Visited on 3/3 at approximately 1930, was seated quite promptly with my preference being taken into consideration. My server Ziya was everything you could want in an employee and more. She was engaging, attentive, always had a smile on her face, and actually made me feel welcome. Quite the contrast from their San Marcos location. She accommodated all my ridiculous requests and even made sure I still enjoyed everything that came, plus engaging in personal conversation to take an active interest in her customer. The food was great but that's always to be expected from these locations as their flavor profiles are unparalleled. Came for lunch to visit my favorite bartenders! Ari and Angi are always welcoming us with smiles and exceptional service!! We can never leave without our spirits brightened! My husband got the Cobb salad and I got the Caesar salad with steak. I have no idea why but their salads are amazing! I recommend trying the Caesar with the salmon as well! Heads up they are large portions!! The music is a great volume. Not too loud but also always vibing! TV's are on with sports or funny videos. I had a great experience here with the staff and how surprising clean it was. I can't speak for other locations but this one specifically I would come back to. I'm biased because I usually don't rate chain restaurants so high, but in this case the service and food deserved an extra star, and the drink specials were really good. I can see why someone would want to come here to watch a game. The food cons - the lemon pepper on my wings didn't coat the wings so you could barely taste any of the flavor and I had a few of my wings with broken bones so fighting to eat around that isn't ideal. Everything else was good! Our server was very attentive but after taking my order she left without taking my friend's order as if him and I were gonna share a 12 piece wing lol but he was finally able to get a food order in. Didn't take long for our food or drinks to get to the table. This place is almost always packed and when it's not it still has a decent amount of foot traffic. An open bar, lots of beers and many televisions, that is greatly beneficial for any sports events. We're fans of Twin Peaks for game day viewing and this one didn't disappoint. Went for NFL Sunday. It got pretty packed but the bartenders and servers never missed a beat. They have several beers on tap and a full bar. Their appetizers are really good and very filling and typically that's all we end up eating. There's really not a bad seat to view multiple games - unlike other so-called "sports bars". If we had a Twin Peaks in our hometown this would be our go-to game day venue. read more

Our server Alexis just had this attitude with us the whole time like we shouldn't be there or she didn't want to be there, I get it we have bad days sometimes but this was unacceptable. We have eaten several Twin Peaks, from Fort Lauderdale to Colorado and the food and drinks were always predictably good, until here! Staff was friendly, it that's how they really make their tips. The appetizers were soggy and cold, our order came out separately and I mean significantly. My entree arrived and 21min later my wife's and it was completely wrong. She wouldn't send it back, because she didn't want wait for another attempt at it and another 20-30 min wait. When I told the server, said "I must have put it in wrong, sorry". Vanessa, one of the shift managers at this location, was screaming at me about how busy she was and that she doesn't have time to help me with my incorrect order. We ordered 24 smoked wings & fries but were given 12 regular wings. She then began to curse, dropping F bombs and hung up. Completely ignoring the fact that I have paid for food in which I did not order. I truly feel bad for any employees under her at this location and I am waiting for a response back from corporate. Today is my first negative review and I've been a regular over the past decade! I ordered a beer and was paying cash so I had an open tab. I planned on only drinking two beers so cash seemed like a good idea. I then had a random bartender (Alexis) come to me and say, Her: you have to pay the tab (hostile from the jump) Me: Sure , give one more and close it out. Her: no you can't get a new beer till you pay the first one. Me: okay I'm paying them both now and pulled out cash. Her: no you can't pay that way I need money for the first one before I ring in the second one. Me: that makes no sense this is how I'm paying. Friend (regular): add it to my tab no problem (to deescalate the situation) Her: no he needs to pay for it This is were she decided to make it a power issue. I went about 10 minutes from the original bartender giving me the beer to this interaction. I've never experienced a bartender on a rampage anywhere before. I've had minimal interactions with her so she had no reason to be angry. I've personally ignored ordering from her because she's very unpleasant. Never smiles, slow to serve and constantly texting. I than asked a different bartender to cash me out and put in a new beer and said I can't because Alexis. Clearly whatever issues she's having in life she cared into work today and as a customer we shouldn't have to deal with it.
