They changed their batter from when they first opened and I thought it was better then but still good. Today, we also ordered some Mozzarella Bites which are hella good (don't let them get cold). I would probably change to just ordering those from now on. For food it consisted of: Hangover Burger in which I always order. I love a fried egg in my burger. They sometimes put too much pepper on the meat which I am not a fan of. The bacon is thick and not all fat and uncooked, it's really good. (I have also tried their turkey burger- so much flavor in that one. I recommend) Philly steak: omg just looking at it you'll love. My wife loves it from here. She orders it without mushrooms. Our group of 4 went to twin peaks on Friday, August 24th, 2018. The wait to get in wasn't bad only 10 minutes. However, once we got to the table it took the server 15 minutes to come tot he table and once she did, she took our drink order and it took another 15 minutes to receive it. At that point we ordered another round of drinks and appetizers. The appetizers came out before the second round of drinks that were ordered at the same time. How does that happen?! In addition the place was overall dirty. The first set of appetizer plates were dirty. See picture. The tv at our table was super disgusting, see picture. Bathroom needed to be cleaned as well. We were going to order entrees but the sever was MIA approx 25 minutes, when she reappeared, we just asked for our check and went to another restaurant to eat. I hand selected to go to this place because certain reviews suggested it was one for the best places to acquire a philly cheesesteak. Ergo, a majority of this short review will focus on that one entrée. But first, let's address the elephant upon initial entry of the room.. The bikini clad waitresses are a bit much...which barely makes this place [little] kid friendly. Not sure if this is even necessary or if this place is attempting to be a "classy" version of Hooters. Though I found it amusing that the manager doesn't sport the same attire. Their version of the infamous philly cheesesteak is made with provolone, rather than American cheese. So right off the bat, that gives things a very different taste. What I found strange was their need to sprinkle oregano over the cheese. It almost tasted of mozzarella. The beef was decent enough...could have used more seasoning, however. On a more positive note, the fries were amazing! Steak fries which were lightly seasoned to perfection. No additional salt or ketchup required. This place is alright enough. Would I return? Sure. It just won't be for the cheesesteak. I'm thinking of trying one of their burgers next time. I have such a love/hate relationship with this place. The food is actually a lot better than most places that rely on attractive waitresses to pull in $$$. I LOVE the fried pickles. Burgers are great. I can't remember what else I've gotten because normally I'm drinking! Sex on the peaks is a great shot that you can turn into a drink. I love their signature beers. Blondes, redhead, brunettes, I'll take them all. The women are gorgeous, they have booths, tall tables mixes with short tables and long tables for parties, an outside area with fire pits, PLENTY of TVs, your own TVs in the booths. Just a tip for the lovely women that work there: don't be scared if you see a girl with a bunch of guys or with another guy, we are PROBABLY there to see you too. When it arrived the grilled salmon was charred so it was black in one side and well done on the other. They hid the burnt side by putting that side down. Asked for the first time in my life for it to be redone but after it hadn't come back after 20 minutes just cancelled the salmon off the order. Tipped the poor waitress well and tried to nicely explain to the shift manager why the fish was sent back and canceled. He was polite but obviously trying to make the best of a tough shift and not up for addressing it with the chef. Would probably look for a different place next time. read more

I know why you dine here. You know why you dine here. And you know what? I'm not afraid to admit why I dine here either...you and I, we both HEART boobies. I heart boobies in a let's end breast cancer kind of way, but whatever the reason behind the love, no body's judging you. Sure we come to eat, but a majority of your time is split between staring at the t.v.'s and the staff. A lot of people may think a chain is bad for the economy, but pish-posh on them. Chains lead to more jobs and leave room for more growth through competition. Two points to EP for opening a new chain half of the city had never even heard of! Even though I had heard of Twin Peaks before, I've never found myself in one until we got one here. The thing about El Paso is, is we like new, shiny things. So when some new restaurant or store or strip mall or baseball field opens up we all run to it (even if we did have complaints about it for the weeks before opening), TP is no exception. Of course my dad was the one to take me to this glorious establishment and I was actually surprised that he was willing to wait for a seat. He gave the hostess his number and we waited for the text. Points for using a texting system that allows you to leave and shop as opposed to a square buzzer. During our wait I took a good look around and I think they did a superb job designing the place...logs, rocks, t.v.'s