I've been to this location a few times and have always had a pretty pleasant experience. You'll find wraps, pasta dishes, and salads all of which you customize to your liking or pick one of the creations from the menu. With this being a casual spot, you walk in and place your order and you can watch them make your food as you wait to pay. The staff always ask if you want to add anything extra, some free and some not, and will also provide some suggestions on what to add to your dish which I appreciate. I usually stick with a chicken Caesar wrap that comes with grilled chicken, bacon, Romano cheese, caesar dressing, romaine lettuce and I'll add sun dried tomatoes to be a little different. You can get your wrap toasted if you like and it actually makes the wrap even better. The food is delicious and always fills me up. I do think it's a little on the pricier side but can't complain to much since the quality of what I'm getting is always good. You can add chips, a side pasta or side salad to your meal, and they also have cookies, cannolis, and other sweet treats to go along with your meal. You can't go wrong with Twisted Kitchen if your in the mood for something fresh!

Twisted Kitchen is a customizable pasta bar, where you can choose your proteins, pasta shape, sauce(s), and add-ons. There are a few franchises throughout Atlanta, but I was especially excited to see them open one up here on South Cobb, which seems to be a haven for every single fast food operation imaginable. Twisted Kitchen seems to be the healthier answer to all the Del Tacos, Krystals, and Krispy Kremes variety of food that pockmark this busy road (though if you walk down the road to get a doughnut dessert, I'm sure that's enough steps to count as exercise). I went with a cavatappi pasta (rice noodles available for those seeking gluten-free options) with Beyond Meat sausage (tofu also available for vegetarians). I believe a standard order allows you to add four toppings from the mix-ins bar, which includes various vegetables and cheeses. When I couldn't choose between the marinara and Alfredo sauce, the woman preparing my order helpfully directed me to a lovely third option with a perfectly pink hue that had clearly been prepared for indecisive folks like me. Then it was time for them to prepare the meal in a saucepan right before my eyes. My husband's order turned out to be a little lukewarm, and they were nice enough to not only offer to reheat it, but prepare the order from scratch (we didn't want them to, but felt touched that they'd even be willing to do so). At custom-made joints like this one, it's hard to rate the food because it's really up to how well you choose the flavors that work for you. But as far as the quality of ingredients and preparation, I'd say everything was tasty enough. We also selected a side order of Caesar salad from the prepared-and-packaged section that was a great accompaniment to our meal, but I thought it was a little overpriced for the amount of salad within. Though we (and most others) were coming in for the pasta, I should note that there are also wraps and salads on the menu that I believe are just as customizable as the pasta entrees.

We ate supper here on our way home from South Carolina and really enjoyed our food. The employees were pleasant and helpful when we had questions and it was a casual and not loud atmosphere.

One of my favorite lunch spots. Always fast and fresh. They always remember me and know what I want. We come at least once a week. Shrimp pasta salad for the win.

Very interesting place! Pasta is the main stay here, you can essentially design your meal. If you want the Lasagna it is prepared in a skillet with you choice of pasta and seasonings. They also specialize in wraps where they have a wide choice of types to choose from... like I chose the Chicken Salad on a white Tortilla ( wheat and spinach are options too.) Very fresh and clean interior atmosphere. The employees were extremely nice and helpful. They have an outside dining area as well. The Lasagna we ordered was very good. We chose bowtie pasta, which was awesome. The Chicken salad wrap came with a pasta salad or chips. The pasta salad was covered in a vinegar and oil and had olives throughout. The wrap was also great. I definitely think it is worth coming and trying something on the menu. You can eat pretty healthy here or not... lol.

The person who made my wrap just threw it together. I've had better looking wraps. I was hungry so I Just dealt with it. They get 2 stars because it was good, just couldn't pick it up and eat it whole.

This was my first time here and I will definitely be back! The menu has a wide variety of options with pasta, salad, wraps, and build your own. We got the mojito pasta with gluten free penne, and the buffalo chicken pasta and both were delicious!! The service was phenomenal and everyone was so helpful and nice! Literally the best experience!

The service at Twisted Kitchen was excellent! They were very helpful with the menu selection and assistance with my order. Would highly recommend!

Great food. Highly recommend. Pasta is great. I am typing this past sentence because it told me I needed to type more words.

You place your order and the next day BAM!!!!!!!!! Fresh pasta! We were a little cautious to our chagrin and ordered just spaghetti and mushroom ravioli and we were more than pleased with the quantity and the quality of what we received. The delivery was early on Thursday when it was supposed to be at the house, it came in a nice bag, instructions not only for cooking but how to store the leftovers, as if there would be any. They even went as far to recommend freezing if you wanted and the expiration date. We had a dinner party and I usually go to a specialty shop in NYC when there on business..............remember those days when you'd travel for business on an airplane? I'll explain what an airplane is later. I need to tap the old grey matter to remember just what the heck it was. LOL This pasta stacks up with what I'd guard with my life against pilfering from TSA and Delta personnel. So in a nutshell I'd give these guys as many stars as are in the universe if Yelp would allow me to. It is wonderful to see a new artisan business in this area and if I have anything to do with it they'll be a HUGE hit. If you love Italian restaurants there is definitely better out there with prices that actually make sense. I for one don't understand that wine pricing but I'm not Italian so maybe it makes sense if you understand the regions and all that. I had the Cacio e Pepe and it was just alright. Our service was also just ok but they were extremely busy. I'm also removing a star because of the payment system. I will forever hate having to use an app to pick what I got and pay. For the price point of the restaurant they really shouldn't be cutting corners by making customers figure things out after enjoying a meal. It also costs a service fee to use this so it's an extra annoyance. Overall...I don't think I'll be back because it didn't really blow my mind.

They were super busy at all locations since tens of thousands of people flocked to Atlanta last weekend, which I'm fine with because they were busy last year when I went as well. Right after we had ordered, they actually stopped taking orders for a bit so they could clear the place out! My food was done probably in 20 or 30 minutes, looked great when it was shown to me, but after eating it, I can say that the chicken was quite literally the only good part. The rice and vegetables tasted like it was bought in the freezer section at a store, definitely not fried fresh and you can tell the difference. I ended up only eating the chicken and throwing the rest away. Running a place with high demand I can understand if it is from the freezer because orders need to go out in a timely manner, but it was unacceptable and really surprised me coming from you guys. I'll still give my business to you, but I'll never get the Hibachi again.

When we asked for bread, we were told 'they had a party that afternoon and she would look and see if there was any left'!!! We should have left at that point and we were going to, when our appetizer came out before we could get up. We stayed. After the food was delivered we never saw our waitress again. It wasn't like she was slammed with other tables - there was us and one other table. The other waitress took that one. This was the week before Christmas. I really do need to listen to 'the voice in my head' when it's time to turnaround and leave. It's a shame this place really didn't cut it. It smelled so good, was pretty with the twinkling lights at the bar. They definitely need bread - as in, a bread basket for the table. 2. A much larger portion of lasagna, 3. Wait staff that actually wants to be there. I can't imagine they will be around much longer. It's too bad.
