And when she asked to be refunded for the burger, would you believe she had to argue why they should refund a burger more than 90 mins after the original order. How could it possibly take almost an hour to make a new burger? They were never really apologetic for their screw-up and seemed to be annoyed that we paid for something that they didn't originally deliver, and then used being too busy and under staffed to fix the problem. Unfortunately, we will never go back! We'll have to find a new highend burger place, one that cares about delivering quality service to their customers and know how to apologize when they screw up.
