Eat here frequently for years. Today we had a waitress named Trinity. I've never had a waitress pick a fight with me. Our bill was wrong, had too many beers. We made eye contact three times and waved and she ignored us. The last time I raised my hand and said "hey excuse me" and she leans on the table and says "I DO NOT APPRECIATE YOU COMING AT ME". Ummmm what? Then she went off about how she did her job and we are coming at her. No clue what she's talking about. We had two interactions with her total. We had two beers and two appetizers, not there long enough to interact. I guess we slowed her down on her way back to see her boyfriend at the next table? Regardless saying excuse me is in no way coming at her? It was mid Sunday afternoon, she wasn't busy. We asked for the manager, never ever asked for a manager in our lives. Never ever been screamed at and had a server get aggressive and yell at us. We are stunned. read more

If you have been to Twin Peaks food is solid service can be hit and miss as in our June 28th 2026 visit, for some reason our server believed removing empty glasses from table was illegal. Second visit July 1st USA soccer game had a better server named Daniela she was okay removing empty glasses, haha trying to be light-hearted here. My issue is this genius marketing Ploy by Twin Peaks and their 29° beer. If you really pay attention you get a lot of foam and slushy ice at the top of your beer instead of actual beer. I basically had a 7-Eleven Slurpee the other night and yes management admitted it was mispoured but come on. The key is as we learned, no more Frozen glasses, they can just rinse with water glass is still cold and beer is obviously cold coming from the tap. Hope this little tip helps you beer drinkers. read more

We came in at 11:35 to a practically empty restaurant. Our waitress, Jordan was one of the worst ever! Didn't greet us with a smile. Gave us waters and asked us about drinks without giving us the drink menu. Came back a few minutes later with drink menus. We ordered a Sprite, a tap beer, and 2 sangrias one red & one white. We then made our food orders. Jordan asked if we wanted an appetizer. I responded yes we'll have fried dill pickles. For food, we ordered 2 orders of fish & chips, an order of chicken tenders & fries, and a billionaire burger w/ fries. My spouse had requested malt vinegar for the fish & chips. Order placed and now the fun began. Jordan brings only the Sprite & lets us know they were just mixing up the sangrias. Jordan vanished for an eternity. When she finally returned, she brought the appetizer along with the main dishes. Again my husband asks for malt vinegar. We still have no drinks. Several minutes later, the 2 sangrias finally arrive but no beer or malt vinegar still. My husband requests malt vinegar again. I say my dad still doesn't have his beer, which I reminded Jordan should have been brought out with the Sprite. She then comes back with the beer and slams it in front of my dad and still has no malt vinegar. My husband then has to go to the bar to request the malt vinegar. Another waitress finally brings over the malt vinegar! My burger was great. Everyone else's food was okay and more on the bland side. The fried dill pickle are too thin and have very little flavor. The chicken tenders also bland and my dad put malt vinegar on them to make them better. While we were eating, the manager on duty came to check to see how everything was. We let him know about all the things that happened. He asked what he could do to make things better. Since our meal was pretty much over, we said the only thing that could be done was to train Jordan to be a better more customer-friendly waitress. He didn't really seem to care. A different blonde waitress brought back our check and she was quite bitchy too. If you're trying to make a choose a restaurant, PLEASE AVOID THIS ONE! read more

We came here for lunch, they used to have a lunch menu, but now only a happy hour menu. Luckily drink specials are available all day long. We enjoyed the restaurant because it is convenient the food is good, prices are reasonable and the ladies that work there are really nice and great eye candy for those who enjoy that view . We did have to ask for menus because they do the QR menu but we couldn't zoom in. Not our 1st time here and definitely not our last! read more

We had to kill before meeting up with friends, so dropped by for a drink and little bit to eat. We sat at the bar and what a good time! Our bartenders Imani and Sophia were AMAZING! They were attentive, fun and made some good drinks. We also shared some grilled bone-in wings with Cajun dry seasoning....our fave! It's a great spot, in a convenient location with a great staff! read more

