The food was 10/10--you have to try the grilled shrimp; it's the best in Nashville! Between the great eats and the fantastic live band, we had an amazing time. We'll definitely be back. Cheers to James for the top-tier hospitality! Huge thanks to James, who provided impeccable service even though the place was packed. He kept our large group happy and well-attended to all night. Plantation Pub - Grilled shrimp! - Sports Bars Near Me - Bellevue, Tennessee

Two years ago I wrote a review about Plantation and it was the amazing service I from Kristin. This time it was Katie. Same result-flawless service, and enough personality to make you forget you're waiting on food. At this point I'm convinced they're running the place and just letting everyone else think they work there. The blonde dream team of Bellevue deserves a raise. read more

A great family neighborhood bar tucked away in the heart of Bellevue. You will love the food, drinks, servers and patrons!

The wings "juan style" are super good. You must try them! They can be ordered to your liking where they're not rubbery like some establishments. Highly recommend! read more

The burger was a Sysco frozen Pattie. Terribly disappointing. Not that challenging to go to Publix or even Kroger!! Cheese was not even melted. Probably cooked sometime earlier in the day. Diet Coke & fried shrimp were good. Service was prompt & friendly. Not a revisit. read more

Ordered a patty melt to go. Far below my expectations for a patty melt. Very friendly and efficient I getting my order to go.

The positives: large, outdoor seating area; dog friendly - including multiple bowls for water; a "healthy" pour on the shot. The disappointments: service, portion size. Service is a huge pet-peeve. I'm able to overlook a lot when the server is engaged (with guests v. co-workers) and attentive. Things started poorly when the non-alcoholic drinks took an unreasonable amount of time (without explanation) as compared to the perception of the level of business (very slow). Aggravating was being provided an empty condiment container. Disappointing was the size of the "large" salad @ $12. The amount of chicken was reasonable - and had good flavor - yet the size of the bowl v. the overall volume did not provide a favorable impression. Favorable was the size of the pour on the requested shot in addition to my partner's sandwich and fry combo. Appealing to the "service-oriented" part of me was noting another server checking on tables (ours) that were not hers. Overall we would potentially try PP again, but probably not. There's just too many options providing outdoor seating, that allow hounds, have great food, and attentive servers. read more

Plantation Pub - $12 chicken salad - Sports Bars Near Me - Bellevue, Tennessee

Plantation pub is my go to place for Sunday football. Been coming here for 2 years. Don't know what's going on, but the last 2 times I've been here the service is terrible. No greeting when we sit down. Have to wait a bit for anyone to acknowledge us. The service has completely gone down hill. Not even busy inside and having to wait so long to get a drink. When customers are having to get up and get their own plates and silverware and also having to go to the bar to get drinks because the waitresses aren't coming around enough. Lots of new faces. We miss seeing the owner and his family. To be honest, not sure if we will be returning. The vibe just isn't the same. read more

It is hard to find really good fried catfish these days, but look no farther. This place has some of the best I've ever had. Very good tartar sauce. Hot crispy fries. Excellent mayo based coleslaw. Service is personable. My wife had a turkey wrap and said it was very good. I'm happy to have found this hidden gem in Bellevue! read more

After living 5 minutes down the street for two years, I finally decided to give Plantation Pub a try. It exceeded expectations. I went for a causal date night with my boyfriend to watch sports. We sat at the bar and immediately were served. Our waiter was friendly and gave us great advice for what to order. His picks were amazing- I totally recommend the brisket sandwich. They also have great happy hour deals, so it's not expensive. Will definitely be going back, especially during college football season to watch some games! read more

Bellevue is lacking in the cool neighborhood bar area, but Plantation Pub is a decent option of a hangout sports bar. I had worn out Jonathan's and was looking for a new spot when my friend suggested coming here. I've been here a couple times so far and I do enjoy their Trivia Tuesday. The first-place team gets a $50 gift certificate, second-place $30 and third place $10. There are 4 rounds and it goes from 7 pm- 9 pm. It is something fun to do in a part of town that is quiet and sleepy. Beer selection is pretty good for a small pub. I like that they have Sierra Nevada which is my go-to craft beer from California. The food menu has a good selection. Prices are affordable but in my opinion they need to charge less for some of their appetizers. $6.95 for queso?? How dare they overcharge for my cheese dip! (also it was just meh, I would not recommend for that price) My friends got the potato skins ($6.95), my boyfriend got the buffalo burger ($9.25) and subbed the chips for fries and I also got a house salad ($4.95). My boyfriend did enjoy the burger and I thought the salad was fine. Nothing blew me away and the few fries I ate seemed like they needed salt/seasoning. Service is great! I really like the servers we've gotten and that has never been an issue. Overall, P-Pub is a casual good spot and I would recommend it for a few drinks and to play trivia. read more

They never disappoint, great food and drinks. I just hope for live music everyday on the weekends. My favorite is the cat fish and chips basket. Oh did I mention I like the service too. read more

I love plantation! They have good food and you can't beat their drink prices. The blackened chicken salad and pizzas are amazing. Highly recommend going on a nice day outside to enjoy the outdoor patio as well. read more

We love everything about this locals-fave joint. Great staff, great games on the tv's, cold drinks, and the best cheeseburger in Nashvillr!

