I was disappointed and upset with my first experience. Arman contacted me and offered a full refund. I was taken back. No excuses he just said "I'm going to take care of you, don't worry. I'll give you full refund." No excuses, no sales tactics, just a call saying he's going to take care of me. Just wow. I ended up loosing the pants to the suit. Because how he handled all this, I was going to just go purchase another pants. But he ended up giving me a full refund anyway and told me to keep the top because I can still make an awesome wardrobe with it by pairing with different color bottom. He was right.
