From back in June and now here's my newest updated review about this McDonald's. The service from the staff is still a hit or miss getting the order correctly made and right with no issues. Reason why I say this is because no matter if I order at the kiosk inside, thru the McDonald's app or out at the counter my order comes out wrong then some of the staff members want to argue stating that's how I order my coffee drink or food order in which I ordered my drink/food order correctly. Yesterday (12/21/2025) I was inside of the McDonald's location waiting for my drinks and food order and some of the staff members (manager and a lady staff member) going back and forth arguing about not doing their job. The lady staff member kept on and on complaining non stop. To me and only to me there is a time and place to talk between the two and not let other employees and customers here the two people involve hear about it. Maybe hopefully the area manager or district manager will see this and understand what's going on inside of this location. read more

Let start by saying, I have food allergies. I'm very limited to what I can eat. When I bit into my fish sandwich I thought I cracked my tooth. That's how hard the bottom bun was. I had to throw the entire sandwich away. As hungry as I was. I couldn't peel the fish and cheese from the bread. That alone tells me the sandwich was old. When the young lady asked what yo drink I said, Sprite NO ice. Yep, the young fellow at the window wants to yell at me to say it's NOT on the receipt. 1. I don't work there. I don't have control of the "No Ice" key. 2. Just give me a Sprite with "No Ice." I suffered from PICA. I don't want to fall back into the habit. So understand when someone says, no ice, there's a reason. Again NO ICE! I tried to call when I got home. I truly want my money back. The phones picks u and says, you can't leave a voicemail. Oh okay bye. The sandwich alone cost $4.49 plus tax. That's quite a lot for a fish sandwich that has shrank in size. SMH!!! I want my money back! McDonald's you must DO BETTER! read more

Plenty of parking, space for larger trucks or pulling a trailer. The lobby areas and bathrooms could use better cleaning. The food was fresh and the help was friendly. read more

This place is a joke. My husband gets a lot of DoorDash orders for this place and they are never ready. He goes in and still has to wait 15-30 minutes every time. He says they are more worried about drive thru orders more than the inside people. We will drive to a different location to eat before I eat at this one. I WOULD NOT even give this location a 1 star. It's not worth it, but it wouldn't let me post my review with a star. read more

Whoever the manager was for September 24, 2025 at 8:30 P.M. needs to be fired. She got the order wrong which is a very simple mistake, I didn't make a big deal of it at all but instead the manager who was the one who took my order came to the first window to fix it and is cussing up a storm saying that she heard what the f*%k I said and I didn't f^%king ask for that, she continued cussing for awhile all while I'm at the window watching her. I asked the young lady at the window who was next to her was she talking about me if so I'm just going to leave. She answered yes so I left. This place is not worth your business if disgusting managers like her are there taking your order. read more

I really think this may be the worst McDonald's in the nation. We ordered three QPC meals, and watched the workers loaf and laugh while waiting over 15 minutes for cold QPCs. The restrooms were filthy, the lobby was filthy, and the service was horrible. It appeared that the manager was trying, but she was completely overwhelmed with just a little business. Another family beside me waited over 30 minutes for a double QPC. Just atrocious. read more

If someone orders NO ketchup on their food there is a reason why. Some people are allergic to tomatoes. The manager should be training their employees. Dangerous to eat there. read more

Do not go to this McDonalds. It took them 30 minutes to bring my food out to me.. so I went in to just get a refund. The inside was chaotic. The floors behind the register were dirty and I witnessed an employee eat a customers fries as she prepared their order. read more

The customer service was good. The workers were goofing off and laughing running around, and I was just trying to get back on the road. The food tastes alright, it was pretty hot and crunchy. The workers were nice to us and good. Overall, I would give this 3.5 but 3 fits better. read more

This is one McDonald's you want to avoid . I went to McDonald's about 2 weeks ago and while my order was being taken I started stuttering real bad and I couldn't get the words to come out and the girl taken my order started laughing at me .management is not taken this seriously they have used every excuse in the book as to say she's a child and she was laughing at something else . The employee was not laughing until I started to stutter very bad ..today Monday December 5 2023. A guy that I don't know seen a live video I did about what happen and he asked for my phone number , I gave him my phone number and he called me and told me he had called the manager and a guy told him he was the manager and the guy told him he watched a live video of what happened when I wa no s given my order . The manager told Lee that I was trying to get money out of them but that was never going to happen .lee explained to the manager that I said in the video that I didn't want anything but a apology from the employee that's all .Lee told the manager that I Don't want no gift card , no. The location is lacking. The drive through attendant was nice. There was a homeless guy sleeping on the sidewalk at the gas station next door. There are no trash bins at all outside. The outside menu said that they only had one type of smoothie and they ended up giving us another type. At least the coffee was good. read more

