Nice restaurant. Lot outside. First time trying the chimney. It was very good. They make it to order. It was smoking hot! Only soft service in the chimney. It was good/solid. Got the pistachio.
Very good nice service. Amazing food!! Ask for Beeka his service was amazing. I got this Dubai chocolate crepe very good!!
The Chimney Cakes were very good! After you order there is a bit of a wait, because they make each one fresh. They had roll the dough and bake them, then roll it in the topping & fill it with soft serve ice cream ice cream. They were really busy on Friday evening when we were there. Some people came in just for hand scooped ice cream or shakes. They also have coffee drinks. The parking lot can get pretty crowded.
We got the classic with the chocolate/vanilla ice cream. It was really good. The service was nice. The guy was friendly. We didn't have to wait long for our treat. The ambiance was small place. It's a little dated but that's okay. The biggest perk is that it's open until midnight. The parking lot is pretty decent.
I visited this place with a friend for a late-night snack, and I discovered it's very popular on TikTok for its Dubai chocolate. My friend had been here before and enjoyed it, so I thought it was worth a try. I ordered the waffle with Nutella and banana slices. The presentation was appealing, and the waffle was warm, cut into four pieces, and generously doused in Nutella. There was also what I think was a banana sauce. I really enjoyed it and would rate it 9/10. I also tried the Dubai chocolate, which I found to be decent. While it was tasty, it wouldn't be my first choice if I returned. I would give it a 7/10; I could taste the chocolate and strawberry flavors, but I couldn't really taste the pistachio. The service was quick, and the person at the counter was friendly. The place was packed, with people arriving even close to closing time, which shows how much people love these treats. Overall, I enjoyed my visit. I recommend checking it out for yourself and forming your own opinion!
Worth EVERY. SINGLE. PENNY. Immediately walked in to very friendly service, an easy to read menu, and TONS of options! Plenty of inside seating & a small cozy patio so you can enjoy your treats anywhere. :) We came for the strawberry Dubai chocolate cup but also ended up snagging a churro ice cream cone with fruity pebbles. The churro cones are made fresh right in front of you, and the taste is incredible. The strawberry Dubai cup was so fresh, each strawberry so juicy, and the chocolate just perfect. Will return ASAP!
The service was fast and efficient. The place has many options to choose from with different ice creams flavors and desserts. There was plenty of seating as well with good aesthetic. I got the Dubai Habba cake. It was very chocolatey and delicious. The cake was a light and airy. I did wish the chocolate and pistachios icing on top was fresh but it seemed like it was sitting on top for a while. Overall, it was a good treat and would love to come back to try the ice creams flavors
The service was excellent when entering the building. There was a line however they had plenty of employees to handle the late night rush. They are open until midnight.. the shake was unreal. Their flavors and ice cream being smooth is incredible. The strawberry cup with pistachio is their big seller. You cannot go wrong with this choice as well. 5 star desert location for me !!! I hope they can expand to a larger location. They deserve the hype and success that they are receiving.
They bake the cone fresh. New flavors and a fresh idea. Delicious treat! I tried to he classic today with vanilla ice cream.
These things are so delicious! You can def share one with someone. Highly recommend the oreo flavor. We went on a sunday night at 10pm and it was no line and very peaceful. not overstimulating at all!
We came specifically for the Dubai chocolate strawberries and they did not disappoint! They were absolutely delicious! I believe they were about $18 each but the cup was quite large. The service was super nice and we received our items quickly. It's a pretty small store with only a few tables but it wasn't too crowded so we were able to get a table.
Treated myself to a Dubai chocolate strawberry cup for my birthday and was not disappointed! The strawberries were huge and super fresh and juicy. The flavors of the toppings and chocolate mixture are amazing. The inside is small but very clean, with a couple of tables and a high top bar area. Was greeted when I walked in and after ordering it was ready super quick. I will 100% be back to try more deserts and Highly recommend.
This place is getting popular for a reason! An unassuming storefront in a little shopping center (somewhat limited parking), it's definitely worth stopping by. I've been wanting to try this place for years, I honestly didn't know what a chimney cake was! Went there with my high schooler. She got the Oreo chimney cake (very yummy) and I got the Dubai chocolate strawberry cup and wow was it delicious. A bit on the pricey side but worth it. Flavors are really well done, interesting with enjoyable texture contrasts. Treat your self! The service was good, it took a bit because of the line and they seem to be making everything fresh!
We had an excellent experience at Twisted Rolls on a Friday afternoon. I split an Oreo one with my daughter and it was plenty to share. The person at the counter was really friendly and explained the process with us as first timers. He gave us lots of napkins and suggested a box of gloves to pull apart the roll if we didn't want to get too messy. It was a fun dessert and really delicious. We will definitely be back to try more flavors. read more
This place is so neat and they offer such an original concept. It smells amazing the minute you walk in the door and the "kitchen" is partially open so you can see how they make the cones and the crepes. The cones include soft serve vanilla or chocolate. Went with a party of four and sharing two cones was the perfect amount. Warning, the cones get messy, grab napkins! They pull apart similar to a cinnamon roll and create this oeey, goeey, warm, yet delicious mess. At 8:30pm on a Saturday the shop was busy but not overly crowded. Seating was available inside and outside. read more

