Instead of simply asking what I wanted, she took the time to learn my taste preferences and explained the flavor profiles of different beers in detail. She even went out of her way to share a few of her own favorite beers that she thought I would enjoy--those personal recommendations made the experience feel genuine rather than just another transaction. The Hazy IPA I ended up with was excellent: juicy, smooth, and perfectly balanced. The atmosphere was relaxed, friendly, and welcoming. Great beer is everywhere, but finding someone who truly loves beer and enjoys sharing that passion with customers is rare. I'll definitely be back!

Both cake and yeast donuts are fluffy and have a good chew. I Love their tiger tail. It's huge and full of cinnamon flavor, but be warned that their version contains walnuts, unlike all the tiger tails I've had at other shops. They also have some fun seasonally themed/decorated donuts. Service was friendly and quick. They also sell drinks and sandwiches if you want something other than donuts.

Staff is quick to react, but Staff maintains a friendly demeanor and a kind smile. Staff works hard. On ambiance, Donut Queen (San Dimas) is surprisingly comfortable since it's fairly clean and well-ventilated. An extra fan was stirring in this business, so the interior didn't feel warm and stuffy. The location does look aged, but it feels fairly well-maintained. There's about three tables, and there's no customer restroom. Fortunately, there's a big bottle of hand sanitizer near the counter. I happily sat and munched on my donut. Overall, Donut Queen (San Dimas) feels like a business still with passion and integrity. There's genuine effort on these donuts. Thank you! ** It's been awhile since I've been here. They have everything from bagels to donuts to fresh squeezed juices to sandwiches to scratchers for sale here, but the best thing here is the family who owns it. Kimmy in particular is so friendly and remembers you. She'll make sure your bagel or sandwich is just how you like it. For example, today I ordered a croissant BLT and requested the bacon to be extra crispy. I don't know if she baked it or what but it was not only crispy, it was also not too greasy. I prefer green leafy lettuce over iceberg but you know what? On a hot day like today, it was good enough--watery and crispy and just right with the rest of the BLT, mustard no mayo. Mmmmm. I took pictures of the one wall because I think it's great that a men's club regularly meets here. Men need best friends and confidantes as much as women do, but often seem to have a harder time initiating or keeping in touch with them. So, well done, Miss Donuts for providing a safe and inviting location for men to meet regularly over some yummy food!

There's a small private customer lot that holds about 10 vehicles; there's a sign that says, "1 Hour Customer Parking Only." There's also a nearby public lot and street parking. This location is very close to the University of La Verne. Staff is courteous and helpful. Staff quickly helped me, and Staff answered all my questions. On ambiance, Miss Donuts & Bagels (La Verne) is worn-down and ugly. Fortunately, it didn't feel dirty. The location was not dust, and it felt well-ventilated with the fan. This location also felt cramped with its eight tiny tables. This place does not feel comfortable enough to linger. Overall, Miss Donuts & Bagels (La Verne) is genuinely surprising because their donuts are fairly tasty. The dough tasted fresh, and its fluffy texture is addicting. It's not too sweet either. Overall, this is a decent spot if craving a good donut. 4.8 out of 5

One day, I finally decided to stop in and see what all the hype was about. I got there right when they opened, so there was literally no one there. I took a look at the menu and ordered an apple fritter and a ham and cheese breakfast bagel. The shop itself is really nice. It's your classic neighborhood donut shop--clean, well-kept, with indoor seating and its own parking lot. Now, let's talk about the bagels... Oh my God--they are SO good! I've been back about three times now, and every visit has been just as delicious as the last. When I say they're not stingy with the eggs, ham, or cheese, I'm not kidding. They really load these bagels up, and every bite is worth it. I'm sorry I didn't post any pictures, but trust me--the photos that are already on here don't lie. Everything I've ordered has been absolutely delicious. This is exactly the kind of neighborhood bagel shop you hope to find. Whether you're stopping by for a fresh bagel, a donut, or even lunch, they've got plenty of options, including sandwiches, and everything I've tried has been excellent. I honestly can't recommend this place enough. It easily earns five stars from me. And like I always say, if you're in the area, this is definitely a place you need to check out!