The 3 1/2 star rating is about right overall but I round up to four stars for the friendly staff, the excellent atmosphere with live music, and the outside deck is really cool . The food is your typical bar food that's good with a cold beer. Nice neighborhood bar. read more

I think that plantation pub has its place in the world- Like if you're looking for an outdoor patio that serves alcohol for A first date this is a perfect place for that- Now I wouldn't order the pizza ever again not even for a million dollars. I had a pizza with green peppers and hamburger. Tasted like someone pulled the hamburger out from the freezer and sort of de thawed it - three days ago. Nasty! Inside is super hot ac sucks and frankly the service is not great- people are rushing around etc. But if you're looking for a beer and you don't care how long it takes to get to you- perfect place for you read more

Great neighborhood bar. Service is always great too. We love their burgers!! And they have a great happy hour.

This popular sports pub has a nice deck for eating and for you smokers. It's a place that receives many folks living in the Plantation area and serves very good pub food and drinks. It can get quite busy with full tables and bar and occasional band. read more

Food is decent, except for the pizza....that was complete shit. Nice patio area, but full of smokers so beware. Service is HORRIBLE, no other way to explain it. Slow slow slow. It rings cohesive to this company's other establishments. (Alley Pub, Crows Nest, etc) Rundown, mediocre and caters to Trumpy patrons with a definite republican vibe. Not the most welcoming. Cheap beers, not surprising. read more

Just an awesome neighborhood watering hole, with classic and quality sports bar food offerings. They have an awesome, renovated patio that my wife and I love stopping by to watch a game or enjoy an afternoon. And it's dog friendly which is a huge plus for us. The staff is always friendly and they have daily specials. Our favorite local bar to stop in and grab a drink and bite to eat. read more

I have been in the Plantation Pub twice now. The first was to get a beer and the second to grab some dinner with my wife. How to rate this place? I am going to go for 3 stars, which means average. But, it really depends on what you are looking for to whether or not the Plantation Pub is your cup of tea. I will cover a few of the bases and you can make the decision yourself. As a Sports bar, I would rank it on the high side of 3 if not a 4. I can't say 5, as it is a bit too bright in there, but the speakers throughout the room make it so you can hear the featured game. As with it's predecessor, Three Stones Pub, everything is hard surfaced, so it gets loud and full of echos. Multiple speakers help you hear the commentary no matter where you sit. On the negative side, it is harder to have a conversation, as you can't easily escape the noise, except on the patio, which is smoking. (Can anyone in Bellevue have a non-smoking patio as well - one not on the sidewalk proper (ala Brewhouse 100)?) Bar? Finally liquor in a place in River Plantation (I am sure some natives are hopping mad at this one). And they have a craft beer selection, which is nice, although there are pubs in Bellevue that rotate more often (Publicity) or have much larger selections (Brewhouse 100). Since they have extended the bar seating beyond what Three Stones had, there is actually enough seating for the crowd. Kudos guys. I would still say about a 3 in this area. Food? Pretty average. Taste wise, I would say 4 on what I had, but the kitchen is not running as well as they should, so about a 2 on this side. This puts them about average. Both of our meals were overcooked a bit. But, since it was only a bit, it was passable. Nice enough flavors, as well. Mostly standard pub fare, with BBQ as a little extra. I tried the chicken dinner, which was slightly dry, but had nicely caramelized onions with mushrooms and Swiss cheese. Really liked the seasoning blend they used. My wife's burger was also a bit dry, but flavorful. And the bun had a wonderful flavor. If they can get the kitchen down a bit better, it will work. Service? Three Stones was a miss and Plantation Pub is still off, at least from our visit. It may be they don't have their schedule figured out yet, but they were woefully understaffed and it took about 45 minutes from ordering to get food, so timing is off throughout the restaurant. I will not return if I am in a hurry, but I am willing to go back to try the biscuits. Pricing? I would say around 4. Lower than most in Bellevue, except fast food, with decent enough portions. Overall? I have to go down the middle. None of the pluses overwhelm the negatives or vice versa. Will have to see what they can become as they find their groove. I will likely return for a beer at some point in time. I will wait awhile to try the food again, although the steak biscuits (already mentioned) are on my list. read more

Food was great and service was even better. Shoutout to Sydney for taking good care of our party out on the deck. She had nothing but a smile quick with our orders the whole night. 5stars keep up the good work! read more

Cool little place just opened in Bellevue. Used to be something else but I dont know what. Its all new inside and has decent pub food and good beer selection. Reasonably priced. Lots of TVs and. Very accomodating to the clientele to make sure the football game you want to watch is on the closest TV to your table. They have NFL Sunday Ticket so I can watch my Kansas City Chiefs here in Nashville - even if the Titans are playing. Haha read more

