Great service from Linette at Twin Peaks East. She was friendly, attentive, and kept everything running smoothly without being overbearing. Drinks stayed full, food came out quick--exactly what you want on a solid visit. Would definitely ask for her again. read more

Decent place for wings. The flatbread was surprisingly very good too. The atmosphere is basically a sport bar vibe with only women serving. Our waitress was very enthusiastic and overly suggestive of the drinks but checked in on us which was nice but maybe a little too much. Which doesn't help that some of the food came out much later than we expected. The wings were all cooked well and tender and the flavors and sauces were all great. read more

Stopped in while visiting Wl Paso on business. It was pretty slow for a late lunch and only a couple waitresses working. It's not too loud for the time of day. I like how many sports programs are on. There's something for everyone to watch. The queso and chips were sooooo good! I could eat those along for a meal. Wow I also had the wings and was surprised at how good they were. read more

July 30. , 8 15 pm After ordering a BLT with no lettuce I was told you must order off the menu . we have" LOBSTER ROLL" BLT. Seems odd to me that your kitchen, after being touted as a scratch kitchen, is unable to put 2 pieces of toast together with mayo add a slice of bacon, slice of tomato and a leaf of lettuce. That's a BLT! Your motto should be " customers don't matter and we don't care!" You've never been known for having Ph. D level employees . However, a kitchen that can't make a BLT shouldn't be called a kitchen. ROBERT MASON EL PASO, TX read more

Service was absolutely atrocious. Place was not busy at all, the only person in the restaurant that seemed to have any idea what they were doing was the bartender. Alcohol came out in good time, but it took over an hour for a water. Another 20 minutes for a soda. Was at the table for an hour before they asked for our order. Took almost another hour for them to bring food. Eye candy definitely could be improved too, not even that could make up for the lack of service. read more

*Dined-3.22.23: Came for lunch while out shopping and had 12 pc wings. We were able to get the sauces split as I ordered my with "Hot as F*ck" sauce but it was not hot at all (least not for me) but it was tasty. Service was good as our server was attentive. My mom had the lunch special w/ 1/2turkey club and fries and also had the chipotle cheese and chips which were tasty (we thought the red stuff was chorizo) apparently it's just chipotle-it was good as well. read more

Ashley and Alana were very attentive at the bar and the beers were both frosty and delicious. 10/10 would recommend

Was greeted pretty quick by one of the four bartenders. After I ordered my drink which was cold and crisp, I was never checked on until I finished my drink. The bar was not full and they walked by plenty of times but never checked on. The ladies in Houston do a much better job of taking care of customers. read more

Perviously left a 2 star review, have been back 3-4 times and things have improved incredibly, had the best service and the best frosty beers and an the best burger since I've been in El Paso. I visit Twin Peaks on Wednesdays with friends for their $6 cheeseburger special. Sometimes I get it with the french fries or I will get the house salad as a substitute for a minimal upcharge. The food is good and our server was awesome. Cynthia always greets us with a beautiful smile, she's very attentive and her service is outstanding. Overall, a very nice dining experience. read more

It's been a while since we ordered Twin Peaks takout, and even longer since we ate in. It was my birthday week so we decided to give them another shot. As usual the service was mostly shoddy. They opened 10 minutes late because they were briefing staff on a new menu item - uh... report 10 minutes early??? Once we were seated, no one came to see us after about 8 minutes so we asked to move indoors. Service there was better. The queso and mozzarella bites were hot and delicious. My hubby had the half Cubano with Caesar salad, which they had as a lunch special. The salad and fries were fine, but he didn't care for the sauce on the sandwich. There seemed to be a good quantity of meat but it was dry and flavorless. Overall i don't know why we keep trying this place other than that damn frosty mug read more

Janeth and Julia were amazing up at the bar, the best cinnamon toast crunch cheesecake ever! I recommend adding the rumchata shot, it really elevated the flavor. Nice service and food. Would rate it 10 stars if I could. read more

Dependable enough kitchen. Service is spotty; if it wasn't for the revealing outfits some of the waitresses would starve to death waiting for tips. Service is undependable and slow. All the sportsing on the televisions. Good for large groups that aren't particularly picky or in a hurry. read more

Came for lunch and were seated immediately. Drinks came promptly and ordered mozzarella bites as an appetizer. The cheese bites themselves were good, but the marina dipping sauce kind of ruined the taste of them, but the ranch dipping sauce was fantastic. Shortly after the food arrived and everything was cooked perfectly and to the specifications of how we ordered. Being lunch time the place was nice and quiet so the noise level was nice and low. Waitress was also super on top of drink refills and never had to even ask for one. read more