Everyone in there is rude. Especially the teenage girls they be hiring, i just pulled up to the drive thru with one car in front of me and it took 15 minutes just to move up to the speaker box. It was at this point 11:00 AM, i told the girl i wanted 2 mcchickens snd she tried to argue saying they were only doing breakfast at the time, mind you EVERYONE knows mcdonald's breakfast ends at 10:30 and the menu sign had regular food on it so that's what i said to her. after a pause she said " you wan 2 McChickens and what else?' with a whole attitude that i did not appreciate. it's now 11:18 and i'm still CURRENTLY waiting in the pull up parking spot they told me to go to. idek if i'll ever get my food honestly they probably forgot by now. read more

I waited in line for 30 minutes and when I get to the front to place my order I told her I wanted a McFlurry. The line is so backed up that people getting out the line. I finally give up and get out the line and no one is in line at the windows but the girl you pay is on her phone. That explain why the line wasn't moving. I go inside to report her and 2 girls that work there coming out the restroom and tell me they are short staff. But seem like y'all was fully staffed just not damn working. This place should be shut down. I haven't eaten at McDonalds in months but we were traveling through and needed a quick food and restroom stop. Oh my gosh. What a mistake. The order was all messed up...but that was nothing compared to the rest. The women's restroom was completely out of toilet paper and paper towels...I guess no one, employees included, are using either. There was a LARGE puddle in the bathroom. I'm talking a good 2 feet around and 1.5 to 2 inches deep. No idea what that was. Even worse, the toilet had BLOOD running down the side of it. That's right, folks. You can't make that up. I walk out...completely disgusted...and my teen looks like he is about to vomit. I ask him what's wrong and he tells me that there is a large pile of vomit in the men's restroom with orange cones and tape around...no employees cleaned that up. Wow. We left but he spent a good hour feeling sick to his stomach just from the sight of the bathroom. read more

This place is trash. Never have full staff and don't know how to work the drive thru. Have two lanes but only be using one of them. This place is about as bad as waston McDonald's on the northside if Warner Robins when it comes to attitude. read more

This had to have been the worst McDonalds I have ever visited. We ordered three quarter pounders with custom ingredients, and a big mac with custom ingredients, paid at the self service kiosk and sat down, expecting our order to be brought to the table, as every other McDonalds does with kiosk orders. We waited 20 minutes, then finally asked about the status of our order. They said it was coming up soon. They yelled out our number for us to come and pick it up at the counter...fine... Had to ask for our drinks...fine. Looked at the food on the tray...one custom quarter pounder and two with standard ingredients, not at all what we ordered. Gave up and just ate those. One of them was hard as a rock. My daughter's big mac was nowhere to be found. She went to the counter and asked for it. They had to make it...waited, waited, waited. Went back to the counter to ask for it again, it is just sitting there. It was cold and hard...and again not made the way ordered. The fries were cold and hard as well, the bathroom disgusting with paper towels strewn all over and a big pube on the toilet seat. We watched 4 people come in with screwed up orders from the drive thru while we were sitting there. Sorry excuse for a restaurant. read more

I will not be back to this Mc Donald's ever. Went in Sunday the 23 of January. Had no carboned drinks and only has unsweet tea. Was Hungary so ordered it went back to get a refill and they were out of even unsweet tea. No way will they get my service again read more

This was my first time stopping here. I witnessed shift managers not using gloves and employees. Wow. Cashier picked something off the floor and never washed her hands. Will not be coming back to this restaurant. Also I witnessed a manager putting apple pie in sleeve with out gloves. read more

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald's. The women taking my order left and had someone else take my order because she couldn't understand, and was getting so frustrated. I literally only asked for (2) bundles that included 6 piece chicken nuggets and fries. I did not receive or was asked about dipping sauce or a drink with my meals.. so when I ordered again to get my drink a sauce I was charged extra. Once I checked my bag in the drive through line I noticed there was no straws, so I went around again to get them. Employees were so rude, and talked so fast I couldn't understand them. It was almost unreal how bad of an experience it was.. oh and the chicken nuggets were so old that my teeth made a squeaky noise when biting in. read more

I stopped by this McDonald's on Sunday, October 18, 2015. I ordered a McChicken add cheese and pickle, a large fry and a large sweet tea. I was charged for the cheese but it was not on my sandwich. That's okay, irritating but I can overlook it. It happens. By the time I get home to Atlanta, I am seeing green. I had food poisoning for TWO days after eating here. This is the only place that I could have gotten food poisoning from because it was the only place I ate at on Sunday. Tip: There are plenty of other fast food restaurants along this exit and I would strongly suggest going to any of the other places. read more
