One of my favorite parts is the back section where they always have a really good selection of artwork and home decor, I've found some really cute pieces that don't look cheap at all, and if you have a dog you'll love it because they consistently have a ton of dog toys and pet items compared to other locations. On my way to the cash wrap I heard her with a raised tone asking someone "ARE YOU LOST?" Her customer service skills are in the trash. There's no reason a customer with a receipt can't return an item, when there's even items on your racks that has no tags; Yet, you take the time to look the item up to be purchased, but can't do the same for a return?... makes no sense.
