I had a great shopping experience at TJ Maxx. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my visit. They were quick to answer my questions and made it easy to find what I was looking for. read more

We were waiting for help in the Jewelry section, went to ask for help. We had been waiting for awhile. When I approached Edith C and told her we had called for help and no one had came to help. Edith rudely asked who we talked to, I told her it wasn't my job to figure out who I spoke to exactly. I said someone in the front. Then she rudely said it wasn't her job to read my mind and see if I needed help. As a person who works in retail, I understand the frustration of the busy holiday hours. But it's unacceptable to be rude to customers. And as a grown women, Edith needs to work on improving her customer service interaction skills. read more

Tjmaxx - Jewelry section - Men's Clothing Near Me - Fontana, California

Always seems like a mess and all the girls be lowkey following you around esp if you don't have a basket....things in your hands is a big no no for them all. read more

Worse experience ever store is always a mess workers are rude specially management . This is the closest TJmaxx to my home and I'd rather drive out to Marshall's or Ross . read more

I normally don't visit hodge podge stores. They remind me of thrift stores where everything is everywhere. I like these stores for bedding. This store had a wonderful selection. From different brands to several color choices of bedding. This location has a small variety of different bedding textures and brands. Different colors to choose from, a person could find what they're looking for here, but probably won't. Selection is too small. Clothing sections by first glance way too messy. I never understood how people can pick through a mess and find what they want or what they need. This type of shopping experience is not for me. read more

So I've been here a million time why have I never yelped them I don't know. But today back to school shopping with my baby boy, we received the best customer service ever.Elijah was our cashier and he was on the job. He I traduced himself and engaged us in conversation. Maybe I was waiting for this experience to YELP THEM. Great customer service and my son got a nice amount of shirts for school.... Totally enjoyable experience. read more

My cashier Lizet was great! Very sweet when she greeted my partner and I, making lite small talk. I made a small joke about how it was a little hot in the store and she quickly faced her little fan towards me It was the nicest thing ever! Lizet has awesome customer service, would definitely come back to this location read more

Tjmaxx - Mini a/c or fan - Men's Clothing Near Me - Fontana, California

I shop at tj maxx several times a week and just moved to the Fontana area. This is by far the worst tj maxx I have ever walked into. The store is a mess and is so unorganized. The floors and store is not maintained and is dirty. Don't waste your time. I'd rather drive 30 minutes to another location then come here again. read more

Workers are super nice but the rude all no helpful tedious and useless unhelpful manager Veronica only escalates situations and gives attitude and acts like a drama queen made me want to cry and not shop here anymore avoid her at all cost read more

Management was rude and unprofessional. I came in to inquire about their job opportunities and I was brushed off by the manager on duty, he was acting very immature, left me with a horrible impression of the stores management & it's no longer a location I'd want to work at. He was in a great mood laughing about with another employee and as soon as I came close he acted so irritated and was saying everything he could to clearly just get rid of me, even the other girl was trying to nicely answer my questions and he'd cut her off to get rid of me as soon as possible. The rest of the staff however was lovely, very helpful and nice, all had good customer service minus their moody manager. read more

Not the best, but descent TJ's close to home. No runway section, but they do have some goods mixed throughout. Service is good, the store very clean and well stocked. Plenty of easy parking out front, I come here every time I am in the area, you never know what you will find. read more

Store not clean very rude service Cashier don't even say hi Or nothing If u hate ur job just quit read more

This tj maxx was very clean and all the associates were very friendly. I needed help with the jewelry and they were super responsive. The lines were managed well and I didn't have to be waiting forever even though there were a good amount of people there. My cashier was a woman named Lydia and she was wonderful. It was because of her customer service that I decided to leave a Yelp review. read more

Until recently I've had a positive outlook at this Tj Maxx, I recently went on a little shopping trip when I was at the check out and received extremely rude customer service from the worker Lizbeth. I'm not sure if the previous costumer had set this girl off but she took out her attitude on me because the whole check out process was extremely uncomfortable. Hope that Tj Maxx can train their workers to better control their emotions. This location is still pretty nice overall because I frequent it quite often but this experience definitely has jaded my view. read more

I live it this TJ MAX. It's organized, staff are friendly. One time I went almost when they were about to close and they still let me look around quick. I did buy so wasn't like I wasted I'm there time I think. Got kitchen items, car charger, couple other items. Feel like they have better quality then other places, marshals, Ross, Burlington. I like how I see staff usually always cleaning/ sanitizing carts, counters. Great place to shop for quality-items. read more

If i can give it a zero I would by starting with the day manager..terrible customer service..bad experience with spilled and broken shampoo lids...ask to see if there was any discount which u can clearly see someone broke the latch and spilled it and she refused like she owns TJ maxx..If there was another product I would of grabbed it but it was the last one and I needed it..i won't go back.. read more

