The first time I went to Twin Peaks, I brought my family thinking it was like a Chiles, but to my surprise it was like a Hooters. But with wayyyyy better food!!! Christian and I returned after a nice afternoon at top golf and it was the perfect meal. We were sat by a really nice server, and our waitress was attentive and so kind. They have a long happy hour, from 2pm-7pm, and a bunch of specials for the World Cup. I really enjoyed my sandwich, it was flavorful and loaded. I love their billionaires bacon! Christian loved the sauce on their wings, and we share one of their delicious sundaes. I will def be back to try more things off the menu! read more

Really disappointing experience at Twin Peaks. I came in with my family and we sat at our table for about 10 minutes without being greeted, acknowledged, or even approached by a server. No one came by to take our order or check on us at all. After sitting there being completely ignored, we decided to leave. I understand places can get busy, but not acknowledging a table at all for 10 minutes is unacceptable, especially when you're there with your family. One plus is that they were open later than other restaurants in the area. Long day. I was tired and ordered via their website for take out. The app said my food order would be ready for pick up at 9:58pm. I arrived on time and was told that my order would be ready in 5 minutes. 4 times. I've patronized this location in the past and wrote a good review about it. The manager only appeared once, talking and laughing with the skimpy clad workers. He glanced at me sitting on the banquette at the entrance and said nothing. The usual multiple TV screens fixed on sports noise. By 10:30pm I was done with the friendly 5 minutes reminders. I asked for the manager and after another 5 minutes, begrudgingly he walked out of the kitchen area with my food. He never once came to me earlier to check on me, offer me water or apologize for the wait. He mumbled something about "they felt bad". Who felt bad?, I asked. He said the kitchen staff. Apparently he did not. Hospitality? Nah! I'll order from Tacobell next time. read more

I had been to this Twin Peaks location a few times including when they 1st opened 10+ years ago. When they initially opened they had what I believe to be a Texas crew assist with opening. The food and service were very good, but after a few months I went back and it wasn't good. I love Albuquerque, but "Albuquerque effect" happens to many chain restaurants and other businesses that come into the market. The Albuquerque effect is when the business is far better in other markets. Recently, I went to Twin Peaks for a late dinner and a drink. I sat at the bar and it was a good visit overall. The service was fast and friendly. The wing were excellent. They were fried perfectly and tasted great. They had a nice whiskey selection, but they didn't have an accurate list with pricing. They should make a list with this info. They are missing a great opportunity to sell nice whiskey. The place is decorated like a cabin lodge setting. It's a typical "breastrant" like Hooters. Worst service I have experienced. There was a draft party here, and no one knew anything about our draft party, no welcoming to their "promoted draft" AD online. Everyone was clueless on what a draft was, and no materials were given to us, such as other sports bars have done in the past. What a farce?! Sometimes this place is great! But this time, it was disappointing. After bragging about the wonderful bacon and service, I had family here to enjoy too. There was no Billionaire Bacon. "The kitchen said we're out". It was 5:30pm. How can you run out at rush hour. My family loves bacon. Who doesn't? It was so disappointing. Not all bartenders or servers are the same. It's a roll of the dice. Some are absolutely wonderful. Others are not so much. Food is good at a discount. Brews are good at happy hour. Games are fun to watch. Otherwise, give this one a pass. And be mindful, this place is packed with mostly adult working men exercising their first amendment, saying anything. Well, there's not much I can say that was positive about our experience here. My wife and I recently just celebrated our reception party with family and they decided that we would head over to twin peaks since it's one of the few places that close late and serves alcohol. Our waitress willow was very sweet but unfortunately, my pregnant wife ordered the avocado smash burger with just cheese, arugula, and avocado and 3 TIMES it came out wrong. It was very disappointing leading to my wife not wanting to eat anymore and becoming extremely upset. Oh and before that, she didn't get her water so I asked a passing waitress if we could please get some water and she scoffed and had attitude. I didn't catch her name but she was tall and had bright red lipstick. They didn't comp the burger, but the manager offered free dessert which I guess was okay but still very disappointing and left us unsatisfied. read more

