There a 24 hour location so you would think they would answer on the drive-through knowing that their drive-through is open from 3 to 4 and then they close at around four to about five for breakfast. We got there about 350. We could see people inside. Due to working late hours in the area, there aren't many options for food after 11pm. The experiences used to be good until a month or two ago. They randomly close throughout the night, turn the lights off inside and out, and block the drive thru lanes with cones. The staff will be outside smoking or inside dancing and partying with other people. The staff have become insanely rude, the food sucks when they do make it, and the orders are generally wrong. They will also allow you to place orders in their app, then refuse to make it when you arrive and say they are only take DoorDash orders. I highly recommend avoiding this location. The management needs to open their eyes and realize this location is going downhill quickly and needs immediate changes to survive - including new staff. read more

I just went through the drive through to get coffee. In this new reality of COVID-19, you'd think they'd have some more strict hygiene practices. No gloves and I watched the young man at the window lick his fingers before he picked up my coffee and handed it to me! He didn't pick up my coffee by the bottom of the cup, he picked up my coffee with his fingers on my lid! I came home, scrubbed my hands and picked up my coffee with a paper towel and poured it into my own cup so I didn't have to touch it. I tried to call the restaurant to speak with the manager and no one answered the phone. This McDonalds consistently screws up, has random closings even though it's supposed to be 24 hours, is always either running out of items or their card system goes down, and most of all, MANGEMENT AND/OR THE OWNERS NEVER RESPOND TO MESSAGES WITH POOR FEEDBACK, MUCH LESS OFFER COMPENSATION FOR POOR SERVICE!!!! Most recently, I placed an order thru Uber Eats for a dinner order, prior to 3am when they start serving breakfast. The order keeps getting pushed back 10 minutes, and 30 minutes goes by and I have no food. So I call the restaurant asking why my order keeps getting pushed back and the idiot who answers says "Is this for a breakfast order?" I asked when they offer breakfast and they said 3am, and I said no, and my order was placed prior to 3am so I should get it. Phone idiot proceeded to check and said "Oh uh I'm sorry our iPad was dead.", to which I replied "So does this mean I'm not going to get it?" And phone idiot replied "Uh we can give you a breakfast item." which was NOT what I wanted! I reported the issue to Uber Eats, and they couldn't even get in touch with the restaurant, but were able to cancel the order. I have HAD it with this McDonalds, it's screw ups, promises of services but whose staff are too incompetent to fill, and lack of caring on the part of management/ownership. She said "We cleanin' up right now, we cant do that" (Lequesha), We said okay and countued to order two large Mocha Frape's because she could make those at the moment. She had my girlfriends credit card at this point and said, "Well now your getting two small Frapes" Which was not what we ordered and was very rude and out of line.