Smallest store I been to, Most of these type stores are a mess. This location the staff seem to keep their merchandise fairly organized and the store clean and organized. I was greeted by Melinda a smiling face, friendly, eager to help me and other customers. Unfortunately I didn't see anything worth purchasing. I will stop in again if in the area. read more

I love TJMaxx stores. But this one is the closest one to me. I love all the variety of organization items they have. They keep that area so organized and clean. Vera or Veta not sure of her name spelling and another Lady make sure it's always organized. Very friendly ladies as well. All the registers at check out are very friendly and make sure you found what you were looking for. read more

I went looking for shoes they have a mess. The only shoes I found that fit where worn. It wS very noticeable they were used and returned. I really liked them so I asked the evening manager an elder African American woman if I were to purchase them would she give me a discount. She could have just said no and I would have been fine, but what she did was rude, ignorant disrespectful insulting humiliating she went out of her way to insult me she mocked me she told a poor young man who you could tell was afraid of her look come here in a stern voice do you see anything wrong with these shoes you don't don't you I said you don't do you and she went on and on there was no need for that I have contacted corporate. read more

Awesome store but definitely needs to be organized a bit better. The lack of current holiday stuff was kind of a drag. Also was not asked if we needed help by any of the associates. read more

See all

I recently moved here and was excited that this location was 10 min from where I live. I decided to check it out and had such high hopes for this store but I was extremely disappointed. It was a total MESS it was so unorganized, a lot of the packaging on products were half open and they have the smallest selection of make-up, skincare etc . I'm still a huge fan of the store but I will definitely not be coming back to this location. read more

I love the place, I went shopping on Saturday and I found great deals, I will be back at the store

I love this place. They're very helpful and always have awesome deals. The only thing I would maybe change about it is the checking on the candles and the clearances more often. There's plenty without lids they come with still at full price. I love all else. Also, don't forget your receipt to exchange or return! read more

Very nice and clean store. Not one of the biggest I've ever been to. I really like the TJ Maxx/ HomeGoods combo stores. This is just the TJ Maxx alone. The only thing I didn't like is that they didn't have a very large mens selection. But everything else is great! read more

I love the staff in this store when you walk in they greet you every time. This store is right by my gym so I usually do my warm up in here. The jewelry section is very awesome. I did the survey and complained about the girls shorts being too short that they need a variety. Two weeks later they had several longer styles available. Talk about customer service. The sales people on the floor always greet you with a smile. I have been to at least 7 TJmaxx's and this one is always organized and clean from the dressing rooms to the bathroom well done guys. read more

I love TJMaxx but I have to admit I am very disappointing with the service this store offers. I went to return an item ( I had the receipt with me), and the girls at the register treated me like if I had stole the items, searching for any defect on the clothes.. made me feel very uncomfortable. read more

Love this store , eveytime I come in the store it is really clean and organize , customer service is great and the people are nice and welcoming, ..the store also has lots of variety of items and if I need anything I don't hesitate to come here . read more

I went into this store today because I wanted to buy some shoes. Now I never write reviews unless something was very unprofessional or made me feel absolutely uncomfortable. I hate pulling the race card I really do, so I'm just going to tell my story and I'll let you decided. I have a two hour split shift so I usually shop during those two hours before heading back to work. I've found a lot of shoes for good prices in this store, but today I've realized I won't shop anywhere with or associated to this place. I'm trying my shoes on and this lady from out of nowhere comes and ask do I need any help? I thought of it as nothing until after I see her speak into her microphone then run to the back. Then didn't ask anybody else she walked pass if they needed help. I hate shopping as is already because of my skin it's annoying already. I know this sounds miniscule which is problematic to explain because this is my own subjective information from my own experience. I have worked in retail before so I'm pretty sure I know what was going on. Just sucks that I looked that suspicious with my Chinese food bag and work badge. Why would I be walking around with my work badge with the information from my work place on it, if I wanted to steal? Just annoyed, do better, and stop profiling because skin color doesn't mean shit anymore. Everyone is capable of being shitty no matter their race, including the dick that sent the pixie chick to watch me try my shoes on... read more

Great deals and steals! Pretty organized! You can find great stuff here. The reason why I give this place 3 stars is because I just don't understand why the staff is not the friendly or helpful. Where's the energy in this place. And when I have to return something it's always a b* trying too! I'm just like really. Doesn't really stop me from coming here...which is the funny part. They do have great finds! read more

This TJ Max is great in many aspects. It s usually clean and organized but they fail to clean their restrooms. I have to say walking into a stall where there is fecal matter on the floor is pretty disgusting, and un sanitary. Anyways good store horrible public restrooms. read more
