Came during lunch and the line was long. However it moved at a steady pace. Ordered ham and Swiss sandwiches,mozzarella cheese sticks and drinks. The staff was friendly and the food was nice and hot. Literally they have one job. Take an order , cooks put it together and ensure it's hot, cashiers ensure everything is in the order. This location is awful! Food is always cold and something is always not correct. The fried Turkey Sandwich I got was nasty! The curly fries cold and the cup of cheese which they charge nearly a dollar for missing. How can they expect anyone to think Incorrect, cold, old food with a sandwich with entirely too much condiment on a thin layer of meat would be good. The Manchester MO location is usually & painfully understaffed, the employees are poorly-trained, and the food quality is inconsistent ... sometimes the sandwiches are really good; and other times they're AWFUL When the food is good, it's really good; but when the employees are having a Bad Day, there's no-telling what you'll receive. The day I quit, the GM followed me all the way outside and said to me that I need to "Grow up" two times. After this incident, I got a call from his boss, the area director, and I told him my point of view of the event. The Area Director told me that was the exact story that the GM told him, but he left out the part of him following me outside and telling me that I need to grow up. The GM also said to one employee that I was lazy. He requires employees to throw trash away at night, this is contradictory to Arby's Policy. The Policy states that Trash must be rounded up before sunset and thrown away. I would not recommend this Job position to anyone. I have worked with that man for 10 months, you don't want to work with him even a second. read more

So - I thought I would treatmyslef to something new. It was my one stop at fast food for the week. I'll try the new Arby's. Sound good so far, right ? Once on the drive through I was greeted by a friendly voice asking if I wanted a gyro. I said no - I'll take a # 9. They asked me what a 9 was. Uhoh.... I told her it was beef and Cheddar. Then I said yes - I'll try a gyro. She said ' a what?" I smiled and said please add a gyro. About a minute went by and she came back and told me to go around. I'll spare you the rest of the drive through- soda - wrong. Sandwich wrong. Gyro - not in the bag. Had to go in and get it. Lady said that it happens a lot. The sandwich was slopped to one side cheese glob on the other. The gyro was sliced roast beef and no cucumber sauce. The fries tasted like grease and we're cold. Nope - I won't go back. read more

I haven't been to an Arby's in a while and it looks like they've made some improvements in the food quality. I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich combo and they now have sliders of all different types so I had two classic roast beef sliders with the original Arby's sauce. The food was pretty good. The buffalo sauce was just the right amount of heat. The Arby's sauce is just the same as it always was which is a good thing. The curly fries were packed in and hot. I couldn't ask for more and might put Arby's back in the rotation. read more

Very consistent food no matter which location I find myself. Love the sliders, ham or roast beef with cheese are my favs. Their cherry turnovers are made with phyllo dough, and when warm are delightful. I am not a fan of their fish sandwich though. read more

I've never felt the need to write a bad review before today. Went to the drive through with a friend last night around 8:30 to get some mozzarella sticks and the intercom asked us to wait a moment. After 10 minutes of waiting with no response another car pulled up be hind us and we continued to wait another 5-10 minutes before the halfhearted apologized and as we pulled up to the window the young cashier, a middle aged woman, and two of the other staff members poked their heads out the window laughing at us while an old Indian man stood there with a smug grin on his face. I work in food myself but these people made me sick. I have never seen such a rude and disrespectful staff. read more

I abandoned Arby's many years ago because of the poor quality of their so-called roast beef sandwich. It just tasted like processed meat substitute. Last year someone told me Arby's really improved the quality of their sandwich. So on a whim today I stopped by the Arby's on Manchester Road in Ballwin. I ordered the classic meal which included the standard Arby's sandwich, curly cue fries, and a drink. Service was no issue. They were very courteous. But the sandwich! The so-called roast beef was absolutely awful. Dark in color, with an extremely processed appearance and texture, and an inferior flavor that did not taste like roast beef at all. I sat there, debating whether I should throw away the rest of the sandwich while wondering how could this company survive with this as their primary product. It was almost exactly as I remember it from many years ago. I was hoping for something similar to Lions Choice, which has always been my preference when it comes to fast food roast beef sandwiches. With competition like this, Lions Choice has nothing to worry about. Arby's should be ashamed of itself, putting out "mystery meat" like this and calling it roast beef. read more