Micah was amazing! We decided to come here after going to a rooftop pool party. Definitely needed to get a frosty beer. We also had nachos and quesadilla and wings and brownies and I totally forgot to take before pictures because we were just so hungry from the pool party. Yes the pool party had food but like when you can go to Twin Peaks to get a frosty beer and eat a quesadilla, why wouldn't you. This twin peaks offers the best service. I've been to several Twin Peaks, including Twin Peaks in other states, but this one in particular always agreed to quickly always see too quickly, and get food and drinks out in an appropriate amount of time. Thank you so much for being amazing Twin Peaks. We will be back soon!! read more

I ordered take out from here and the food was alright. I got a steak and ordered it medium expecting a warm pink center and got what felt like an almost well done steak. When I placed the order the gal was really nice and helpful. Also when I went to pick up the customer service was great. The only problem I had was the time I was quoted for it to be ready it took 10-15 minutes longer. Then my food came to me overcooked. The restaurant looked really clean when I came in to pick up my food which is good. Makes me feel kitchen is clean as well. Overall my experience isn't something that would draw me back in to eat unless I was looking for a sports bar with good service to watch a game. read more

Twin Peaks is one of those places that keeps calling me back This is consistently one of my favorite spots to unwind, thanks to their scratch kitchen and food that's genuinely satisfying, not just pub-grub filler. This time, I visited this location for a duo that I thoroughly enjoy: the Crispy Mini Beef Tacos and the Mozzarella Cheese Bites. The tacos arrive hot and golden, with a perfectly crisp shell that gives way to juicy, flavorful beef. They're bite-sized, but the taste is big and bold. Pair that with their cheese bites--melted mozzarella wrapped in a golden crunch--and you've got a winning combo that hits all the comfort food notes. There's something about knowing everything's made from scratch that makes the experience feel more thoughtful. It's not just a sports bar--it's a spot where the kitchen actually cares. Whether you're dropping in for a quick bite or settling in for the game, Twin Peaks on Camelback delivers every time. read more

First time here, and honestly, a great experience from start to finish. We were greeted and seated right away, and the place was spotless. Music wasn't too loud where we were, though I could see that being different depending on where you sit. They've got a huge patio, but we skipped it this time. We were passed between a couple of servers at first (one of them was heading out for the day), but it was handled smoothly--no big deal. Sam ended up being our main server and she was great--friendly, attentive, and on it. I started with the Strawberry Sling (Hendrick's, Naranja Liqueur, strawberry purée, pineapple & lime juice, orange, Bordeaux cherry), and it was super refreshing--like how a good lemonade should hit on a hot day. The strawberries were sweet, the juices were well-balanced, and I'm not even a gin person, but I'd absolutely get it again. My husband had the classic mule--exactly what you'd expect (Ketel One, Fever Tree Ginger Beer, lime, simple, mint), but it was really well made. Nice kick of ginger, great balance overall. We shared the Avocado Burger (house-made smash, Swiss, red onion, tomato, arugula, chipotle mayo) with seasoned fries, and I added a side of mac & cheese. The burger was excellent. Perfectly cooked, super juicy, and the toppings were fresh and well-portioned. Fries were solid, but the mac and cheese? Absolute star of the show. We weren't expecting much from a chain spot, but it totally surprised us. Pasta was cooked just right, the cheese sauce was rich and flavorful, and the toasted breadcrumbs on top added the perfect crunch. Everything was seasoned well and came out piping hot. I had a few shots after that--nothing fancy, but they came out quick and cold, which is all I needed. Overall, really solid visit. Food, service, vibe, and prices were all on point. We'll definitely be back. read more

