I've never had any problems when I come here. I place my mobile order and go through the drive thru. I ask for an avocado lime ranch when I get to the window and have never had any issues. The mobile app doesn't let you add this to an order unless you're getting a salad. They take my card and charge me the $0.43. No issues. Today, they were a little busy, nothing out of the ordinary for their usual lunch rush. I ask for my avocado lime ranch and the guy working the line tells me he "may need to turn me around for that." I was told I would need to go around and go all the way back through the line for a packet of sauce. 1 packet of sauce that it takes less than a minute for them to grab and ring up. I wouldn't even have minded having to pull forward so they could keep the line moving. Having to go all the way back through the line? Ridiculous. It's 1 thing of sauce. read more

We had a great experience here. We come sometimes through the drive through and things are smooth there. We've eaten inside some as well and our orders are correct each times we've come. We came for the mother son date night they hosted earlier this month and it was so sweet. They went above and beyond to make it a special time. The Warner Robins Chick-fil-A has become unacceptable. Although this location is closer to my home, I now drive to Perry because the service there is consistently excellent. I recently gave Warner Robins another chance, but, just like before, I walked in and was ignored. It took five minutes before anyone acknowledged me. This is entirely a management failure--your manager appears more focused on flirting with employees than serving customers. Owner: This team needs direct supervision. I spent 20 years in IT with Houston Healthcare and would never have tolerated the level of poor service I have experienced at this location. I strongly suggest you visit the Perry Chick-fil-A to see how proper customer service should operate. Customer service starts at the top. An owner and manager should have a clear understanding of how the staff is performing. Installing a few web cameras to monitor operations would be a smart and immediate step. read more

I have a lot going on in life right now and I just wanted to run through the drive through to get my son a little bite to eat. I place a mobile thru order, and scanned the code and pulled through. I didn't pull right up next to the window because at some other locations they constantly walk back and forth from the window to the second lane, so I was trying to be courteous and I only stayed back a tiny bit just to leave enough room for the lady who was carrying food to peoples car (basically I just didn't park on top of the cross walk, just pulled right up to it). I saw my kids meal get placed on the table outside of the window almost immediately but she kept grabbing orders for the second lane and delivering it to those cars. There were even cars who pulled way far up to the "stop sign" line and she was walking all the way out there to deliver there food while she obviously ignored (I found out a few minutes later) my order. A few minutes later she looked at my car and yelled my name, and I looked up, not realizing that she wanted me to pull forward. And she called my name again and just stared at me and then I got the hint that she wanted me to pull up a few feet instead of her walking a few feet. I guess it just didn't click because I watched her for 5 minutes walk 10-20 feet to take food to other cars pulling up to the stop line way past the "food delivery zone" signs. I say all of this to say that it's not hard to just be a kind person and if someone doesn't pull up directly beside you that more than likely it's not a personal attack on you or someone trying to pull a power move forcing you to walk to them, most of the times it's just someone who means well and was trying to make your life easier. I won't be coming back to this location, there is much friendlier service at literally any other location. read more

As with darn near all Chick-fil-A's out there, this location is a pleasure to visit. It is brand spanking new and as of this writing you're able to dine in. So dine in I did. I visited for the first time recently and preordered on the app. When I arrived I simply scanned in my table number and my food showed up shortly after. It almost goes without saying that my order was correct and tasted great. This location is a fantastic representation of the brand in all aspects. The food was delicious, the service was great and it was easy to use the app and skip the line. I will absolutely return. read more

We visited the drive thru on a Friday afternoon around 5 pm, so the food should have been fresh (it was crowded). Usually you can trust CFA for quality food. Best part of the meal was the fries. The 12-pc nuggets were dry, over-cooked with lots of small pieces. However, CFA sandwich we got was OK. As always, customer service is great; the one who took my order requested sauce for me but it wasn't in the bag. I may give them a break for a while. read more
