I have never encountered such a significant issue with a staff member at a fast-food restaurant until coming here. I am unsure why this staff member was so dramatic about the issue when it was her mistake, not mine as the customer. I have tried this Taco Bell in the past, and the service and food quality were good. They prepare orders and place them in bags, but instead of handing them to customers, they move the bags aside, causing the food to get cold. In the pictures below, you can see wet spots on the floor in the work area by the wall, caused by something dripping from the ceiling. This issue has persisted for the last four to five days. I informed the staff, but no action was taken. Regarding my order today, I received soft tacos with greasy beef and sauce all over the plastic covering. The salad was awful, and there was hardly any cheese. I called Taco Bell's corporate number to report this issue and left a message. They are supposed to call me back; let's see if that happens. There is plenty of parking available, with two spots designated for handicapped parking, while the rest are regular spots.