The hostess' were the only ones that had their heads on straight. The bar is an absolute joke, thankfully we decided to put our name down for a seat because we sat at the bar for 10 minutes without being served at all. Unfortunately our server wasn't much better as we ordered our drinks and also waited 10 minutes for the initial and follow on ones, and also noticed the people that were seated at the bench got seated and had their drinks before us. Food was subpar and didn't come out as ordered, server told us they ran out of ingredients when it was on the table instead of before when we ordered. If I could give zero stars I would, but one star is the bare minimum I could give. We had fantasy football drafts scheduled here, they forgot we were coming. Placed us outside and didnt give us the draft kit we were promised, no team member got the gift card that came with the promo, asked several times to speak to a manager and the waitstaff couldn't locate him. We did have decent service but I would not recommend having any special event here Completely abysmal. read more

I was seated immediately by friendly and attentive staff. Numerous TV's tuned to various sporting events. I was impressed at the family atmosphere. Many families with young children in tow, couples at tables enjoying what looked to be "date afternoon." Attractive serving staff are an expectation, and they are. My waitperson had a pleasant confidence about her. I had Dos Equis on tap with a lime, and steak salad. Take note, if the server or bartender asks if you want a double or single shot, the double is going to be more than 2 separate single shots. For example, a shot of screwball is $3.99. So, in reality, a double would and should be $7.98. But no! According to their computer system, a double of screwball is $10.29. Not sure of that is the new common core math, or what it is. But, it would be nice if it was disclosed that a double shot would be a different price. So, yeah, ask her what the less expensive route would be. The bartender I had luckily changed it to 2 separate shots. With that being said, I also got a NM exclusive dish, which was the green chile chicken. This came with some broccoli and mashed taters. Unprofessional kitchen and understaffed. We came here for the Chiefs game, as it was advertised they were playing the game. They dealt with technical difficulties and for some reason couldn't get the game up until the 2nd quarter. But hey, the manager worked hard to fix the problem and did a great job. We ended up sitting at the bar and we were told around 5-5:30pm they had about 6 girls behind the bar. By the time we sat at the bar, there were only two. One girl was servicing the entire restaurant and the other was handling the people at the bar. You could tell she was extremely overwhelmed and, working in the service industry in the past, we tried to be patient and understanding. However, she never once checked in on us, we had to flag her down both times we needed something, and even then, we still had to wait for her to come over. Perhaps my biggest complaint is the kitchen. I ordered the cheeseburger and subbed the beyond burger. This was offered as an option on the menu. The manager then came to us AFTER we ordered and stated they only have veggie patties, not beyond patties. I said that was fine...but keep in mind that's a BIG difference. PLEASE warn people ahead of time when you're out of something, especially when you don't have many vegetarian options to begin with. When we finally got our food, I got perhaps the least amount of fries I've EVER gotten with a burger. When I mentioned this to the bar back, he went to the kitchen to see if he could get me more fries, and the kitchen told him no. What? Overall, this was a very mediocre experience and the kitchen really solidified my opinion of the restaurant. read more

5 other girls and I came over here for drinks and meals because we felt like it. It felt weird because we were the only all girl party. But we enjoyed the visit nonetheless. I walked in looking for norma to bring me some coffee and cherry pie. This was not what happened. My waitress was gorgeous, for sure. I'm not complaining. It just wasn't as david lynch as I had hoped. No red chevron floors, no dreamlike confusion like you slipped into another dimension. So i was visiting Albuquerque for a night and all the restaurants closes pretty early and i was starving and i saw twin peaks was open till 12 and i have always loved their wings and i always would come with friends. so i decided to go and this time i was alone. Food is always great but the only issue i had was the service, food took so long on a steady monday night and not only that my server aspen was kind of, i would not say rude but kind of in a rush of everything. I barely even heard some polite words from her. Basically i kind of not feel very welcomed at all. I guess it's either she lacks some serving skills or she was just having a bad or off night. But i always give the benefit of the doubt and still tipped 40% percent on top of that! read more

My first time to this Twin Peaks. It could be doing so much better. I had a bacon cheeseburger. Pimento cheese ti be exact. I lived down south for many years. Pimento cheese is a staple. Don't be afraid to be generous. The service wasn't that great. I just wanted to order, eat , pay and leave. You'll make a lot of money as a bartender if you keep the drinks flowing. Ask how was it.
