The service was great! I went for pick up only. I ended up staying for the happy drinks. Happy Hour. The bartender was very sweet and quick to take my order. It was busy but she was quick, TWICE! Stopped into Twin Peaks on Polaris for dinner on a Sunday. The place was busy but I was able to get a seat at the bar right away. The staff is nice and this particular location seemed larger than others that I've been to. Food was just as good as I've become used to. Chips and queso dip while the Masters was on TV is a great combination. Their chicken and shrimp basket is also really good. So much going on that I forgot to take any photos of the food. During our recent visit up on Polaris Parkway in Columbus, we decided to sit on the heated patio (which is clutch in Ohio). The vibe inside? We had a really good experience here. We were in town for a baseball tournament and our boys went undefeated for the day, so we ended up at Twin Peaks Our server did a great job. All of the orders were correct, never had to wait for refills, etc. The menu is fairly robust and prices are decent. Atmosphere is what you would anticipate, busy and somewhat loud but not overbearing. Overall a positive experience and surprised at the quality of the food and high level of service. This was the first time that me and my best friend decided to try this restaurant. I haven't been here since it was Bar Louie years ago before the pandemic. From the time that we walked into the restaurant, we were greeted with beautiful smiles, and awesome personalities from the hostesses, and even the waitresses that were serving others. Our waitress was Isabella, and when I tell you that she was the best hands-down, she was totally awesome. I would also like to make mention of rosemary, who was also wonderful, kind and have lots of energy like Isabella. We were fortunate to meet the manager and we were able to speak to him about our first time experience. We were able to sit outside with a nice cool breeze and the whole atmosphere just felt inviting, energetic and a place that we would definitely return to soon. Now let's talk about the food quality. I'm pretty convinced my husband strategically booked our hotel near Twin Peaks for our anniversary weekend--just so we could "accidentally" swing by for a bite. I can't say I complained. We went on a Sunday night, so the place was filled with football fans glued to the big screens. Even with the game commentary playing, the noise level was surprisingly comfortable--lively but not loud enough to drown out a good conversation. The vibe is definitely sports-bar-ish, but still totally fine for families grabbing dinner together. The food was delicious, and honestly I wish we'd shown up hungrier because there were so many things I wanted to try. We shared the baked pretzel, which was H U G E--definitely a team effort. It came with Creole mustard and chipotle queso dips. My husband ordered the Crispy Mini Tacos (house-fried tortillas, spicy beef, pepper jack, pico, and sour cream), and I got the Spicy Chipotle Chicken with garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed broccoli. Everything hit the spot--no complaints from me. Our server, Gabriella, was awesome. Friendly, attentive, and always smiling--she really made the experience even better. We usually go to texas roadhouse but decided to give this place a try on saturday around 230pm. Once we sat down they lost 1 star for not having menus and making us use our phones. Lost the second star cause it took 41 mins from placing our order to getting the food on the table for 3 people. They would have lost a 3rd star for service cause we had to keep flagging down the waitress to get more water and more beer for the wife. However, they get that star back because of the smoked wings. We noticed this restaurant while heading toward the mall and decided to pop in on our way home. We didn't realize the reference to "Twin Peaks" until we saw how the waitresses were dressed. Very scantily clad!! We were seated right away even though they were quite busy so we decided to stick around and try them out. The place has rustic decor with taxidermy animal heads and a log cabin feel. Very cozy but with lots of space and tables available. Our waitress came right over and took our drinks order and our food order too and then.....she disappeared. No drinks were brought out. She stopped by the tables nearby a few times but even with me doing my impersonation of an air traffic controller, we couldn't flag her down. Finally after 20 minutes the food waitresses brought our food out (thank goodness it wasn't up to her to bring us our food!) and after that I was able to wave her down and ask for our previously ordered drinks. She says, "Oh darn, I completely forgot about you guys" and runs off for drinks. Ten minutes later the drinks finally arrived and were never once refilled. I ordered The Smokestack burger with fries and my hubby ordered a bowl of chili. My burger was