I received a recommendation via Haer at OC Furniture Restoration to contact Mike at this company. I…read morekindly requested a quote to have the locks on my antique hutch diagnosed and provide the necessary repairs to make them functional again. He asked for photos and I provided more than enough. Days went by and I had to follow up for any updates. He said he would need to see the hutch in person, which is fine, but why couldn't he just tell me that days ago when I sent the photos instead of waiting until I followed up? Anyway, I asked that he provide his availability so we can schedule accordingly. He asked for the address and I provided it. Since then (Aug 3), after multiple follow-ups, he has not responded at all. This is in no way a "five star" business handles communication with potential new clients. If they wish to no bid on the project, it is easy to do so instead of leaving potential new clients in the dark. Even if Mike were to respond now, I find him untrustworthy just based on this bad first impression.
