Ample parking, restaurant was clean and appointment was standardized. Overall ambiance was very good. Food quality was above average and tasty. all of this rated the restaurant at a 3. What really elevated this restaurant to a strong 5 was our waitress. Her name was either Beth or Becky (I wish I could remember better). But her demeanor was outstanding. We were weary travelers going from Georgia home to Florida. When she learned this she brightened our experience by suggesting additional "must sees" (some Peach and confection store,etc). She was charming and warm and professional and her bright attitude added sunshine to our weary sojourn. I sure wish I could remember her name with certainty as she was stellar and rememberable. The times I have been there I was not impressed with the food or the service (several years ago). My eggs were cooked hard (I requested over medium). Dismal Service on Christmas Day. We were walking out when our food arrived (we asked that they package it your was taking so long-over 2 hours for large garden chicken salad; turkey and dressing meal with no cranberry sauce and dressing that was WAY too salty. Ordered a grilled chicken club sandwich on a bun, received a ham sandwich on bread instead. Manager pointed to full tables, but there was no waiting line up front. Manager also mentioned call in orders that in my opinion was taking priority over the dine-in customers. Is it possible management did not plan enough kitchen staff for the Christmas crowd? The manager should be let go. Other guests were complaining about the wait. The kicker was they were not overly busy. There were some TOGOs but we waited maybe 5 minutes for a table. I'm pissed that we wasted 2 hours for food here - I didn't get what I ordered and it cost me $57. Don't bother. We like several guests complained to manager and he refused to comp anything. In my last two reviews and this one..The service is better and at times the service gets really slow when the business gets really busy during the day and especially on the weekend. How is the food? I kind of like diners and dives as much as I like fancy shmancy restaurants. This Denny's happens to be top notch on customer service and new food choices. Damn my hamburger was delicious! I do not eat hamburgers often but this was a lean thick meat pattie with fresh tomatoes, lettuce, onion avocado, cheddar and bacon. (wow) I couldn't make up my mind between breakfast or lunch so I also ordered the salted caramel and banana pancakes which were also delicious. I usually come in for the salads which they have three to choose from, a garden salad, a a Cobb salad and a Caesar salad . All three are delish and with grilled chicken that is still juicy and seasoned nicely when I'm trying to stick with a lighter option. I will definitely have another burger here in the near future. Went back today(12/16/2019 and had a Cobb salad with grilled chicken. I change my cheese to the parmigiana mix for the Caesar salad and minus the potato fries chips. Everything was fresh and delicious. The coffee is dark and very good here as well. Will be back soon. read more

Took my son and his wife out to dinner for her birthday. She had a coupon on the app for the EveryDay Grand Slam. She orders it and says she wants toast. Server says ok, takes my order and my son's, repeats everything and goes to the kitchen. Out comes 2 eggs, 2 pieces of sausage, and 2 slices of toast, cut in half. There is almost no butter on the bread (which is hard as a brick but not burnt), the eggs were ordered over easy, one was over medium and the other was almost done. The server didn't ask if my DIL wanted the toast instead of or addition to the pancakes. We were very disappointed in the birthday meal offered. It's more of a kid's meal than an adult meal. Between my meal, my son's meal, all of our drinks, I was VERY disappointed in this meal. Needless to say, we will not be returning!!!! read more

4th time we ordered take for breakfast so it's not like we didn't give them a chance. This place is horrible. Hash browns are always burnt making them inedible. The French toast was literally buttered "Texas toast". They weren't even dipped in egg. They forgot the bananas on the pancakes that we paid for. They didn't give us any butter and only one syrup. No joke...every single time we order breakfast something is wrong. I almost believe these people don't know how to read and write then add the fact that the food is horrible makes this the last time we'll give this embarrassment of a business our money! This place used to be great. They cannot keep staff at all and are constantly short. I went back in December after not going for a few months and noticed they changed their portion size to smaller but increased their prices. We came back tonight to try it again and their was one waitress and one manager/cook we were told there was a 45 minute wait just to be seated but their was plenty of empty booth but those too ladies wouldn't have been able to handle anymore people. The restaurant is dirty and has a moldy, musty smell. It needs major updating, I did not want to eat my food due to the atmosphere.

I have one word to explain my experience. Terrible. We arrived at 8:54 and was seated relatively quickly at the same time a single gentleman was seated by our hostess/waitress. Our drinks were brought promptly and order taken within 5 minutes. After that the bottom dropped out. The gentleman seated alongside us was served first which we agree should happen but not 45 mins later. 3 times our waitress checked on us to tell us our food was coming right up. The first time she told me that they were out of rye so I ordered white toast. I heard her tell the cooks we wanted white toast which was ~30 mins after seating. Every table that was seated after us was served before us. We finally had enough at and I threw $10 on the table at 10:06 for the coffee my wife had and OJ for me and stood up. The single gentleman had his check and he even said I can't believe you guys haven't been served yet. I said we are done. The worst thing about this is we are somewhat regulars. The cooks need to find another job and the manager needs to walk the floor to recognize this lack of performance. read more

Idk...silverware not clean, coffee cup was questionable for clean, all the staff shootin' the shit in the back(as said in other reviews), not great service for us but other reviews say their waitress saved the day, we didn't experience that! Food was undercooked, and scrambled eggs came with an extra layer of water, and sausage was cold in the middle. Just an over all poor Dennys. Our waitress did ask how everything was...I just said great, when it was visible, our food wasn't hardly touched. Clueless and gave zero cares. There is a reason why this location is never busy. The only reason I gave two stars is because our server worked her tail off. We arrived just before 7 pm and there were three other tables occupied. The waitress took our orders (two omelets and coffee) and in the half hour it took to get the food two tables complained about their meals. When ours finally came my hashbrowns were cold, as were my husband's. The ham chunks in the omelet were cold and the slice of American cheese must have been thrown in at the last minute because it hadn't even melted. The reason we didn't complain is that when the table behind us complained the man who came out did nothing but give excuses (he doesn't normally work nights was my favorite) and did nothing for the customers other than to say he'd address it with his boss. This is a typical Denny's with really good food at really good prices. What sets this Denny's apart from the others is a particular young waiter. He exemplifies what all servers should rise to. Personable, professional, quick and a joy to deal with. I live pretty close to this location. Our initial visit when we moved here was not at all impressive. Years later, we returned because Hubby wanted breakfast & I wanted dinner. I'm so happy I gave them another chance!! I love the remodel! It definitely seems like with the physical & menu changes came some much needed management changes also. It was a Saturday morning around 10:30am there were about 4 people waiting to be seated. The hostess took our name and telephone number and said it would be about 15 minutes and she would call us. We came back in about 20 minutes later and had a seat on the bench. By that time there were about 6 other people waiting to be seated. We waited 15 more minutes and during that time a table of 2 people left and no one waiting with us had been seated. It's nice for them that they are busy, but please give your customers a real waiting time. Service sucks!! Me and my wife stopped in for breakfast and I can not believe it. We had a 15 minute wait so wasn't bad. But when we're seated , we didn't get a server for 15 minutes. They just kept walking by like we weren't there. When we finally got a waitress we went ahead did drinks and our food. We didn't get drinks for another 15 minutes. Food finally came 30 minutes later and it wasn't hot. You could tell it had sat under the heat lamp for a good minute. We didn't even receive half our food that we asked about twice.
