never in my life have i ever experienced this. i asked for a price check because the sign posted was like 42 reg sale 25 i told the lady they took about 5 minutes to go look and said that sign was for a bonus pack. regardless i go back to where i go the shirts and they changed the sign. never have i ever experienced such greed from a company right in front of my eyes. especially as a kohls card holder this is disappointing. it was at the shelf check out with the new hire being trained. be carful shopping and take pictures of the sales price because they will change it to benefit the company. read more

I went to exchange a dress about 730-8 pm. I went to the cashier a mature blond lady was the only one at the cashier stations. Well... let me tell you... from the moment I walked up she had an extremely un-approachable face, I greeted her she mumbled something back I told her I needed to exchange the dress for another size she did her thing and basically left the dress out on the counter and turned away. All she said was "there" . The garment didn't go into a bag. I fully understand maybe a bad day, maybe she hates her job or whatever, but that is no one's fault. This store is an absolute dump and a mess. All the folding shirts in every single table are tangled and tags matted together. The fitting rooms upto the ceiling with gobacks. The lines are enormous, they added self checkout but everyone always needs help. The clientele here isn't the young Target clientele. Its mostly older women or those not as informed with technology. It makes no sense and have to pull a cashier to man it. I did a ship to store which was taking longer than the estimated delivery date. I called for 2 days straight and it would ring and ring and ring. I put it on speaker and washed dishes and eventually had to accept to hang up. I called corporate and they said the package had been delivered 5 days ago but still in receiving. In those days an employee hadn't processed it and put it in a pick up bin. I had to call sephora to get someone to answer (she was super sweet and helpful) and thats finally how they started looking for it and got it on the floor. The store is so empty and depressing when I go .. except for the check out lanes and Amazon return lines. This store is barley hanging on. read more

They lost my pick up order, the items are sold out and I lose out on the deals that I used. They pushed the order through as if I picked it up and then issued a refund, because I earned kohls cash they couldn't refund me the full amount. I understand this policy, but I didn't return any items, they lost my order! So because of the stores error, I lose out on money, my items, and the discounts. No apology after I waited for 40 minutes while they looked for my order. The employee was sick, and she kept trying to touch my phone, and was rude when I asked her not to touch my phone. No apologies, she just complained that they were looking for my item, I'm sorry for being a paying customer, who wants to pick up her items. So frustrating! read more

Bought a Cuisinart coffee maker there on 11/11/24 which was seven months ago. It died and when I called customer service they said I only had 120 days to return and I had to call the manufacturer. That would be a nightmare for me. I am a senior (76) and really don't understand most people on the other end. Not even sure where I was calling when I called Kohls. It really doesn't surprise that they are going out of business. It's probably the end for me. They are really not very helpful anymore. read more

This was our first time here at this location in a long time. The store was clean, organized and bright. It was pretty empty. I had a gift card, a coupon and time to find the best deals. There were many racks of clearance shoes and clothes. I found some Christmas sweaters for $3. Converse high tops for $16. Men's tee shirts 2 for 9 each. Kohl's is a reliable store. Whenever we see our friend checking in on his Yelp app, we know that he is not only shopping, but also using the facilities! Alana, Craig, and I stopped by this location in Fontana to look for a Las Vegas Golden Knights jerseys. Of course, we were still in California, so the likelihood of having Las Vegas merchandise is lower. However, Craig was smart enough to use the kiosk and look for the jersey in Las Vegas. We could see which stores had "limited availability" and chose the store in Summerlin (Las Vegas) to go to next - because the jerseys were in stock! When we got to Summerlin, we easily found our sizes and were really pleased! Thanks to Kohl's for always being clean and organized! Located off Beach Ave in Fontana in the shopping plaza. We stopped here mainly for a pit stop on the way to Vegas. The restrooms here are clean and the store is pretty clean as well. The staff here was friendly as well all the ones we interacted with. Overall a nice and clean store. read more

Went to Kohl's this evening with a plan! Return two items at the Amazon desk then pick up a online order. Is this a mission impossible in less the 30min? Well, I'm going to try! Found a parking spot, I liked that the area was well lite. Headed inside to the Amazon return area, surprisingly there was not a long line. The young lady at the desk was so nice, she guided me through the return process. She made it easy as Sunday morning! Added bonus, they gave me a 25% coupon for Kohl's! Score! Ok, off to get my online pick up, located on the other side of the store. Which I might add was very clean considering it's holiday time. Online pick up line was short, my only complaint was that my "to store" purchase was sent on three different bar codes so they had to keep going back and for to retrieve the additional part of the order. Huh, ok. Don't think this is a front line issue, so it was understandable! Overall good experience! I'll be back for sure. I stood at the Jewelry counter Dec 9,2019 probably around 4 pm, to purchase a watch. I stood in line behind a Gentleman, and to my left a lady was being waited on. An employee slips up beside the gentleman, and a young woman steps up to and starts waiting on her. When the gentlemen leaves she continues to help employee, when finished with the employee she walks away and stands off to right: just stands there. She sees me. The other woman working off to my right finishes with her client, walks around a minute, and then asks for then next person in line and 2 people line up to the right of me. During all of this there is another woman walking around behind the counter. She ignores me also. I lay the watch on the counter and walk away... Apparently Kohls of Fontana does not need my money. Placed an order, my first time ordering from this location and my first drive up order. I came after receiving confirmation that my order is "ready for pick up." From the time I pushed "I'm here," it took 48 minutes to get my item. After 30 minutes, I called the store to see what was going on. Since this was a drive up order, I was expecting it to be fast and convenient, but it was the opposite. Many other cars came and went before my order was given to me. I'm usually a patient customer and I understand that the holidays get busy and there's a pandemic, but 48 minutes for a drive up order is not acceptable. read more

I went in there this morning to get a Food Ninja for my mom and then was told by Olivia a manager who just read a Kohl's policy from her phone that during the week of Thanksgiving they are not price matching. I was quite surprised to hear that they don't price match. Target had the same one on sale for $40 cheaper. Then, when I asked if I would receive the 35% off for opening a Kohl's charge she again said no because it's the week of Thanksgiving, despite all the signage throughout the store stating "Open a Kohl's charge card today and receive 35% off your total purchase TODAY". I wonder what Weights and Measures would say about all the false advertising. I went across the street to Target to purchase the Food Ninja and spend another $350. I will never return to Kohl's that's for sure. Target and Amazon have way better deals and friendlier associates. read more

I ordered a few items online for in-store pick-up and they were ready within an hour, so when I had the time I drove out to this Kohl's. The store itself seemed as clean and organized as any other Kohl's and offered the same clothing, household items, and other knickknacks as their other locations. I made my way to customer service, which is located in the back of the right side of the store and I presented my email confirmation. My items were found right away by the friendly and courteous employees. Unfortunately, when I got home I realized one of the items was banged up. Since it was only a few dollars, I didn't think it was worth the hassle to go through a return/exchange. It would have been nice, though, if an employee would have realized that giving damaged goods to a customer is not the way to make customers happy. And it's definitely one way to make an "I'm a fan" rating fall to an "A-OK" rating. read more