Cold beer, great service--everyone knows everyone and it's so friendly and I've never had one bad thing on the menu(I've tried them all!) Go for the catfish basket! read more

One of me and my friend groups favorite places to go have drinks and hang out they have good food good service everyone's friendly! Definitely a good spot to get drunk and watch sports! read more

We have been here several times. Service is normally great. Today was a beautiful Saturday afternoon. The patio was almost full. Two servers passed by several times, but never stopped. I flagged one down and she said she'd be back, but went in and out a few more times without taking our order. After waiting over 10 minutes for someone to bring menus and take drink orders, we decided to go somewhere else. read more

Great family friendly and locals hangout with "the biggest deck in the vue" (which is DOG friendly) in Bellevue TN. Just down the street from the new Bellevue One Shopping and Entertainment Center. Open Daily at 11am and typically close around midnight. Delicious food with many options to choose from, with a full bar for drinks. Owned by local Firefighters! read more

Went on Friday. Great bar selection, live music. They smoke their meat in the morning and take it off at 5. Dry rub with Bbq sauce on the side. Excellent. Would come here again. read more

Plantation Pub is a great neighborhood bar with good food and great service. We had a Plantation Cheeseburger and a Plantation Brisket burger, both with chips. The beer is ice cold snd these folks can make a tasty "skinny" margarita. Avery was our waitress and she's a natural in the food biz. She checked our table frequently without interrupting conversation or dining. Plantation Pub is lucky to have Avery keeping customers happy. read more

Sat on the patio which is very nice. I had the smoked wings and my wife had brisket nachos. The wings were decent, but could've been much better if they had some sauce on them which I asked for twice and never got. Would have drank probably four beers and my wife probably two but our server was lacking in hustle. read more

Came here with the wife on a Sunday around 1pm. Wanted to avoid the church crowd and waiting that comes with it. It was 94 degrees outside so we sat inside next to the window. Our server greeted us politely in a timely manner. They had quite a selection of beers and had a 2 for 1 on domestic drafts. The menu was just the right size and we ordered different dishes to get a good mix of flavors. I got the steak biscuit plate, the wife got the brisket platter. We were both really pleased with the speed of the food and the quality. The steak biscuits were big juicy cuts of medium-well. It came with an au-jus dipping sauce that complemented the flavors of the steak biscuit. The brisket dish was very good sized helping of a deep smoky flavor. It came with a type of slightly sweet corn cake that some folks enjoy, me not as much. Everyone inside was pleasant and cheerful, music was good with lots of televisions played my live sports. Beer was super cold, which I looove! The price was very decent and we have no complaints. read more

Great Live Music on Thursday and Fridays. They have the best patio on the West Side. We love their smoked meat on Fridays.

The Plantation was the perfect spot to stop with our group motorcycle ride on a Saturday afternoon. I had the "special wings". They are tossed in buffalo sauce cooked for a second time and then tossed in a delicious bbq sauce. Perfect mix of heat and sweet. We had a group of 9 and everyone enjoyed their foods choices. read more

No nooooooooo. Bar rescue can't save this place. Someone who is a regular pointed out the owners......all drinking the night away and we couldn't get drinks at our table. New to town and would love to support the locals.....not here read more

Plantation is a great bar! The food is always great and beers are reasonable. The location is perfect, kind of out of the way and isolated. It really feels like a neighborhood bar. read more

We've come here quite a few times in the last several weeks since whenever we watch the Predators playoff games at home they lose. The hubs and I really enjoy it. His favorites on the menu are the steak biscuits, the brisket and the grilled shrimp (but with extra seasoning or buffalo style). Mine are buffalo chicken sliders, the cheeseburger, buffalo shrimp and fried catfish. IMHO the nachos were quite meh, but other than that , we've been happy with what we've ordered. Nine times out of ten we have GREAT service. Kyle is our favorite. He's attentive without hovering and he remembered our drink orders after our first time in his section. He also makes a point to say hello even if he's not the one serving us. The beer selection is substantial enough that most beer drinkers will be able to find one that appeals to them. On tap they offer everything from the NASCAR beers (Muller Lite, Bud Lite, Coors Lite, Michelob Ultra, etc.) to Stella, Guiness, to local craft brews from Yee Haw and Yazoo. I can't testify to their bottled beers or mixed drinks b/c I've never paid attention to them. Here we sit with 14 minutes left in the third period of game three (waiting while the catfish is cleared from the ice) not getting the hairy eyeball for camping even though we've been done eating for a while and are now nursing our beers. read more

We were so hoping that this was a nice place to have lunch or dinner. Turns out we will never go back there again. Service was poor food quality was poor. read more

Great neighborhood bar, pizza and burgers are great, service is great, outdoor deck is large and plenty of TVs

Everything a neighborhood sports dive should be. Drinks are cheaper than most places and the smoked wings on Friday nights are money. Plenty of TVs to watch whatever games are on. read more