My friends and I came to this restaurant and had the worst experience. We literally waited at least 45 minutes, just for them to take our drink order and acknowledge us. And the person who took our drink order wasn't even our waitress as she claimed. What was even more ridiculous was that three other tables got sat all around us, and they were acknowledged right away before us even had their food before us. We didn't even order food all at the same time so it wasn't as if the waitress took a huge food order for the kitchen. When the first waitress had came to take our drink order, she asked if my husband and I wanted any appetizers. We simply asked for a basket of fries and literally waited Two hours for them while our friends at our table who ordered an hour after us got their food before us when they had ordered actual plates of food. We even reminded the original person who took our french fry order to check on fries for us. Then, after that we asked two other waitresses who claimed that they were helping our table and then finally we were given our actual waitress and she claimed that no one had ever put in our basket of fries order. We had to ask four different times for a simple basket of fries and when our fry order came out, they were gross not appetizing whatsoever. When our actual waitress was helping our table, she was very rude and unprofessional and anytime she made a mistake She would try to blame our first waitress, even though there were certain things that we didn't ask the first waitress. She kept dodging our table as well. We literally had to flag her down because it seemed as if she was avoiding our table. And also the atmosphere of the other waitresses were also very rude. I had went to go use the restroom and I had seen a group of waitresses wiping down one single table which I've worked in many restaurants before and it doesn't take five girls to clean down one single table and also instead of serving other tables there were girls who were taking selfies and pictures with peoples food, which I don't agree on, I don't agree if someone should have to wait a very long time for their food just for their waitress to take their food and pose for a camera making their table wait even longer. This was the very first time I personally did not tip my own waitress, and she even had the audacity to put a big star next to where it said tip. I'm sorry, but if I have a waitress who is very unprofessional, who's giving me attitude and who only comes and checks on our table when everyone has their food and has already had a couple of drinks, that's ridiculous to me. She should've been checking in on us when we were trying to call her the entire time. Anytime she would come to our table she would only ask one person if they needed something and try to completely ignore the rest of the table, even though we clearly were asking her to help somebody else we tried our best not to be rude, and we also tried our best to not overwhelm her, but at the same time we had already been waiting a very long time for little things. Also, there was stuff floating in my water and my first beer had leftover red stuff on the rim. Some of the silverware that we were given were also kind of dirty as well. I would've complained to the manager at that point but honestly, we were all very over it. read more

Nonexistent service. Go to Kona or Changs instead. Sat at the bartop for 20 minutes and no one took our order. Wasn't even busy

Went on 1/14/24 to watch Rams-Detroit in NFL playoffs. Great place to watch a game, I have NEVER seen so many TV's even in another Sports Bar. I sat at the bar. And men if you're looking for scenery, they've certainly got it here: Very foxy little ladies in extremely skimpy outfits. But for me what really sets this place apart is the food. I had a 14 oz. New York Strip steak and it was cooked to perfection, medium rare. Even the sides were great, mashed potatoes with big chunks of potatoes in it, not from a mix. The green beans/onions were awesome too. $25.99 and worth every penny! You just cannot get a meal this high quality at ANY other Sports Bar that I have ever been to. I will be back. read more

Their chicken and waffles are among the best. Travelled to El Paso on business with a few colleagues this past week and wanted to grab something to eat from a somewhat familiar place. Tried out their CNW and I was pleasantly surprised. The waffles had these maple syrup crystals and it had me at hello. Great flavors contrasting the sweet with savory. What's more is they added two fried eggs on top. That makes everything better. read more

This location is very up and down. The food is okay. The service is good sometimes and horrible other times. The ambiance is the same. Sometimes it is good. And other times it's horrible. With so many places to eat, drink and watch a game, it's crazy to spend your money here. Just go somewhere else like the Hooters nearby. You will have a much better time. read more

This is a very unique bar. I do like it. But the limited beer menu (90% crap beers) drags down what could be an outstanding hangout. Their 4 own beers looked so much better. I had the Drop Dead Redhead IPA and it was very tasty at only 5.9%. As for the food! Every dish that went by looked great for bar food. We went with BBQ Ribs and Pot Roast. My wife's Pot Roast was very good, although there could have been a little more meat. It had a very rich, delicious gravy. My ribs were another thing. If any real middle of the state Texan had tried them, someone in the kitchen would've been dancing to the shots of a 45. I ate them, but they were the worst ribs I've ever had. The were tough, dry flavorless. If it wasn't for the sauce I would have sent them back. But I actually like seared, crispy meat on occasion. The staff was delightful! I'd go again, but not for the ribs but the pot roast and another one of their beers. The menu is extensive with lots of things that I'm sure they get right. read more

The food is super gross. Not sure how they have been open for that long. The dessert menu is 3 items. The brownie sundae comes out cold. Yucky! Found a blonde hair in the whipped cream, they gave us that one free. Eeeek Nothing we order, party of 6, was to die for. Just average food that was less than par. The waitresses are not nice at all. Didn't get a bye or hello, maybe because I'm a female. Who knows? Overall customer service lacks. The only reason I'd come back is the T.V's wowzers on the entertainment! read more

I like coming here after work :) it gets really busy around 8 on Friday so I try to go right after work around 6 so we can get a table. What I really like about this place is their beers. They have a sign right by the entrance that shows the current temperature of the draft beer. It's usually around 27-33F so when they serve the beer you can even see ice floating. It tastes really good... Also I like that there are so many TVs that show all different kinds of sports. You could never get bored there with the amount of TVs and cold beers. read more

Went to sunland twin peaks for labor day, food may be good but waitresses are so wrapped into theirs elves that it took 20 minutes at the bar for me to get service. If it wouldn't of been for one nice female at bar, Amanda. I was getting ready to leave. Food may be good and beer is cold, but the waitresses think cause they wear revealing out fits they should be given tips for showing their tush. Place would be awesome if service was better. read more
