If you have been to Twin Peaks food is solid service can be hit and miss as in our June 28th 2026 visit, for some reason our server believed removing empty glasses from table was illegal. Second visit July 1st USA soccer game had a better server named Daniela she was okay removing empty glasses, haha trying to be light-hearted here. My issue is this genius marketing Ploy by Twin Peaks and their 29° beer. If you really pay attention you get a lot of foam and slushy ice at the top of your beer instead of actual beer. I basically had a 7-Eleven Slurpee the other night and yes management admitted it was mispoured but come on. The key is as we learned, no more Frozen glasses, they can just rinse with water glass is still cold and beer is obviously cold coming from the tap. We came in at 11:35 to a practically empty restaurant. Our waitress, Jordan was one of the worst ever! Didn't greet us with a smile. Gave us waters and asked us about drinks without giving us the drink menu. Came back a few minutes later with drink menus. We ordered a Sprite, a tap beer, and 2 sangrias one red & one white. We then made our food orders. Jordan asked if we wanted an appetizer. I responded yes we'll have fried dill pickles. For food, we ordered 2 orders of fish & chips, an order of chicken tenders & fries, and a billionaire burger w/ fries. My spouse had requested malt vinegar for the fish & chips. Order placed and now the fun began. Jordan brings only the Sprite & lets us know they were just mixing up the sangrias. Jordan vanished for an eternity. When she finally returned, she brought the appetizer along with the main dishes. Again my husband asks for malt vinegar. We still have no drinks. Several minutes later, the 2 sangrias finally arrive but no beer or malt vinegar still. My husband requests malt vinegar again. I say my dad still doesn't have his beer, which I reminded Jordan should have been brought out with the Sprite. She then comes back with the beer and slams it in front of my dad and still has no malt vinegar. My husband then has to go to the bar to request the malt vinegar. Another waitress finally brings over the malt vinegar! My burger was great. Everyone else's food was okay and more on the bland side. The fried dill pickle are too thin and have very little flavor. The chicken tenders also bland and my dad put malt vinegar on them to make them better. While we were eating, the manager on duty came to check to see how everything was. We let him know about all the things that happened. He asked what he could do to make things better. Since our meal was pretty much over, we said the only thing that could be done was to train Jordan to be a better more customer-friendly waitress. He didn't really seem to care. Micah was amazing! We decided to come here after going to a rooftop pool party. Definitely needed to get a frosty beer. We also had nachos and quesadilla and wings and brownies and I totally forgot to take before pictures because we were just so hungry from the pool party. Yes the pool party had food but like when you can go to Twin Peaks to get a frosty beer and eat a quesadilla, why wouldn't you. This twin peaks offers the best service. I ordered take out from here and the food was alright. I got a steak and ordered it medium expecting a warm pink center and got what felt like an almost well done steak. When I placed the order the gal was really nice and helpful. Also when I went to pick up the customer service was great. The only problem I had was the time I was quoted for it to be ready it took 10-15 minutes longer. Then my food came to me overcooked. The restaurant looked really clean when I came in to pick up my food which is good. Makes me feel kitchen is clean as well. My husband had the classic mule--exactly what you'd expect (Ketel One, Fever Tree Ginger Beer, lime, simple, mint), but it was really well made. Nice kick of ginger, great balance overall. We shared the Avocado Burger (house-made smash, Swiss, red onion, tomato, arugula, chipotle mayo) with seasoned fries, and I added a side of mac & cheese. The burger was excellent. Perfectly cooked, super juicy, and the toppings were fresh and well-portioned. Fries were solid, but the mac and cheese? Absolute star of the show. We weren't expecting much from a chain spot, but it totally surprised us. Pasta was cooked just right, the cheese sauce was rich and flavorful, and the toasted breadcrumbs on top added the perfect crunch. Everything was seasoned well and came out piping hot. I went with my friends to twin peaks to watch the USA vs Belgium soccer match. At half, we went to use the bathroom and randomly tim walked in and accused us (minors) of doing cocaine. This is profiling and has no place in America. He would not explain what we "did" until we went outside. Then, he escalated the situation by slapping a minors phone and then shoving him. Stopped in for lunch on a Wednesday, it's the single worst dining experience I've had in memorable history. It took 20 minutes to order and receive drinks, I had to walk to the bar for a drink refill as the waitress was nowhere to be found. The food took another 20 minutes to arrive and was wrong and was meh at best. 20 minutes later all the drinks at the table were empty and still no waitress to be found. One of the other people at the table, grabbed a different server and asked them to get a refill of water as well as the check. After the second server brought a round of refills and the check our original server stopped in to see if we were doing OK. