When we got inside, they have 4 kiosks for ordering so you can review the menu and then order when you are ready. During the ordering process, you can choose if it's a dine in or take out order and then you grab a number and type that in so they can find you when the order is ready. Of course, before paying, they have an option for tipping so do with that what you will. After paying for my order the kiosk told me that when my order was ready, a team member would bring my order out to me so I went and sat down at a table after picking up napkins, a fork and some ketchup. They also have a self serve drink station with a tap just for water, but the cups are really small so I recommend bringing a reusable water bottle if you have one. After a few minutes, I received a text to let me know my order was ready and that it would be brought out shortly. After about 10 minutes, my friend already had her order delivered to the table, but mine was still missing. I decided to go up to the counter to ask about it. The workers were busy, but one of them did ask me what I needed and I let them know my order was missing. They could not find the order and so I had to show them my receipt (thankfully, I had it emailed to me because you could always decline a receipt). I showed my receipt and the text that my order was ready and so they told me they would start a new order for me since they didn't have mine. All I ordered was a coffee milkshake and some cheese fries so it shouldn't take too long. I just stood there awkwardly waiting for my drink/food and after about 5ish minutes, they were handing it to me. I was shocked that they didn't apologize or acknowledge their mistake and they did not even say anything to me either when handing me my tray. The customer service could use some work in my opinion. The cheese fries were good as usual and since I was trying the coffee shake for the first time, I was not overly impressed, but it did taste fine. However, there are other places with much better coffee shakes so I probably won't order it again. I am not someone who frequents Shake Shack so I don't know when or if I will be back.

But earlier this year, things started to be...off. Getting the wrong sodas, something left out of the bag, asking for a large and getting a medium because it wasn't rung up properly (and half the time the screens at the ordering point are busted so can't confirm), etc; after a time or two of turning up around 11 or 12 and finding the place closed when it shouldn't have been on top of it all, I finally said something to one of the employees. Great guy, not sure if he's a manager or what. He was fairly upset about it and we talked a little. He informed me that there was new ownership and they are no longer 24 hour although they are open longer than all of the other ones nearby (close at 1am, I think). Despite the old signs still being up. And really, the declining service dates from about that time. I wish they could get it in gear. UPDATE 10/26/16: since I thought it was open until 1, we swung through just about midnight. All the lights are on, the sign is lit, even some cars in the lot. Once again, no one answered us at the drive through, not even to say they were closed. I tried the door on one side and it was locked. No hours are posted, so.... Look, if you're closing at midnight, I don't care--WOULD YOU JUST POST HOURS CLEARLY AND TURN EVERYTHING OFF LIKE YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO? The worker was visibly distressed and upset, and he said he didn't even have my order in the system, and only the manager (skinny glasses girl) could assist. I ended up leaving without a refund. I wouldn't blame the kid, but the seemingly inept and rude manager. Never coming back to this location again!
