The service is always slow, they may not speak and toss you your food but I will say the food is made right and the fried are hot, crispy and salted just right. Nuggets are good just right too. I never have to ask for well done nuggets and my fish sandwich is cooked just right. read more

This McDonald's is so dumb , I ordered at 3:30/3:40 , got there about 3:50! There a 24 hour location so you would think they would answer on the drive-through knowing that their drive-through is open from 3 to 4 and then they close at around four to about five for breakfast. We got there about 350. They refuse to respond and or use the drive-through whatsoever when I repeatedly tried to say hello and More to try to get their attention for the mobile order that I had placed earlier, they didn't respond. We could see people inside. They physically looked at us and wouldn't even give us our food nor would they give me a refund so don't go to this McDonald's if you just wanna waste your gas and your time sitting there for almost 40 minutes just trying to get food. I never even got my food I had to cancel it and no one would help me never go to this McDonald's read more

One, I've come here multiple times. Every single time they have taken at least 30 minutes. I've come here and every single time their ice cream machine is always off. I know that sounds like a classic McDonalds mistake but this is every single time I come. Lastly every single time they screw something up with my meal. We even once had to go inside after waiting 40 minutes to get our food we ordered in the drive thru. read more

Geez-- what is up with this McDonald's location. Went to pick up an order, the female manager with glasses and a ponytail was SCREAMING at another worker. Calling him names, expletives, etc. She ended up storming out and driving away, leaving the worker all alone. The worker was visibly distressed and upset, and he said he didn't even have my order in the system, and only the manager (skinny glasses girl) could assist. I ended up leaving without a refund. I wouldn't blame the kid, but the seemingly inept and rude manager. Never coming back to this location again! read more

Due to working late hours in the area, there aren't many options for food after 11pm. The experiences used to be good until a month or two ago. They randomly close throughout the night, turn the lights off inside and out, and block the drive thru lanes with cones. The staff will be outside smoking or inside dancing and partying with other people. The staff have become insanely rude, the food sucks when they do make it, and the orders are generally wrong. They will also allow you to place orders in their app, then refuse to make it when you arrive and say they are only take DoorDash orders. I highly recommend avoiding this location. The management needs to open their eyes and realize this location is going downhill quickly and needs immediate changes to survive - including new staff. read more

Asked for napkins because the dispenser was stuck and none were coming out. The employee told me over there and pointed. Told him the were stuck and none were coming out. He ignored me and walked away. So I went over and opened it up and got them with no help from him. I have not gone here and not had a problem with staff. I try to avoid this location because of poor service and only come here about 1x a year hoping service improves and it doesn't. 2 stars because food was good and fries were hot. read more

I wish I could give this place 0 stars Worst service I've ever had at McDonalds I ordered two things and didn't get my food for over 30 mins this is ridiculous plus even after all of that waiter didn't get anything to confiscate for the time that I spent standing at the counter looking like an idiot read more

There was a wild child running around screaming for help. My order is always messed up and never hot.

I just went through the drive through to get coffee. In this new reality of COVID-19, you'd think they'd have some more strict hygiene practices. No gloves and I watched the young man at the window lick his fingers before he picked up my coffee and handed it to me! He didn't pick up my coffee by the bottom of the cup, he picked up my coffee with his fingers on my lid! I came home, scrubbed my hands and picked up my coffee with a paper towel and poured it into my own cup so I didn't have to touch it. I tried to call the restaurant to speak with the manager and no one answered the phone. I've been less than thrilled with this location before and this sealed the deal for me, I won't be back. read more

McDonalds has been on a steady decline. Some days when the manager is working, we get what we pay for. Unfortunately this is the norm at this location. I understand everyone is short staffed, but this is just not worth eating. read more

This locations has the rudest staff in town! The drive thru people are very disrespectful!! Always a super long line as well. They never get orders right read more

This McDonalds consistently screws up, has random closings even though it's supposed to be 24 hours, is always either running out of items or their card system goes down, and most of all, MANGEMENT AND/OR THE OWNERS NEVER RESPOND TO MESSAGES WITH POOR FEEDBACK, MUCH LESS OFFER COMPENSATION FOR POOR SERVICE!!!! Most recently, I placed an order thru Uber Eats for a dinner order, prior to 3am when they start serving breakfast. The order keeps getting pushed back 10 minutes, and 30 minutes goes by and I have no food. So I call the restaurant asking why my order keeps getting pushed back and the idiot who answers says "Is this for a breakfast order?" I asked when they offer breakfast and they said 3am, and I said no, and my order was placed prior to 3am so I should get it. Phone idiot proceeded to check and said "Oh uh I'm sorry our iPad was dead.", to which I replied "So does this mean I'm not going to get it?" And phone idiot replied "Uh we can give you a breakfast item." which was NOT what I wanted! I reported the issue to Uber Eats, and they couldn't even get in touch with the restaurant, but were able to cancel the order. I have HAD it with this McDonalds, it's screw ups, promises of services but whose staff are too incompetent to fill, and lack of caring on the part of management/ownership. Don't eat here, it needs to be shut down or sold to a capable business owner. read more

Better then the other McDonald's near me. Lee Ann is your best worker. She is always so kind. The rest of the bunch are really good too.

"Open 24 hours a day" But apparently "Only for Door Dash or Grub Hub orders." There have been multiple times before late night, ordered food no problem. Prices up again. This is the last time I purchase anything from this place. Almost $8 for a standard breakfast meal. No way!

If you try to order here between midnight and 3am any day of the week they will tell you the system is down and it takes 30min to restart. They will serve you if you pull up again later that night. They have zero issues other than a lazy ass staff. These kids running this place will pull that and then have the nerve to ask you "to pay for the order behind you". I did it once only to see a car packed with kids the guys same age pull up to get a $20 meal free. Second time I was asked I said yes and didn't hand my cash over until the car pulled up and again it was a car full of kids that was hanging in the parking lot when I pulled up. This place is the epitome of horrible service and scamming workers. It's embarrassing that this claims to be the only late night place around yet management clearly has zero grasp on their own business. read more

If I can give this place zero stars I would. I have been to this location at least five times and have not been serviced they say they will get to you when you pull up in the drive-through but they never come back. HORRIBLE! If I could put no stars, I would! Bought five fish fillet sandwiches, they came with no tartar sauce and a quarter piece/sliver of cheese on all of them. For a $4 sandwich this is pathetic. Decided to take a break for a couple months from that restaurant and just went in to the drive through with no cars waiting and sat for five minutes to waiting to order, we just ended up leaving. Every time we go to this McDonald's the food is always COLD! Who ever is running this place is doing a horrible job. My girlfriend and I order two large McFlurries at the drive thru. As we pulled up to the first window to pay an African American women named Lequesha told us that they were cleaning the ice cream machines. She said "We cleanin' up right now, we cant do that" (Lequesha), We said okay and countued to order two large Mocha Frape's because she could make those at the moment. Since we werent able to get what we wanted I ask if we could get something for free? she repliled with "Nope" With much more attuide than show in this text. I then asked for her name and she replied with "Lequesha" When i didnt respond after asking for her name she then said "Why are you gonna ask the person at the next window for somthing free?" and I said No just so I know who to not to ask for free food next time. She had my girlfriends credit card at this point and said, "Well now your getting two small Frapes" Which was not what we ordered and was very rude and out of line. I have a problen with being treated this way and was on a time contrant and did not have time to ask for the manager at the Mcdolands in Valley Park Missouri.