This is the first time we have had bad service at a Twin Peaks. It was a slow night or maybe no one comes to this location because of poor service? It took longer than 15 minutes to get seated despite being 3/4 empty and no one else waiting. Once we were seated no one came to our table for about 10 minutes. The waitress who did finally come told us our waitress was busy with a large party and would be a minute. She asked to take our drink orders then said she couldn't turn them in but would give them to our waitress to turn in. She did bring us water. A little over a half an hour after we were seated our waitress brought our Long Island Ice Teas. She seemed unready to take our order. But did agree to take it. I got a baked potato and asked for cheddar instead of the queso. Jes got the Billion $ bacon burger and asked for mustard. The drinks tasted strange, like something green was in them. We just tasted them and set them aside. When our food was brought to us we sent the drinks back to be replaced. Mine was still undrinkable. Jes drank his but said it wasn't good. This was a 1st. Twin peaks usually has good drinks. He asked for mustard again. It never came. My potato had queso and not cheddar but it didn't seem worth the trouble to mention it. She never checked on us. We arrived before 10pm and finished just before midnight. Our waitress never checked on us until she brought our bill with all 4 drinks charged telling us she was going home and wanted to charge us out. We asked for a container and brought it to her attention that she had charged us for 4 drinks even though only one had been consumed. She disappeared for a while and brought back the check with 2 drinks charged. Jess never got his mustard. We never got the to-go container. The largest party we saw only had 7 people. Our waitress was Ardis I think. We travel a lot and Twin Peaks is one of our go-to places on the road. This is the first time we have been disappointed but we were very disappointed. The restaurant was clean, fairly empty so parking was easy. Twin Peaks are usually set up for easy handicap access and this site was. read more

The food was good and the service was even better. We stay at the hotel in the same parking lot so we can walk there when we are in town.

I went with my friends to twin peaks to watch the USA vs Belgium soccer match. At half, we went to use the bathroom and randomly tim walked in and accused us (minors) of doing cocaine. This is profiling and has no place in America. He would not explain what we "did" until we went outside. Then, he escalated the situation by slapping a minors phone and then shoving him. Another worker (don't know their name) started getting in the only black kids face (wtf???) and shoving him and squaring up to fight. Don't come here! read more

Came in as a party of 4 at 3:30 on a Friday. Waited several minutes to be acknowledged at the host stand and was finally sat. We were seated at a hightop near the bar and waited and waited and then waited some more. No server ever came to the table or anything. So we just got up and walked out. Got zero acknowledgement as we walked out still. Won't come back to this location or recommend it to anyone. read more

First time to visit since they took over Claim Jumper Sat at the bar around 3 & the service was pathetic. We had to ask about HH specials, beers on tap etc. Do you think you could be a bit more proactive in selling their products other than their twin peaks? At 1 time I had to raise my hand to grab her attention only to hear "I'm down the other end of the bar". At my age, I hate to beg for service. The first thing you should teach these poor girls is they are in the " service " industry. Be attentive, check w your patrons every 10-15 minutes. Make them want to come back for something other than your perky little outfits. read more

Visited Twin Peaks on a business trip on 11/2/24. It's a huge sports bar with ample seating, both at the bar and tables. There are about six to eight TVs at the bar side I sat on, with additional screens scattered around the restaurant--a great spot to catch a game. There's also plenty of parking since it's in a large shopping area. Service was good but improved noticeably after the night shift took over. That's the only reason I'm not giving it five stars. When I sat down, it took about 10 minutes for someone to take my drink order, and I had to ask for a menu. I received my drink, and the bartender mentioned they'd be back, but they didn't return to check in. After around 15 minutes, the night shift started, and I was immediately attended to. I ordered wings and a salad--nothing major. I went with a 12-piece wing, grilled and smoked, with the Hot as F*ck sauce. They didn't disappoint; they had great flavor and lived up to the name. I'd definitely order them again. Overall, it was a great visit, and I'm looking forward to going back. read more

Stopped in for lunch on a Wednesday, it's the single worst dining experience I've had in memorable history. It took 20 minutes to order and receive drinks, I had to walk to the bar for a drink refill as the waitress was nowhere to be found. The food took another 20 minutes to arrive and was wrong and was meh at best. 20 minutes later all the drinks at the table were empty and still no waitress to be found. One of the other people at the table, grabbed a different server and asked them to get a refill of water as well as the check. After the second server brought a round of refills and the check our original server stopped in to see if we were doing OK. Terrible, terrible, terrible. It's going to be quite some time before we come back. read more

