I always find something at Ross even when I'm not looking for anything lol. The deals are just too…read moregood to pass up! I love that they already have fall decor out during August. I suspect that they're starting to ramp up for Christmas as well. I always grab flavored syrup for coffee because it's always a steal! I also got a little something for everyone in my family and spent less than what I would have at the red dot store. The workers are busy but nice if you stop them for anything. I'm glad we have this store in our community shopping center!

I stopped into my local ross…read morestore that I hadn't been to in a few months and browsed around before going to the toy aisle with my kids when i see a few mystery keychain dolls opened I checked to see if the dolls were inside and they luckily were but probably missing the little accessories to the dolls i see one have a reduced tag that had been torn and the other didn't so i thought my daughter and I could have one and took them both up to checkout were I was greeted with some of the most rude customer service ive ever had at this store! The cashier says there regular price even tho clearly there is a reduced price tag and then proceeds to walkie her manager were then she says her manager sayd the same thing so i told her id like to speak with a manager she called one over were i waited 15 minutes for one and when she came up it was the most untrained right out of high school manager who began with her BS story of how she was the one herself who reduced the keychain and it was only 10% (which it basically jist the tax) and I was still willing to buy them when thankfully i pull up the sticker and see a faint reduced price i didnt notice before hand and its much less than 10% I show her and she rings me up for that price when i tell her to do the second one for that price she says no. I understand there are people out there doing this for a living and opening them but i just happen to see them and just wanted to buy 2 for my daughter and I, the horrible part is the way the manager was assuming I opened them ive worked in retail for years and even at this exact STORE so for the untrained manager SANDY discriminating me and trying the make me feel less than you need to give your guests the benefit of the doubt unless PROVEN otherwise. This store has definitely went downhill since ive worked there they need to train there employees with better customer service

I had dress from the Montclair location that I did not try on since the fitting room line was too long the day I went in and I needed to get to work. I reside closer to this location so it was on my way home. So in 100 degree heat after work yesterday I dashed in to return this dress. The cashier said her name was Jocelynn. When I went to return the dress, she said you need to return this dress back to Montclair, where you purchased it because it is not fitting the description. Even though the tag was not ripped off, it was attached. Not Worn and she stated it says the dress has blue and black when this one is gray and black. In any event I believe that her mask she was wearing & her glasses were fogging up her vision. I went before work just now to the Montclair location where they exchanged it no problem. I actually found some shoes that will work for me. I think this is absolutely ridiculous that I had to go to the Ross where I purchased it to return it when they are all united. I did not catch the gal's name in Montclair, but it was when it first opened. It was just now and she had her hair up in a bun and she was super sweet. That is all. Montclair has the absolute best Customer service by far!

Unfortunately the lady over the intercom proceeded to say" you have 10 minutes to bring your purchases." As im making my way up the older lady in the blonde said "you need to go to the front." Very demanding not one customer service attitude. I then said " I am making my way up now!" Mind you I had 20 minutes left of shopping. They locked the doors for customers not to come in and lock the doors for people to go out. Customers were still trying to come in and David the security said "no. We're closed " at 9: 49 pm. The customer service was horrible and I know the coming from a 20.year experience retail management. Management should be aware and customers should have the ability to shop until doors close at 10 pm. I don't mind leaving at the time I'm supposed to leave however there is a way you speak to customers.
