Food's fine--regular McDonald's, no problems with that. We started going to this one because it was open later (it USED to be 24 hours, but no longer) than the one near Weidman and we sometimes wanted dinner after 10pm. But earlier this year, things started to be...off. Getting the wrong sodas, something left out of the bag, asking for a large and getting a medium because it wasn't rung up properly (and half the time the screens at the ordering point are busted so can't confirm), etc; after a time or two of turning up around 11 or 12 and finding the place closed when it shouldn't have been on top of it all, I finally said something to one of the employees. Great guy, not sure if he's a manager or what. He was fairly upset about it and we talked a little. He informed me that there was new ownership and they are no longer 24 hour although they are open longer than all of the other ones nearby (close at 1am, I think). Despite the old signs still being up. And really, the declining service dates from about that time. I wish they could get it in gear. UPDATE 10/26/16: since I thought it was open until 1, we swung through just about midnight. All the lights are on, the sign is lit, even some cars in the lot. Once again, no one answered us at the drive through, not even to say they were closed. I tried the door on one side and it was locked. No hours are posted, so.... Look, if you're closing at midnight, I don't care--WOULD YOU JUST POST HOURS CLEARLY AND TURN EVERYTHING OFF LIKE YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO? Really, I'm beginning to think I should go to the one on Weidman and just get there before they close, kissing midnight runs good-bye or sticking to Taco Bell (honestly, the one near this McD's is pretty decent). read more

Geez-- what is up with this McDonald's location. Went to pick up an order, the female manager with glasses and a ponytail was SCREAMING at another worker. Calling him names, expletives, etc. She ended up storming out and driving away, leaving the worker all alone. The worker was visibly distressed and upset, and he said he didn't even have my order in the system, and only the manager (skinny glasses girl) could assist. I ended up leaving without a refund. Due to working late hours in the area, there aren't many options for food after 11pm. The experiences used to be good until a month or two ago. They randomly close throughout the night, turn the lights off inside and out, and block the drive thru lanes with cones. The staff will be outside smoking or inside dancing and partying with other people. The staff have become insanely rude, the food sucks when they do make it, and the orders are generally wrong. They will also allow you to place orders in their app, then refuse to make it when you arrive and say they are only take DoorDash orders. I highly recommend avoiding this location. The management needs to open their eyes and realize this location is going downhill quickly and needs immediate changes to survive - including new staff. read more

I just went through the drive through to get coffee. In this new reality of COVID-19, you'd think they'd have some more strict hygiene practices. No gloves and I watched the young man at the window lick his fingers before he picked up my coffee and handed it to me! He didn't pick up my coffee by the bottom of the cup, he picked up my coffee with his fingers on my lid! I came home, scrubbed my hands and picked up my coffee with a paper towel and poured it into my own cup so I didn't have to touch it. This McDonalds consistently screws up, has random closings even though it's supposed to be 24 hours, is always either running out of items or their card system goes down, and most of all, MANGEMENT AND/OR THE OWNERS NEVER RESPOND TO MESSAGES WITH POOR FEEDBACK, MUCH LESS OFFER COMPENSATION FOR POOR SERVICE!!!! Most recently, I placed an order thru Uber Eats for a dinner order, prior to 3am when they start serving breakfast. The order keeps getting pushed back 10 minutes, and 30 minutes goes by and I have no food. So I call the restaurant asking why my order keeps getting pushed back and the idiot who answers says "Is this for a breakfast order?" I asked when they offer breakfast and they said 3am, and I said no, and my order was placed prior to 3am so I should get it. Phone idiot proceeded to check and said "Oh uh I'm sorry our iPad was dead.", to which I replied "So does this mean I'm not going to get it?" And phone idiot replied "Uh we can give you a breakfast item." which was NOT what I wanted! I reported the issue to Uber Eats, and they couldn't even get in touch with the restaurant, but were able to cancel the order. I have HAD it with this McDonalds, it's screw ups, promises of services but whose staff are too incompetent to fill, and lack of caring on the part of management/ownership. As we pulled up to the first window to pay an African American women named Lequesha told us that they were cleaning the ice cream machines. She said "We cleanin' up right now, we cant do that" (Lequesha), We said okay and countued to order two large Mocha Frape's because she could make those at the moment. Since we werent able to get what we wanted I ask if we could get something for free? she repliled with "Nope" With much more attuide than show in this text. HORRIBLE! If I could put no stars, I would! Bought five fish fillet sandwiches, they came with no tartar sauce and a quarter piece/sliver of cheese on all of them. For a $4 sandwich this is pathetic. Decided to take a break for a couple months from that restaurant and just went in to the drive through with no cars waiting and sat for five minutes to waiting to order, we just ended up leaving.