Stopped in for grub after an event and probably won't be back. I ordered boneless Classic chicken wings (6) and fries and a diet Coke. Food was made to go for me but I did eat some of it at the bar. I didnt realize that this bar was kind of like a Hooters and the women were barely clothed here. But, will say both women that waited on me were nice, helpful and got me in and out quickly. Service was good. While the food tasted fine, portions were fairly small for the price, and I guess these days, inflation is gonna cost you your left kidney. I can see people liking this place as it's a classic sports bar and you definitely got lots of TVs here so you could come here to enjoy that. As for me, this isn't really my scene. Don't really watch sports, only very occasionally have bar food and while the girls were really pretty and sweet, that ain't enough to get me back in here again. read more

Disappointed in the Service Tonight My husband, our two boys (14 and 6), and I have been regulars at Twin Peaks on Camelback, but tonight's experience was really disappointing. We were seated quickly, which was great--but then we sat for over 15 minutes with no one acknowledging us. Not even a drink order. I noticed a table full of men who got seated after us and were helped right away. The most frustrating part? The same girl who seated us was the one whose section we were in--and she's also the same girl who looked right at us as we walked out and casually said, "Have a good night," knowing full well we had never been helped. The restaurant wasn't even that busy, so the lack of service was hard to excuse. I don't like writing negative reviews, but it felt like we were overlooked on purpose. Maybe because I had a teenager and a 6-year-old with me, we weren't seen as a "priority" table worth the effort. That's not okay. We left hungry and disappointed. Sadly, we won't be returning anytime soon. read more

I visited Twin Peaks on Camelback Rd. in Phoenix 3 times. I ordered over the phone from the same server (M), and each time, all three orders were incorrect. I brought this up to the attention of the manager, William. I could see that he is very empathetic towards me, but when I asked for the name of the owner/owners, he would not give it to me. I said it's on Google, and he told me to look it up. The African American bartender with long fake lashes was laughing at me when she walked past me. She said she made the mistake when the server (M) passed along my order. I reached out to the Twin Peaks in Tempe, AZ (Thank you, Wyatt), who helped me contact the restaurant's owner, but the Twin Peaks website won't let me publish or send my 1-star review. We haven't been to this location before - we usually go to the Scottsdale location. The folks here are very friendly, but not good on details. There were a few missteps- I asked for a 10 ounce beer, and she brought me a 22 ounce about 15 minutes later. My husband asked for sweet potato fries and they brought regular fries. There was a problem with the appetizer. In each case it was handed quickly and corrected - the manager even came over to chat with us. Food was good. I love their chips and queso - tip - ask them to add chili to the queso. So good! We also got the billionaire bacon - soooo tasty. I had the street corn salad which was huge! My husband got the burger and my friend got the chili and half BLT which looked great! Overall a good experience. Tip: this building is hard to find. This is a review of my visit on October 24, 2022. We wanted to watch the Patriots of New England take on the Bears of Chicago. Our service was pretty good. I would even say, average or above. The quality of the food was again decent. I had the chips and salsa and the salsa was not spicy enough for me. Our server brought me some spicier salsa from the kitchen - It was habanero and better flavor and slightly spicier. I had the Avocado Smashburger substitute with a Beyond Burger patty. I did let our server know that the bun should not be buttered and I didn't want any mayo or cheese. As a vegan dining at a restaurant that doesn't cater to vegans, it was nice to know that the kitchen was able to make accommodations without any issues. Lastly, I wanted to post the following as an alert. When the game was over and the diners of Twin Peaks were leaving, a young girl approached our table to let us know that she lost her phone and asked if we could borrow our phone to make a call. Of course, huge red flags were waving during this whole experience, she further attempted to get our attention by asking for a ride. I am not sure if this is a regular thing at this location but the male diners should be aware that this solicitation may occur especially doing sporting events. read more
