After reading other reviews and based on my own experience, I've seriously considered whether this is a place worth returning to. Between pricing, service concerns, and overall experience, I didn't see enough consistency to justify frequent visits. Twin Peaks is disappointing overall and not somewhere I would recommend for lunch, celebrations, or anyone expecting consistent, professional service. Exterior & First Impression Most locations I've seen have decent curb appeal, but this visit didn't fully meet that expectation. The surrounding area felt somewhat neglected, and the parking lot didn't leave a strong first impression. Atmosphere Inside, the restaurant smelled strongly of stale beer and smoke and was extremely loud, with no real effort to manage volume, making conversation difficult. The overall atmosphere felt geared toward a very specific crowd and came across as dated rather than broadly welcoming. Food Food was average. Some items were fine, but overall the menu leans heavy, fried, and doesn't feel aligned with the price point or the wait times. Nutritionally, there are limited lighter options, which makes it less appealing for repeat visits. Service Service was the biggest issue. It was slow, disorganized, and poorly communicated. Even when it didn't appear busy, we waited a long time with little to no updates and had to follow up multiple times just to get basic information. Orders can take a long time, so if your are on lunch and in a hurry- go elsewhere. Some staff were polite, but the experience felt inconsistent and transactional, with noticeable differences in attentiveness throughout the restaurant. Management When concerns were raised, management felt dismissive and unresponsive, with little effort to resolve issues in the moment. Stronger focus on communication, empathy, and service recovery would significantly improve the experience. Overall, the experience felt inconsistent and not well managed. Between long waits, a loud environment, pricing concerns, and lack of responsiveness, it doesn't feel like a place I would choose to return to regularly. We left frustrated and wouldn't come back. Bottom Line The only positives were comfortable seating and a few decent menu items, but it didn't come close to outweighing the negatives. If you're comfortable with the concept and just want a place to watch sports, it may work. However, for consistent service, fair value, and a more balanced dining experience, there are better options. read more

We were just looking for a place to eat with our two kids. Being to an establishment like this for the first time, we had no idea that it was the equivalent to another chain where the waitstaff are "scantily clad". But I won't judge a place solely on their "brand of service"... there were other issues. The front desk hostess was pleasant and got us seated right away. She's one of the reasons that we even got our table settings and cheque. We got our menus from our waitress, but we had to go see the front desk hostess to get forks, knives napkins. The burgers were decent, kids food was good too, the salad was soggy and mostly inedible. If it was two day old lettuce, the waitstaff could have warned us and we would have ordered something else. When we were done, we were waiting around again for longer than we needed to, to get the cheque, and that's when we went again to the front hostess and asked her for the cheque. We sat at the bar. I had wings and fries. Wings were fried enough so the skin wasn't nasty. They were nicely crispy without being burned. The fries were right out of the fryer, hot and crispy. My father had a chicken street corn salad. He's dieting so left off the chicken, bacon, and tortilla strips. The dressing was spicy. He said he'd order again and for him that's saying something. Even though it was crowded the waitress made time to make sure everything was good and she filled our tea without having to ask. That's a big deal for me. Nothing worse than waiting for a drink when you're thirsty. Her name is Haley if you go she is a good waitress. The staff were very pleasant throughout our lunch. The ambience was essentially a lodge in the woods. There was an electronic temperature sign for tap beer. Their standard is 29 degrees (I asked). Today it was 28.7. There are a bunch of menu items made from scratch. There are TVs everywhere for viewing whatever sports are on. Apologies but no pics. I sat at the bar tonight, and had less than adequate service. It took an extraordinary amount of effort to get the bartenders' (Jaz and Caitlain) attention to order a cocktail, and then dinner. After dinner (the salmon was quite good), my plate sat there, pushed aside and untouched for 20 minutes, before I again had to flag a bartender down to remove my plate. I thanked them for bringing me the beer I ordered, and the "you're welcome" was delivered as if it was too much effort to get the words over their lips. I ordered fish and chips, my husband ordered a burger. Our food did not get served until 12:54pm! No explanation, no apology. Even though it was lunchtime, the restaurant was NOT full. Clearly there is a problem in the kitchen or with the line management. Lastly, the women's restroom has a faucet that runs steadily and does not shut off. While on the road, I stopped at Twin Peaks for dinner. Unfortunately, like many places these days, the service left much to be desired. I ordered 12 wings, well done, with light Nashville hot sauce, and requested the street corn salad with ranch dressing instead of vinaigrette. As