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Visited Twin Peaks on a business trip on 11/2/24. It's a huge sports bar with ample seating, both at the bar and tables. There are about six to eight TVs at the bar side I sat on, with additional screens scattered around the restaurant--a great spot to catch a game. There's also plenty of parking since it's in a large shopping area. Service was good but improved noticeably after the night shift took over. That's the only reason I'm not giving it five stars. When I sat down, it took about 10 minutes for someone to take my drink order, and I had to ask for a menu. I received my drink, and the bartender mentioned they'd be back, but they didn't return to check in. After around 15 minutes, the night shift started, and I was immediately attended to. I ordered wings and a salad--nothing major. I went with a 12-piece wing, grilled and smoked, with the Hot as F*ck sauce. They didn't disappoint; they had great flavor and lived up to the name. Disappointed in the Service Tonight My husband, our two boys (14 and 6), and I have been regulars at Twin Peaks on Camelback, but tonight's experience was really disappointing. We were seated quickly, which was great--but then we sat for over 15 minutes with no one acknowledging us. Not even a drink order. I noticed a table full of men who got seated after us and were helped right away. The most frustrating part? The same girl who seated us was the one whose section we were in--and she's also the same girl who looked right at us as we walked out and casually said, "Have a good night," knowing full well we had never been helped. The restaurant wasn't even that busy, so the lack of service was hard to excuse. I don't like writing negative reviews, but it felt like we were overlooked on purpose. I visited Twin Peaks on Camelback Rd. in Phoenix 3 times. I ordered over the phone from the same server (M), and each time, all three orders were incorrect. I brought this up to the attention of the manager, William. I could see that he is very empathetic towards me, but when I asked for the name of the owner/owners, he would not give it to me. I said it's on Google, and he told me to look it up. The African American bartender with long fake lashes was laughing at me when she walked past me. She said she made the mistake when the server (M) passed along my order. We haven't been to this location before - we usually go to the Scottsdale location. The folks here are very friendly, but not good on details. There were a few missteps- I asked for a 10 ounce beer, and she brought me a 22 ounce about 15 minutes later. My husband asked for sweet potato fries and they brought regular fries. There was a problem with the appetizer. In each case it was handed quickly and corrected - the manager even came over to chat with us. Food was good. I love their chips and queso - tip - ask them to add chili to the queso. So good! We also got the billionaire bacon - soooo tasty. I had the street corn salad which was huge! My husband got the burger and my friend got the chili and half BLT which looked great! Overall a good experience. Tip: this building is hard to find. This is a review of my visit on October 24, 2022. We wanted to watch the Patriots of New England take on the Bears of Chicago. Our service was pretty good. I would even say, average or above. The quality of the food was again decent. I had the chips and salsa and the salsa was not spicy enough for me. Our server brought me some spicier salsa from the kitchen - It was habanero and better flavor and slightly spicier. I had the Avocado Smashburger substitute with a Beyond Burger patty. I did let our server know that the bun should not be buttered and I didn't want any mayo or cheese. As a vegan dining at a restaurant that doesn't cater to vegans, it was nice to know that the kitchen was able to make accommodations without any issues. Lastly, I wanted to post the following as an alert. When the game was over and the diners of Twin Peaks were leaving, a young girl approached our table to let us know that she lost her phone and asked if we could borrow our phone to make a call. Of course, huge red flags were waving during this whole experience, she further attempted to get our attention by asking for a ride. It took a quarter, but they got us all hooked up. Food was good, drinks were cold, desert completed the meals.
