My family and I stopped by yesterday after passing this place all the time. We wear a lot of…read moredickies, volcom, Levi's. etc. so l wanted to check out the prices and selection. As we were walking in, there were a couple of men walking out, saying bye to the guy at the register. No one greeted us, but I didn't think much of it at first. There's a decent selection of sweatshirts, flannels, work pants and some T-shirts. However, there were quite a few unmarked items with no price tag or signage on them. I also found a visibly stained/damaged white shirt hanging with the women's basics and some boxes with unpacked merchandise right under the racks. Kind of a messy vibe especially when it's a tight squeeze between the racks. We were the only 3 people in there-me, my husband and our kid. After about 5 mins the music shuts off and it's dead quiet in the store. I thought maybe the guy sitting at the front was just changing music but he just left it off. It was kinda weird, it felt like he was trying to listen to us to be honest BUT again I didn't think too deeply about it, Kept browsing. We got closer to the register to look at the clearanced tshirts. I glanced over at the guy at the register, I had some questions but when I saw that he was sitting at the counter with his hand up to the side of his face as if to send a message "don't bother me", I changed my mind. It started to feel very intentional that he turned the music off and literally seemed to be hiding his face from us, standing 5 feet away from him. He Didn't say a single word to us still, didn't even look in our direction. The vibe was so weird my husband and I were like ?? Let's just leave. We said "thank you" walking out, and he didn't even bother to look up or respond. After this experience I looked up other reviews because I couldn't shake the feeling that something was way off, and realized the same "rude guy" who's consistently mentioned in these bad reviews- is the same one who ignored us. Tbh I don't think this place is interested in EVERYONE'S business if you get what I mean. It seems there's some deeper issues going on here. I unfortunately now think it's important to mention that not everyone in my family is white or white-passing. I only find this to be interesting because the two men who were leaving the store and were chatting with the same guy- were either white or white passing. Idk if that has anything to do with why our experience was so bad but there are other reviews that seem to suggest it's very possible. Edit: My 6 year old also just informed me the employee was giving him dirty looks in the store. Idk wtf this guy's issue is but it's actually shocking the store is still in business. I guess only some customers get acknowledged and others might get either profiled or ignored completely. I guarantee there are better options nearby where the community can spend their money.

It was very alarming because with the way that the economy is people are barely shopping and he should be grateful that people are using the money that they do have to spend at his little shop in the middle of Norco. I was reading multiple reviews and it seems to be a consistent thing with this particular employee. Not sure if he's the owner or not but he needs to do better.

It was easy to navigate through the racks. Each rack was labeled by size. There were separate sections for tops, pants, leggings, shorts, hats, etc. The prices were decent. You are able to compare the warehouse sale prices to the manufacturer's suggested retail price since the original tags are on the clothing items. It was a good first time experience! I was able to enter about 20 minutes before my time slot. I am not sure if it was because I went during the last time slot on the last day, but there weren't many people. There was no line to get in. There were maybe max 10 people shopping which made it a very pleasant experience.

I tell her I'll be going in with my family to take a look, we arrive not greeted whatsoever. I go and let her know what im looking for. She brings out a couple things. I ask if i can try one of them on my son, she looks at my 4 year old son up and down and asks "well is he clean?" I'm like uh yeah he's showered and has his hair done so we can see what he's going to look like. Really rubbed me the wrong way, I'm the type of mom who might look bummy but my 2 children are always clean, well groomed and neat. I could tell she didn't want my son to try on the suit so I was quick but she didn't even let me button up the shirt of tuck it in she just put it on him and took it back off. We only continued with the purchase because she seemed to have a bigger selection of boys suits verse where we got our daughters dress from. Whatever we pay for the suit, shoes and a candle set and I let her know I'll be in next week to pick it up when it's ready. Today I went to pick up my son's stuff and I gave her a heads up that I'm on my way, no response but I'm cool with that. I arrive and she just looks at me and just moves her head forwards like "what?" No hello or anything just a rude face gesture. I tell her I'm just here to pick up my son's stuff. I grabbed my son stuff and ran out as quick as I could. I will never give this lady my business or money ever again nor would I ever recommend anyone to her. I don't know if she didn't like me cause I'm a darker skin tone or what but she was not nice.