delectable!!! It was juicy, fresh, tasty, heavenly!!! Very messy but each bite was ecstasy. Their fries are seasoned and crispy and really didn't need ketchup at all. My husband enjoyed his chili, but the bowl they brought out was pathetically underfilled. A bowl of chili costs $8.29. They brought out a teeny tiny bowl that was only 1/3 full. After we finished, I had to basically jump up and down like a maniac to get our waitress's attention again for the check. After that horrible service, she then had the nerve to give us a card and ask us to leave her a positive review on Google reviews, while adding that if we had anything negative to say we should just not write a review then. We stopped in the area on a roadtrip back from Tennessee, we were tired and hungry and most places were already closed or closed early because of the "storm". I'm getting to know this restaurant for long time so I wanted to give my two cents. on this First off the parking lot has a great space and it's located near Sheetz so you can get gas easily right afterwards. It is very close to the highway, which is very helpful for people traveling on 71, and my business. The restaurant has been pretty clean every time I've come in. They seem to manage traffic very well with the amount of people that come in at the previous restaurants that were located here had a difficult time managing the amount of people that will come in. One of the things that make it competitive, is that the kitchen is open later than most of the restaurants, one of the challenges being in Polaris is that after 10Pm many of the other restaurants shut down, their kitchen. I would say for the most part the menu has a lot of viarity on it, they seem to be very excellent at their sauces never tasted gravy so good and their queso is great, I'll be honest I don't like the food that much but the atmosphere makes it a great place to go to because they have charging for your phone near the bar so if you watch the game and you need to check on your app see if you can be connected. What makes it awesome is that many of the big games they put on speaker and it's a great place for UFC fight nights to watch. There's always typically a great energy, and the people that come in and always have such a great vibe., also the pricing on the food is good and they offer discounts for military. Before I go on about the positivity on this place I will point out some negativity. One of the things I think this place lacks is the ability to let the women Express themselves. sometimes a woman wants to wear there hair up, but sorry no ponytails iallowed? Which makes no sense because, people look good in different ways. or sometimes they have a bad hair day. The policies did not give them too much grace on this. Also every shift they have to take a picture when they change shifts as if they're in like the hunger games or something, I guess they have standards but they treated too much like the military or some type of slave. Also there's many excellent people that work here. It looks like they have new management that doesn't realize the contributions of valuable employees that make this place a desire to come back too, Why is the new GM changing a good thing, Maybe not looking at the big picture. I feel like they also should not have to pay to get for an accessory to stay warmer, like you care about your employee so much that they have to pay to stay warmer. Let's talk about the quality of the servers now. When this play place first start opening the struggle was real. But they have a core group of people that keep regulars for coming back the list of people I'm going to name on here are good at paying attention to guest interacting with guests making them feel valued and important: Abby was the first person that I really got to know here and she always has control and awareness about what's going on, Mariah keeps it real it's great at being the life of the party and extremely fun. Raye and Brian are a very good managers if they have a very humble approach and they're super friendly and approachable. Anji is great and remembering what people order, and she's super accountable looking for her actions if there's a mistake even if it's not something she did. Lydia is very fun she never takes anything personal I got a flaw in the appearance like most of the girls. Ivy and Isabel are very laid back, and they never get mad and they're great at making people feel special. You can tell Olivia has been doing this for a long time because she charms everyone with her style. Jayla is incredible because he's aware of what's going on and she talks to you like she's a brother or sister makes you and want to come back. Evyn is a consistent bartender and she doesn't get any orders wrong she makes sure she interacts with everybody. Evan and Juan change the game as bar backs he is super personal with a guest super friendly which is rare to see in a bar back. Just like the NBA I consider the following people