Had a laughable experience tonight. Showed up around 5:30pm on a Sunday. There were maybe 4 cars, yet the food came out after 30-40 minutes and it was cold. One of the drinks was supposed to be a slushy but wasn't, not a big deal. The big banger of our experience was that my quarter pound double cheeseburger was not a double, but instead two half patties stacked on top of each other. Just left this location's drive-thru where I ordered "one coney hot dog no cheese."We waited for 10 minutes for someone to come out--gave me someone else's order then gave me a bag with a footlong hot dog in it. Ordered through Door Dash. Wanted 3 HAMBURGERS and as this is not an option, had to order Cheeseburgers. However in every possible place where you listed what you wanted on the burgers, I marked NO CHEESE. I checked the receipt to be sure it was clear. How do you get them to understand? NO f-ing cheese. I sent a complaint to the customer service dept. and received this in response. Make sure you read what's in the parentheses. "Please accept my sincere apology for any issues you experienced at our Sonic Drive In. I'm very sorry to learn that your experience with (person or item they had poor experience with) was less than adequate. I understand your frustration. I stopped by Sonic after doing some work at my brother's house that's in the area. It was later in the evening and hadn't ate anything since lunch. Is it my favorite fast food? Probably not but it's a solid choice. What did I get? Burger, tater tots (of course) and a Cream Pie Mlikshake. Their burgers are fine, probably better one elsewhere but they make em' big. Their tater tots are solid, much better than fries. And their Cream Pie Milksahke? Kind of divine. I don't know what they put in it to make it "pie-y" but it's workin! Worse sonic we have been to. I clearly asked for 2 fries twice with our 2 large grape slushees and then the person rushed away and I noticed still only 1 fry on the screen. I pushed the red button for service and waited Another 2 minutes for them to return to the speaker and correct the error. Then five minutes after we drove away my 10 year old became very upset because our slushee foam cup we received was punctured (1/2 inch slit) near the bottom of the cup and finally melted enough to leak on his clothes and lap. The prices add up fast but the food is pretty good, especially if you walked there and are very hungry. They have a great food allergy information page on their website, it is an easy to read chart. The credit card readers never work right when you sit outside at the benches, but the staff is always on point. read more

If you want the drive-in experience in this area, this is a fine place to go. Sonic has pretty tasty food at a good price and generally it comes out pretty fast. Went trough the drive thru for lunch today. After we placed our orders we were asked to confirm if our order was correct on the screen. Everything was correct and we moved on. The wait was not terribly long (although I know they take forever sometimes) and the waitress brought out our food. She read everything back to us and it was correct but when we got home my order was not correct! It's one of my biggest pet peeves! This is also not the first time this has happened to me. Dead fly. I ordered a only small strawberry banana milkshake and a regular vanilla milkshake. We had to wait 10 minutes for just these two items. After we had driven away I saw a dead fly on the top and side of my milkshake. Disgusting. I doubt a fly would land on my shake and suddenly die, so I'm placing this blame on one of their employees and assuming someone had put an already dead fly on top of my shake. If I hadn't been with father I would have gone back and done something about this disgusting event. Would not recommend this location whatsoever if they send out bug-ridden service to people.
