My husband and I are visiting Ardmore for a couple of days, and this cute diner caught our attention when we drove through town this afternoon! We just had dinner, and it definitely didn't disappoint us. I had the strawberry milkshake, a single Patty Patty Melt with onion rings, and my husband had a frosty mug root beer, the fried fish with a side salad and fried mushrooms. Very generous portions. Faith and Conner both made our dining experience that much better, very attentive, and friendly! We highly recommend dining here for great food at reasonable prices, and a 50s dining experience at that! read more

Well, what a weird and unusual spot for a pretty cool place! We stayed at the Winstar casino and decided to go around and find a place to eat for breakfast. Ended up searching for diners at one point and this place popped up! The food was good and the place was decorated pretty cool as well! Had a great experience with the waitress that helped us. At one point they brought my mom regular coffee instead of decaf (and it was a bit cold) and I notified her and she apologized and brought us the correct coffee without hesitation. Definitely great service! I would suggest to get there pretty early. We went around 11am and it wasn't too bad. But about 15 minutes later, all the tables were filled and people were waiting by the door for a table! Good food at a great price and in a diner! What's not to like! read more

After coming back to the states in Ardmore, ok, I took my mom here to have dinner, it's been years since I seen her, I heard it was a good place to eat so we came in, we was having a good time till my mom ordered her food the lady acted like she didn't want to be there, and after we got our food there was dried food on the bottom of the bowl, when we was leaving afterword there was an employee smoking at the front of the building outside, next time when I'm back visiting my mom I think I will take her to a more suitable place for dinner. read more

Came into town to visit my grandma for a few days from Tennessee/Kentucky while my husband is deployed & something told me to stop into Boom-a-Rang diner & I was not disappointed. I came in the ambiance was amazing, everyone greeted me and my daughter with such kindness. The food was great! We sat down, ate & as we were getting ready to pay... the owner just so happen to be there the day my daughter and I stopped in & our waitress brings me the news that he had taken care of our bill. We traveled to Ardmore to buy a boat and I noticed the diner on the way. While my husband checked the boat out, I got on YELP and looked for a place to eat. After looking at a lot of menus I decided on Boom-A-Rang since I already knew where it was. Truly one of the best decisions I've made! Beautiful, spotless, retro diner with great decor and music and the friendliest staff I've seen in a very long time. I ordered the chili burger and honestly think it rivaled the best one I ever had and that was years ago at the Maxim in Las Vegas. We live about 50 miles away but we're already planning to come back for the all you can eat fish! Great Place Great People! read more

We found this diner while traveling from DFW to OKC. It a couple miles off the Hwy (35) but worth the extra 10 minutes. It's a cute diner, clean and a very friendly attentive staff. The food is very good with reasonable prices. Definitely worth checking out! read more

Went in there for a quick meal and drink. I picked up the Reuben and a large Root Beer. The sandwich was made perfectly. I wish I could have stayed longer. The inside of the diner was great with all the pictures of famous people on the wall. The owners were very friendly and talkative. If you get a chance you should stop in and try it out. read more

Have been in twice now. Great experience both times! The fried pickles and the fried jalapeños are really good. You can't beat the hand made burgers and the chilled mugs for the root beer is a plus. The only reason this review is only four stars is because they don't do shakes. Love this place. Usually eat here for breakfast but have gotten their burgers and they are pretty good too. For breakfast they have the "Big Breakfast" which is two eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, biscuit for $5.99. Ask them to put onions/bell peppers in your hashbrowns....yumm. Check them out. read more

Our only previous experience with Boomarang's was the one in Lone Grove. Let's just say, it wasn't a place we would ever go back to. However, the Ardmore location is a whole different ball game. This might become our new hangout and "go to" favorite. The food was great, the servers were pleasant and the owner was right there with everyone and they were all so willing to answer our questions and visit with us.