at every booth and a ton above the bar, lots of wood. It just does a great job of transporting you to a northern, wintery bar. And since we're on the topic of scenic views...let's talk about chicks, man. Obviously I'm comparing TP to Hooters and Hiney's, but I will say TP's ladies are all on point (including the bartenders). Let's not pretend that boobs are not the selling point of TP or Hooters, but I don't know the ladies at TP just look a lot more put together than any Hooters I've ever been to. The shirts fit them, the shorts are short, and they all wear boots. I've noticed a couple of people complaining about the fact the girls wear different color socks...you should know that TP does not have any uniform socks or even specific color the girls have to wears so that's not an El Paso thing, that's a Twin Peaks thing and you're gonna have to take it up with higher management. After about 15 minutes we received the text. Back in we go. We were directed to our table and promptly asked for our drink orders. With all the people in TP I wouldn't've been upset if the waitress was a little slow, but no, she was totally on it. More points for TP. After she came back with our drinks we placed our order. Nachos as the app, sliders for me, chicken fried steak for him. Judging by pricing I thought, "Okay, that's average pricing for a chain." But holy hell the portions are large. Portions are definitely man-friendly. The chicken fried steak was the equivalent of two normal chicken fried steaks. The nachos were piled high. And the sliders were sliders, but they came with a shizzz ton of fries. Needless to say, we were stuffed after the nachos. And just for good measure my dad ordered the Twin Peaks Sundae, but I'm the one who ended up eating the damn thing. Vanilla ice cream topped with whip cream and two cherries on top of a chocolate chip, walnut brownie-bar thing. Delicious. Actually the cherries come in a bowl on the side (probably because the whip cream is piled so high they would fall of while being taken to the table), but the waitress was nice enough to put the nipples on top when it got to the table - her words, not mine. My expectations walking in were not the highest based on previous reviews, but I figured it would at least be decent. After that dining experience I can't even say it was decent. We went during lunch on a Thursday and the two hostesses who greeted us were barely amicable, but we were offered the choice between a table or a booth. It was me, my husband, and our son so we chose a booth. Our waitress was much more pleasant and helpful, albeit a little slow on remembering things. First she took our drink order while we looked over the menus, being it was our first time in the restaurant we took a little longer to peruse the food selections. We both ordered ice tea, mine without lemon, and a soda for our son. She brought back the soda and two waters, both with lemon, and it took another 5+ minutes for the tea to be brought out. When it finally arrived, mine had lemon in it and that correction took another 5 minutes. I should have just ordered water because the tea was incredibly light in color and barely tasted like it. We decided to order for our son first since five-year olds don't like to wait long for food, and ordered him the chicken sliders. We continued to peruse the menu while looking at food photos on Yelp, and eventually decided we would share the BBQ pulled pork nachos, and the chicken ranch sandwich. My husband has an aversion to tomatoes and I detest onions so we ordered the chicken ranch sandwich without the pico, and the nachos without the pico and tomatoes. Our son's sliders were the first to arrive. We were a little shocked by what they called chicken sliders. Two small grilled chicken pieces, about a third of the size of a normal chicken tender, sat awkwardly atop a slice of pickle on a dinner roll. The rolls were toasted but dry and slightly on the burnt side. When I laid the pieces of chicken side-by-side next to each other instead of on top of one another, the chicken pieces weren't even large enough to fill up the dinner roll. The fries were fine, although completely unseasoned, which we found odd because the fries we received with our chicken sandwich were highly seasoned. Now, onto our food. The nachos, which I will include a photo of, were completely disappointing. The plate was heaping, but the toppings were scarce! I found less than a handful of chips with queso on them, the beans were refried, I expected pinto from the menu, and there were even less beans than queso. Having lived in the south for many years I was extremely disappointed with the pulled pork. It was under-seasoned and overly greasy. The BBQ sauce was very sweet and did nothing to bolster the flavor of the pulled pork or overall dish for that matter. The majority of what was on the plate were bare tortillas chips, and all those on the bottom of the plate were swimming in grease. The only saving grace for me were the fresh tomatoes and cilantro that accompanied it. I was disappointed there wasn't even hot sauce to help the flavor. Last came the chicken ranch sandwich, a less than memorable...what was I talking about? The breast of chicken was small and flavorless. It was topped with pepper jack cheese, which also surprising had no flavor, not even a kick spice. The ranch that was supposed to be on it came on the side