To be perfectly honest, I think I've only been in there once. My husband usually orders ahead and goes to pick it up. We probably get it a few times a year. But their shakes are SO good! I always get vanilla. I know, I know - how could I be so boring?! But I just really like it! One year, for one of the dinners we had to celebrate my birthday, my husband placed an order for everyone that was at the house and had Door Dash deliver them for dessert. We have some excellent bakers in the family, but he went in a different direction that year! If you're into really good shakes, I suggest you pay them a visit!

We did have to wait a while but hey, worth the wait for quality ice cream! Unfortunately, they didn't have my partner's usual frozen coffee drink on their new menus and considering the line, he didn't want to ask about it so hoping that wasn't discontinued?

This fresh ice cream is made with love and creativity as there are flavors like salted caramel cookies & cream and champagne sorbet. My personal favorite this time visiting the shop was a Biscoff petite scoop with a midnight vanilla cone. The parlor assistants can help describe each flavor profile and can offer you at least three samples in case you can't make up your mind. The adult beverage a.k.a. over 21 infused flavors are delightful, but I find them to be quite strong in flavor. This month is vegan January so they offered a lot of coconut cream based options. They drinks to offer as well so I will need to see what those are next time. The parlor is fairly accessible from the entrance but the walk ways are a bit narrow for wheelchairs. The bathrooms are large which is great considering the small venue. This place is also locally and woman owned. They also offer fun merchandise that is not boring or feels cheap.

Price is a touch on the higher side: was $33-something but we don't come here often. Food came out quick and was made to perfection! Kids LOVE their FREE ice cream after their meals. Only disappointing thing was the flavor of the day. My sister had told me they went to a Culver's that day and their flavor of the day was MINT with Andes candies. Sounded HEAVENLY. This location's flavor of the day was double strawberry. Boo. Apparently each location offers different flavors to allow people to choose. Ah well. The kids still loved their sweet treat. I actually don't eat ice cream and I was still hungry sooooo I treated myself to a 2nd spicy chicken sando. So good!! Plenty of seating inside and out. The parking is a bit strange but no biggie. Great job Culver's.

I was greeted warmly by the young attendant and then headed straight for some samples. I tried the cookie dough which slapped and decided to get the piccolo cookie dough with salted caramel. She ended up having to put it in two cups because I requested a lid, but trust I wasn't complaining. In addition to the gelato, I got an order of the Brazilian cheese bread. While waiting for my cheese bread, I decided to help myself to my gelato. Each bite was better than the next and I couldn't decide which one I liked the best out of the two. The caramel paired excellent with the salt and the balance was just what I was looking for. The cookie dough bites were an additional treat and tasted delicious when all mixed together. After a short wait for my bread, I was on my way. The bread was cheesy, fresh, and had a good stretch. It reminded me of the pull-apart bread but nice savory and cheesy. I was hooked after one bite and although my intention was to save them for later, I only had two pieces left. I've had this a few times at a couple different places, but this tasted the most authentic by far. I can't wait to come back for more!

It's such a shame they are in the location they are because I think they would be a lot busier with new customers to find them if they didn't have to actually see it, have to drive through a gas station and down a pot-hole filled gravel lot. I would very much recommend Young's for someone looking for the burger/hot dog type of place even though their menu offers so much more!

The first thing I noticed when I walked through the door was the pie case. It was "seat yourself," so I decided to sit at the counter. I was acknowledged and waited on right away. They have menus, but I didn't really need one because of the lighted display boards on the wall above the counter. Originally, I was going to order ice cream but decided on a slice of coconut cream pie and a cup of coffee. Not many people were ordering coffee, so I got a fresh pot. The pie crust was flaky while the filling was rich and creamy. My only regret is that I didn't have enough room to order a slice of peach crumb pie, too. Young's features the piecrete which is a slice of pie blended with soft-serve ice cream. Some of the pie is reserved for the topping. (I will definitely have to try one of those!) Also, on my "to-try" list is the chicken basket. The chicken is given a saltwater rinse (brining), before being breaded and cooked in a pressure fryer. While chicken is what they are famous for, I would say it's their friendly, top-notch service that accounts for their repeat business and longevity. Not many restaurants have been in business for over 70 years! If your travels take you to Valley Park, this place is a must stop. Be sure to check out the photos and memorabilia. Special thanks to the owner, Grant, for giving me additional history and information about Young's. I look forward to going there again.

Honestly a little concerned about the place after visiting tonight on National Ice Cream Day…read more Before entering, my friends and I were greeted with a sign saying "cash only" - no big deal. But then things just got worse... one whole freezer was out leaving only a few flavors to choose from and they were out of a lot of cones saying "delivery" was expected in a few days yet the waffle cone maker was sitting on a table. My friend ordered an apple pie milkshake which is made with vanilla ice cream (a flavor they actually had), but the worker said they couldn't make it because they were out of apple pie ice cream. We finally settled on some flavors in bowls (that weren't what we originally wanted) and our total was incorrect. We all got 2 scoops and were undercharged. Not something I would normally complain about, but this coupled with everything else we experienced makes me worried about the future of the business. We saw many groups turn around and leave tonight whether for lack of flavors, service, or cash only. As a wildwood resident, I hope this isn't the start of the decline of this town staple. Please do better and on such an important "National" holiday for your business too.

I was excited to finally try this place even though I was warned about the baklavas being too dry. Sadly that's true. I dint think they are made fresh. They lack syrupy. I understand they don't have much food traffic but cutting down on the types of baklava and freshly making them should solve that problem. Probably the second worst baklava I've had out here. I see why they make shakes though. Since they don't sell ans have leftover stock. We initially sat down to eat but it was so awkward that there's no music and so quiet. My husband said they don't vacuum between the chairs which were full of crumbs. We eventually got our food to go. The second issue is the food. We got a sucuk flatbread and ans egg pide. This is not a pide, it's just pizza bread. Cheese is mozzarella, should have been beyaz cheese. Middle eastern cuisine doesn't use this cheese. My egg was raw and just throw in a corner. Could have saved myself money by just getting domino's, at least my food would be cooked. If you want quality, try Balkan treat box, Aya Sofia or Garbanzo. I would also like to state that there is one employee that works front and back. I didn't see him washing his hands once going back into the kitchen to handle my food. Seems like there a big hygiene issue
