodoo shrimp, shrimp skewer, and frog legs. The most amazing restaurant within 100 miles!! I've been eating at two frogs for 28 years and the service & food is always consistent!! The servers are on point!! Atmosphere ??? The walls are filled with pictures from the 60s and 70s music scene and there are a ton of autographed guitars from shows they have promoted over the years... Anri was the best waiter ever!!! He went above and beyond today! We haven't had a waiter as good as him in along time. We had just came back from a golf tournament really tired and hungry. We decided to stop by and eat dinner before we headed home. So glad we did the food was amazing big portions was fresh loved all of it. I recommend it to everyone. We travel from San Antonio to Omaha frequently and always saw this sign on I35. This trip we had time to stop and check it out. It was well worth the stop. It was mid afternoon. The food was very good. The collection of signed guitars from the previous concerts they held was really interesting to look at. I think it would be a fun place on weekends as they have a stage and looks to be live music. Restaurant and bar area was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Definitely will stop again, may work in plan to spend the night as there is a hotel next door so we can enjoy the food again and test the drinks! read more

Traveling through Oklahoma. Yelp reviews were good, so we stopped. Pictures of bands and artists tthat have played here line the walls. The hubs ordered peanut butter pie to eat before his meal (to make sure he had room!) it was AMAZING! I opted for grilled catfish, rice and broccoli. The catfish is legit! Hubby ordered fried catfish, fried okra, and red beans. He loved it all. Both meals also came with a salad and yeast rolls. I wish they offered a half portion or lunch size meal, as I have a smaller appetite, and had to leave half. It definitely would have gone home with me if we had been closer. We could smell meat smoking, and they claim to have awesome ribs. We will have to return and try them! Friendly staff is always a plus, and everyone was great. read more

Can't quite rate this 5 stars as it falls ever so short in several ways. 1) Price...if you come here, you better be ready to use plastic or have a hundo...cause it's high! 2) Service...not the best in Ardmore, but not too bad...say this...I've never had bad service at 2 frogs, like I routinely have at their neighbor's place. 3) Atmosphere...yet again...just shy of 5 stars...just a little too dark...makes it hard to read the menu and see the food...just a few more lumens and boom. 4) Food...this is where they shine...I've never left 2 frogs unhappy about my food...some of the best food in Ardmore! So I went there for live music. Amazing experience. The venue was one to remember, staff was incredibly accommodating to my disability and to my comfort. The food was very good, the drinks were plentiful and diverse. I really enjoyed the ambience and the uniqueness of the whole restaurant. I had the fried seafood platter which featured, shrimp, catfish and of course frog legs. Every bite was delicious. Same goes for the crawfish tail appetizer and the salads. I'm definitely going back sooner than later, I plan to to bring a little bit more bravery and go for the voodoo sauce themed dishes next time! I'm giving four stars only because that wheelchair maneuverability could be better. I had to almost make love to a decorative fountain to get through the door. LOL I digress, but staff more than made up for this minor inconvenience immediately! As a concert venue, do you say it was intimate would be an understatement! We felt like we were on stage with the band, and it was amazing. It was like getting your own private show! If you live in Dallas, OKC (or anywhere in between) do yourself a favor and go enjoy some live music and great food! read more

If I could give a 0% I would. Food was way overpriced for canned food. The service was absolutely the WORST I've ever had. Was very rude annoyed with me asking the ingredients. I have a food allergy. Lied to me about what was in the sauce since I had already ate it. Waitress glared me down and said bye very aggressively. Bathroom was very gross (pee) on the floor toilet paper and trash everywhere. Will not be back or recommending! Not worth the drive! read more

This place is a good option for beer and burgers. The price is reasonable and the time to receive food is fairly quick. The only downside for me is that I prefer red onions over white onions on my burger and they only carry white onions. Either way, the beer is cold and they have yet to forget the orange slice with my blue moon so whenever I am in town, I always consider having lunch or dinner here. read more

The word that best describes this place is "fine". The food was fine. The atmosphere was fine. The waiter was fine. That was about it. It was not busy but took forever. Our waiter said the fried chicken was excellent. And...you guessed it..it was just fine. I will say that the salad was great-super fresh. & the glazed carrots were exceptional. Seemed overly expensive for what you get and the fact that I got a completely raw piece of shrimp definitely didn't sit right with me. They replaced the shrimp with fully cooked ones but at that point we had already eaten breaded shrimp that was completely grey in the middle. Food is below average. Service is mediocre. Fries are terrible. Chicken is fine but it's hard to mess up chicken.

The apple dumpling is so good. Will be back just for dessert! I also had the grilled shrimp plate which was delicious as well.

Such a great find! I'm glad we stopped. The food was yummy, the rolls wonderful and the selection great! They were also helpful, given the food allergies my husband contends with (Alpha-Gal mammal allergy). We will definitely be back! Initially as you enter, it feels incredibly dark, but we chose a booth, and there were directed lights above us, which made reading the menu just fine.