Absolutely delicious and unique dessert spot in Ballwin that should be on your list!! This little shop is so cute and stylish with indoor and outdoor seating options :) We stopped in during the afternoon and enjoyed an Oreo chimney cake. It was so amazingly yummy that I knew I would be coming back soon to try other options. They also serve shakes, crepes, Italian sodas and other fun treats! read more

I have been visiting this place just to have the nutella crepe, it's a 5/5, this is the best item on their menu, the shakes are also a must try, I tried the strawberry shake and its a 5/5. The Dubai chocolate strawberry cup did not live up ti the hype. Do not waste the money on the soda's and the smoothies are crushed ice with infused flavour. Try the crepes, shakes and waffles. read more

We just moved to chesterfield and were craving icecream and this place was one of the first places to pop up on the Apple Maps app. The pictures looked great so we had to try. They have soft serve ice cream, shakes, crepes, waffles, pancakes, Italian soda and more. However, the staple on the menu is the chimney cake which was to die for. It was almost like a flaky pastry but then also doughy and soft in the middle. I ordered the Oreo one. It was the chimney cake coated in crushed Oreos, but there was also chocolate in the cone and a suprise cookie! Inside the cone, I choose vanilla soft serve ice cream (you can do vanilla, chocolate or mix) which was then topped with a drizzle of chocolate syrup and an Oreo. This was a delicious treat but really messy. They do have gloves in you don't like getting your hands dirty! My husband got the lotus version which was the cone covered with crushed bishop cookies, filled with caramel, and topped with a bishop cookie. I think I liked his better but it just depends if you are in the mood for chocolate or not! This place was great and I wish I could eat one everyday but unfortunately that's not healthy! read more

Just found this gem in Ballwin on Manchester! If you haven't had chimney cake, you have to give this a try. My friend had first experienced chimney cake in Hungary last year and has been looking for it in the USA ever since. She was delighted to find this place and gives it two thumbs up in comparison to the chimney cake she had in Hungary! They make them fresh when you order and have lots of options to fill them with. read more

This place is awesome. Very authentic and homey. The chimney cakes were so unique and delicious!! The cakes were warm and the ice cream was so creamy and delicious. We watched them make ours fresh and it was so cool to see. Did take a bit but we weren't in a rush. Very friendly workers too! read more
Yummy new local ice cream business. I had a medium reeses shake that was deliciously creamy and my friend had their 'classic' chimney twist option. They offer gloves to eat the chimney options so you don't get too messy. Only thing to note, they make their chimney options from scratch so it can take 5-10 minutes to make, maybe longer if there is a crowd. But definitely worth it if you're in the mood for sweet treats. The inside of the location was clean and 3-4 tables and a bar to sit at. The staff was nice and friendly as well. read more

This was my first time trying Twisted rolls! I love the concept and the ambiance! Cute little spot great for relaxing with friends, I will definitely be coming back! Me and my friend came right before they closed and the guy helping us was so polite! I tried the Classic cone, the cones aren't like a regular waffle cone but they taste just like waffles My friend tried the fruity pebble one which looks amazing, and they put a chocolate chip cookie at the bottom of both cones:))) Overall 10/10 read more
This is a tasty, but expensive treat. The Chimney ice cream cones are quite large, though I ate it all. The pastry (cone) is very fresh and delicious. My next visit I'll probably just get the pastry with no ice cream. My son had a Nutella crepe and said it was the best. It was huge and covered in Nutella. The people there were really nice and helpful. I will be back on a day we need an extra special treat! read more

Very good, my only ding would be that the ice cream melts too fast because of the hot fresh cone. Maybe decrease temp of ice cream? read more

I heard about this place from a friend and discovered it's rather close to where I'm at, so I popped over to take a look for myself. I was recommended the Lotus Cone and it did not disappoint! When I initially walked in to look at the menu it barely took seconds for the worker to come to the counter, and while the cone took a short while to make the wait wasn't bad at all. It's a quaint little place with a few tables and bar seating against the counter, though I had gone in at an irregular time so no one else was around. Highly highly recommend even in the cold season, they offer warm options like Crepes and Waffles and the Chimney Cake cones are served fresh and warm with the ice cream (Which comes in vanilla, chocolate or twist!) Stop by if you're ever in West County between Winchester and Ballwin! read more

Ahhhhhhhmazing! This adorable little ice cream shop offers a variety of sweet treats. We had 6 family members we all ordered different twisted rolls with soft serve ice cream. Every single one of them was phenomenal! We also had a couple of scoops of hard packed ice cream. The coffee Oreo was super satisfying. Very friendly owners. You have to try this place for a fun sweet treat. It's worth every penny! They are made to order resulting in ultra fresh and warm cake shells. read more