when our son's meal arrived, about 15 minutes prior. The sandwich was topped with bacon that was heavy on fat, grease, and pepper, with no other flavor to increase interest. The one thing the sandwich did have was the pico, that we had asked not be on the sandwich when we placed our order. Our waitress was very apologetic and a few minutes later a man, seemingly a manager?, came out to take the sandwich back. It returned almost immediately with now hot, wilted lettuce and a bun that still tasted of pico. Although our waitress was nice and came to check on us twice, it would have been nice to be offered a refill on our drinks/water and possibly dessert. She just seemed distracted and happy to get us out of our seats. Like the meal itself, the bill was hard to swallow. It's almost painful to pay nearly $50 for poor food and a meal that took so many wrong turns. It wasn't completely abysmal so my review receives two stars, however we will never return to this restaurant, and will think twice about ever returning to a Twin Peaks restaurant again. read more

This burger/sandwich was loaded with flavor and surprisingly, a little kick of spice. The fries were delicious and they have a special ketchup at the table that does go really well with them. Twin Cheeseburger ($9.50): Caramelized onion, mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and choice of cheese (pepper jack). Solid burger, but I preferred the chicken burger. Green Chile Parmesan Buffalo Wings (6 for $7.95): These were fantastic! I was blown away by the flavor. It really had a nice chile flavor with a touch of spice and the creamy Parmesan to balance it. This is probably one of the best flavored wings I've had anywhere. They also have three house brews on-tap, which is neat since I didn't realize they were also a brewery. Ruben had the Twin Peaks Knotty Brunette (5.3% ABV 27 IBU) American Brown Ale. This one was a surprise for me. I didn't expect to enjoy the food as much as I did. I would return for the wings alone! Being that I have only just recently moved back to the mainland from Hawaii, last Sunday was my first introduction to a Twin Peaks establishment. From my 3 star rating you may guess that it didn't quite blow my socks off, especially with all the hype surrounding it with the Fountains of Farah Grand Opening & it's the first one to open in El Paso. Expectation - First and foremost I was expecting HOT girls. And actually...that was all I was expecting from this place. I think my appetite was more satiated than my eyes to be honest. Reality - Mediocre looking girls at best - maybe a few with cute faces but I was really expecting more from this place, especially with it's reputation. Maybe they were saving their A-Team for the dinner shift? And what was with the miss-matchy ugly UGG boots and multicolored knee-highs. Corporate couldn't get them standardized footwear to go with their plaid crop tops? Sorry...I'm a girl, it's in our nature to judge fashion. As far as the food goes, it was good. Nothing special, typical man-food with manly portions. I settled with the ranch chicken burger/sandwich and the BF ordered the Hangover burger and an ICE-COLD beer. They pride themselves on having beer so cold it creates ice crystals on top. Both food and drinks came out on time, not that you'd be able to notice if it was late as you have literally 50 TVs around you to distract you. The booth tables all have their individual screens, above the bar hovers maybe 10 80" flat screens, a few more scattered on the walls as well as more OUTSIDE. Though I was aware of Twin Peaks, I hadn't lived in a city with one and I had never been to one before. The restaurant chain is renowned for being themed around a scantily clad version of the popular TV show, and I just made that up. Right now they are only opening for dinner at 5 PM; the lines and waiting times are pretty crazy at the moment, so be forewarned. Menu is simpler than I expected, but offers lots of manly dishes, like chicken fried steak and pot roast, as well as your pub standards. I enjoyed the pot roast, a hearty, tasty dish! I also tried the venison chili, and I've had venison before, so I wasn't expecting any surprises, it won't taste any different than beef, but the chili is quite hot (spicy), but yummy. Leave room for dessert because the bread pudding is delicious! Bar appears to be really well stocked, they have a 4 person shot-ski that is quite the show. The ski-lodge decor goes great with the restaurant's theme that is not at all innuendo on the wait staff's upper body. TVs everywhere, love that, especially the booths with their own TV! Seems like they will be showing UFC here as well, FYI. They do have free Wi-Fi which helps you bear those long waits. Service is good, once your order is in, your food will come out quickly. However, and this is a chicken or the egg problem, waitresses are CONSTANTLY being distracted by guys wanting non-business attention. Yeah, hot girls is part of the appeal, and I can't blame waitresses for working the flirtiness to get better tips, but there should be a distraction timer. At least twice I wanted a water refill and as the waitress was walking my way, the table before mine would get a hold of her for nonsense, it happened at a lot of other tables. I do place most of the blame on the customers, but it is a problem, and by no means is it unique to Twin Peaks. read more