expected in 2024, the order was wrong. The wings were undercooked, and the portion of salad they brought me was worth about $3, yet I was charged $20. It seems they've left the bar in the hands of an inexperienced girl, which is concerning given that the majority of patrons are middle-aged men who come to ogle rather than enjoy quality food. All I wanted was a high-protein meal before heading back to my hotel, but the bartender had no idea how to correct the situation. I wouldn't be so upset about the lousy food if the view was any better, but unfortunately, it looked like I was staring at a busted can of biscuits and three-day-old cottage cheese with black panties up their arse. Frustrated, I told her they could keep the food, paid for it, and drove across the street to Schlotzsky's deli, where I got a much better salad--double the portion, half the price. Food was phenomenal & service was pretty fast. All four people in my group ordered burgers. They were hands down the best burgers we've had in a long time. the fries were also very good. The beer was ice cold and well worth the size to price ratio. They had every football game on that was playing. The restaurant itself was well kept & clean. Most of the staff was friendly, but we did have a few that were rude or completely ignored us when needing something. I wouldn't necessarily bring children here due to the 'scenic views' as they call it. i did see families in there while we ate, so to each their own! I have been putting off this review forever simply because I did not want to be that person when writing it. Read between the lines if you can't catch my drift, if you want a good view along with watching the game, then this is the place to visit. Would I consider this a family friendly establishment, not particularly, but people bring their kids here. If you want a view and a game without the shrills of kids, coming later in the evening is better. You can't beat their lunch specials. I enjoy coming here for lunch because you get a long of bang for you buck both in portion and quality. The food isn't amazing, but it is really good. Also, let's not dismiss that they have the coldest beer around. You want a variety of beers to choose from? They got you covered. Same can be said for their liquor selection and shot list. My husband and I come here fairly often, and enjoy sitting at the bar. As mentioned before, we like watching the game, and they always have several games on for people to enjoy. I think that the vibe of the place brings it altogether. Plus, the girls are always nice and accommodating with our orders. I always make a point of visiting the Brentwood, Tennessee location of Twin Peaks as I'm passing through the area. It's definitely in my top three and it's typically a great experience. I stopped in recently on July 17th which happens to be my birthday. I had the opportunity to sit with the server Summer for a little bday desert. The Apple Turnovers with ice cream are always the best. I'm a fine dining server in Indian Shores, Florida and have to say Summer did a fantastic job. She's got great energy, a fantastic personality and made great recommendations. I look forward to see her and the other great staff members again soon. What a depressing, miserable experience. Any reviews on here greater than one star were paid for. The food looks nothing like the professional photos they have posted on their Yelp profile. Several of my wings were uncooked on one side (because the fry basket didn't have enough oil). The fries had that two-day old, microwaved, chewy texture, and they weren't even warm. The dark piss-colored puddle of butter at the bottom of my broccoli bowl was nauseating. I didn't realize this place was run by strippers, but they were nice. This is a Breastraunt. A breastraunt is a restaurant that is a sport's bar that typical employees attractive women in form fitting attire to be waitresses. This place has a ton of TVs. I would definitely love to come here for any sporting event. The waitresses are nice and give you more attention than other places. They are also more talkative and friendly. Plenty of drink selections. Not many drink specials. I tried some of the boneless wings and the chicken sandwich. The boneless wings are a nice size. This place has gone way downhill. My wife and I used to come in on almost a weekly basis. About a year ago there was some kind of falling out with a member of management and the staff. Allegedly making some racist remarks towards kitchen staff and the servers didn't take kindly to it. Since then, I believe there was a mass exodus and it's never been the same. Most of the lovely scenery is gone; the views aren't nearly as good as they once were. Service has suffered. The place is rarely ever as busy as it once was. Food quality is fair; but I never left disappointed before but have felt that way on the last couple visits. I still pop in once in a while to see if they have been to right the ship but it appears they are still struggling. I only felt inclined to write this review today when I noticed how disgustingly dirty by glass was. I want to compliment Kacey, who works weekend nights in the bar at the Cool Springs location. She hustles and does a great job of taking care of me and other customers as well. She is awesome!! She does it all while her colleagues stand around and talk. She waits on people and kknows their names, cross-sells, puts up dishes, cleans the bar, rings people up, runs food out and even puts up glasses when racks are left out in the bar area.