I talked about the as the dream team. The last thing I want to mention is stop trying to let people go to have bring regulars in the building and stop trying to run it like a slave ship but still have great standards on customer service. Just came here for the first time because we heard they had really good wings. We didn't order any wings, but next time for sure. Their menu is massive, a little overwhelming honestly, but they have everything. My friend and I split the sampler appetizer. We really wanted the fried pickles but the buffalo tenders were the best part of the sampler. They were super delicious. The fried pickles were just ok and the mozz bites were yummy. We ordered entrees to go. I got the street corn chicken salad and she got the turkey sandwich. They were both good but nothing phenomenal. This is a new-to-me restaurant on Polaris, across from the mall. We met family members who were traveling from KY to Northern OH. Easy access to freeway. Apparently they pattern themselves after Hooter's, given the servers wear low cut tops. And winter boots. Our server was very nice, but must be a newby because she has some stuff to learn. It's all about training. She apologized for forgetting some things, for items we asked for more than once. I'm sure she will get better. The manager was all over the place, pitching in when needed, by seating people, and serving food. That's what a manager should be doing. Our food was really very good. Everyone in our party of 6 enjoyed our entrees. I had a $5 Amaretto Sour - there is a cocktail menu with have daily drink specials. Nice. My entree was the Chicken Street Corn Salad and I would honestly get it again. Yummy. My boyfriend had the Chargrilled Salmon with Rice Pilaf and liked it a lot. Kind of embarrassing for me, although the entire staff had the same outfit on, except the manager (male) in actual clothes. Nailed the fat cap being like butter. Swapped asparagus for broccoli, which were a little small, but cooked perfectly. We had three tables as our group was big to celebrate a birthday. The restaurant is big and loud! First off, S/O to the waitress Trinity, she did an amazing job with staying on top of everyone's orders and drinks, plus it was also her birthday! I ordered the Chicken Ranch sandwich, I asked for cheddar cheese instead of pepper jack. I could immediately tell they put the pepper jack on it and took it off to add the cheddar, . There was pepper jack still left on and the cheddar was not melted. We were seated next to the large rolling windows, they were closed a a storm rolled thru. Their Lobster rolls. admitted by management are fake lobster. The meat looks like White Albacore Tuna salad only ground up fine with tiny celery - tastes like tuna as well. The sandwich sounds fancy from the menu - you can hardly find the mixed greens and bacon was hard processed bacon bits. The beef street tacos had nothing but the meat and served with extremely spicy condiments - no mexican cheese. Management said flatly they are not responsible for what management puts on menu. Beef tacos were ordered but incorrectly serviced chicken so there was quite the wait for replacement beef and we were presented a bill for both - which they corrected quickly. Chairs were sooo uncomfortable with branch limb rails. Everything was spicy even the asparagus substitute for fries! However the asparagus was the best item we were served. Decided to go here for Father's Day. When we arrived, we were greeted by bosoms. That is when I realized what Twin Peaks stood for. This place is like Hooter's on steroids! The menu is packed full of tempting items. I decided to go for the baby back ribs since it was Father's Day. The food was a bit slow getting to us, but I understood because they were pretty busy. When they arrived, they looked a bit darker than I am used to. After taking a few bites, I discovered that they were a bit burnt. Not overly burnt to the point where I couldn't enjoy them, but definitely a little overcooked. The fries were decent, I could do without the seasoning that they add on them. My son got the wings, and I traded him a bone for a wing, and I can safely say that the wings were really awesome! His fries did not come with seasoning, and they were better that way. My wife got chicken fried chicken, even though she asked the waitress for chicken fried steak. She was happy with the mistake because she loved her meal. We got the Billion Dollar Bacon as an app and it was really tasty, a little sweet, and spicy. I will come here again, and I will likely get the wings or the pot roast. Customer Service 1-5=4.5. The smoked wings are delicious. I had two different wing sauce choices sweet and spicy Thai chili and the Teriyaki wing sauce. I chose two sides the French fries that come seasoned, and fried pickles the batter was like a tempura batter so it's not soggy and it was just the right kind of crunch it comes with a buttermilk ranch dipping sauce on the side.
