Ordered from this newly discovered pizza place and was extremely disappointed. St. Angelo's does not honor what is clearly offered on their own website. We ordered multiple items, including a salad, wings, mozzarella sticks, and an XL pizza, which arrived incorrectly. I ordered an XL cheese pizza with a pesto base, pizza sauce, banana peppers, and pepperoni. The pizza arrived without the pizza sauce. Their website allows customers to select multiple sauces, with no disclaimer stating this is not permitted. I built my pizza exactly as the site allowed. When I called to resolve the issue, the general manager refused to replace the pizza or offer any credit, despite the order label clearly stating what was requested. She stated she was unaware of pizza places that blend sauces. When I referenced Blaze Pizza as an example, she told me to order from them instead. I don't typically leave negative reviews, but misleading online ordering and dismissive customer service are unacceptable. If a business cannot honor its own website offerings, customers should be aware. read more

Cauliflower crust is advertised as VEGAN (definition of vegan being "no animal products such as dairy or eggs"), but the first ingredient listed is mozzarella cheese. Definitely not vegan, so did not order anything for myself. I appreciate being offered the opportunity to review the ingredients before ordering. Soggy, lukewarm slices! 2 slices and 2 drinks $20.00! We are regulars at this place because we've enjoyed the pizza in the past, but the quality has fallen off seriously. I really wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. We discovered this gem years ago and it's easily the BEST pizza I've ever had. On top of that, their tiramisu is A1, but what makes them so amazing is their staff. We've been here a bunch but this evening my husband and I went for date night. It was an hour from closing time, so we walked in to order and were informed we could just have a seat and be served. We waited maybe 10-15 minutes and no one came so we decided to walk in and just order. No biggie. They did not take it lightly. They apologized profusely and made sure we felt taken care of. Again, we love the food and didn't have an issue waiting but the general manager, Julia, and staff member, Austin, just made us feel so valued. I had a great experience at this location. The customer service was superb by them constantly checking on me and making sure my lemonade was never empty. Very polite and courteous and the food was delicious. I had a small 2 ton pizza, a house salad with blue cheese and lemonade. read more

Exactly what I want in a neighborhood pizza spot. They have a ton of drink options as well and have weekly specials each day of the week. The staff is always super nice and the service is fast and attentive. It's never too crowded either so we can pop in and know that there will be a table ready. A coworker was telling me how delicious St Angelo's is, so I had to come see for myself. I ordered The Philly which is marinated, seasoned steak, provolone, onion, green peppers and mushrooms served on a white pizza. Be aware that the pricing on their online menu pdf is not accurate. On that menu, it showed the price as $12.99. However, when I went to place my order it was actually $14.00. After placing my order online, it told me that the pizza would be ready for pickup in 30 minutes. I like my pizza straight out the oven hot so I planned to arrive 10 minutes early. Well, to my surprise, my pizza was already ready when I arrived. To my disappointment, the pizza was just placed on a rack (like what you'd find at Costco). There were no heat warmers etc, like what you'd find your pizza from Pizza Hut placed in. That's a huge downside - your pizza quickly cools off at room temperature! Although my pizza wasn't cold, it wasn't exactly "hot" either. And that was with me arriving 10 minutes before my pickup time! The pizza itself was delicious - hence the four stars. I've eaten from St.Angelo's many times over the years but this is my first review. I ordered a large Margherita pizza (I added pepperoni) and an order of medium chicken wings for carry out. The Margherita was their pizza of the month so it was only 9.99 which I feel is a great deal! I also ordered a beer while I waited. The customer service was really friendly and welcoming. The store was very clean and they had the Football game on a couple of TVs. The pizza was superb and so were the wings! The wings were nice and meaty and thoroughly cooked and seasoned. For a little over 20 bucks my wife and I enjoyed a great meal! I highly recommend this place. I do suggest trying their pizza's of the month for a GREAT deal! Nice job, I'll be back soon! read more

This restaurant is awesome! I was so happy my wife picked out this place from Yelp so off we went. I had the Stromboli and she had the large salad. Ordered at the counter and we sat till it was ready. We were going to get it to go however it was a little stormy outside so we decided to eat in. Glad we did. We decided to eat out on the patio area. A lot of interaction was going on (including Santa was there taking pictures of the kid visitors) and they all were having fun. Our food was ready really fast and it was excellent. Mine was piping hot and so much cheese. And the wife loved her salad. We will definitely be back. This place was recommended to me by a friend, and it is exactly what you need in a neighborhood pizza spot! Went on a Tuesday night, and the place was packed! They have trivia on Tuesday night and music bingo on Wednesday evenings. It's a "seat yourself" situation, but service was excellent. There's a nice indoor section with lots of booths and a huge, dog-friendly patio. The pizza was way better than expected, and they have both the standard fare as well as some interesting specialty pies. Family friendly, but they do serve beer and wine, and the prices are very fair. I'll be back for sure! read more

My second time here. One of my good friends recommended this place because she loves it and use to work here years ago. We sat outside in the back patio with the heat on. We started off with Get him to the Greek knots which was filled with kalamata olives and feta cheese with a marinara sauce. It was salty and savory. It pains me to write this. I ordered wings from St.Angelo's this past Sunday and they were not what I remembered. I used to order wings from there quite frequently but I have never had a problem before. I ordered lemon pepper(ofc) and bourbon molasses which is my favorite flavor to order there because it used to be really good. The wings I received were hard and I was not able to finish the order. I noticed that my son couldn't finish his either which was really strange because he's a teenage boy and he eats almost anything! He's the person I turn to when I'm too full to finish and don't want to waste food. Yes, he's the modern day Mikey-iykyk. Nit this time though. The wings were fried what I guess others would consider "hard" and I don't like that at all. I like my good edible not cooked so long that it's difficult to chew and that's exactly what these were. Now OAN, the cashier was extremely nice. They always are though, I'm pleased that the customer service up front hasn't changed. We have been ordering pizza from St Angelo's for over 9 years, but the service delivery the past few times has been less than stellar. Tonight we called at 6 PM and they advised it would be an 1 hr 15 minutes. We called backed at 7:20 PM to find out the delivery status . They told us to hold and would inquire where the driver was on the schedule. They came back and told us it would be another 30 minutes. We found out after asking that the pizza had yet to leave the restaurant. We finally got it delivered at 8:00 PM. We paid $27 and a $4 tip up front on the credit card. Total $32. No comments, apologies or reimbursement of cost from management for their poor service. Basically silence. read more
