They had a great variety, and I picked out several balloons for my birthday girl, she loved them. The helium quality wasn't perfect, but it was good enough for the occasion and held up well. This is a pretty small store on Sierra Lakes Parkway and Sierra Ave, off the 210. It's in the same shopping center as Big 5, Sierra Noodle House, Boston's, T-Mobile and Mimi's Cafe. It's just 5 min from our house, so I've come here many times over the years, most recently yesterday. The store was clean and very well stocked and I was able to find what I was looking for. They do have a regular checkout lane, but also 4 self-checkout stations, which were pretty intuitive and easy to use. read more

Asked an employee where an item was and she only shrugged at me and said "I don't know, if you don't see it, we don't have it." Thank you, that was really helpful insight. I ended finding the items I needed by myself. Went to the checkout lane and only after waiting in line I'm informed the lane is suddenly closed and I had to go check myself out at self service. Ordered 12 glasses online to be picked up at this store. Drove 15 minutes, was there 20 minutes while manager looked for the order. She had no record of the order, I had the order number and bar code on my phone. I called dollar tree corporate number. They said it would be on the next shipment. I came in here to find a usb type C cable to charge my phone since it was low and I was on the road. I walked to the section where it should have been and all they had were micro cables. No iPhone chargers either. I continue to look around and one of the employees came to help me. Luis took me to locations he's seen charging cables previously and they are all micro. Great place to find all sorts off goodies. I love to come here when I need Birthday cards, graduation cards, Mother's Day, Father Day cards etc. they also have cute home decor for all holidays. I always buy banners to hang across my fireplace mantle. They have stars and flag design ones there for Memorial Day and 4th of July. I went into the store on Thursday to get a few items. Bad Mistake. The 2 employees at the front of the store were spraying air freshener in between the check stands and the isles. It's smelled so horrible and strong people were walking out because they couldn't breathe. All they kept doing was talking and spraying. Spraying constantly for nothing. Each employee picked up a different can while I was there. Instant headaches, nasty & SO STRONG. The employees DIDNT CARE THAT NO ONE COULDNT BREATHE THEY JUST KEPT SPRAYING. A CUSTOMER said Isn't that enough as she coughed from the strong fumes. The employees just looked and laughed. This is absolutely horrible all the way around. No respect, sucky customer service and their attitudes well they had plenty of one. I won't go back to this dollar tree again. Give it -10 Stars if I could. read more

This is one of my favorite DTs to go to when looking for the hot ticket items. Makeup selection is very small, but this is a smaller location in my opinion. I've been able to find a lot of wish list items at this location versus others. For the most part this location is kept tidy, appear to be a little short staffed maybe? If so blame COVID. Went to get some ice and personal hygiene items on our way to a Softball game. Daughter went to take ice to car as other items were being scanned. It's the Dollar Tree so maybe I'm over-reacting but good customer service shouldn't be an option anywhere. Today I stood in line for about 10 minutes waiting on the cashier to blow up balloons and when it was finally my turn the cashier treated me as if I was bothering her lol. During the transaction she asked me if I needed bags so I told her that I did. She puts 10 of my items in a bag and left the other 2 items on the counter. (I would've paid for another bag) When she handed me my receipt she began to walk away as she was saying have a nice day in a monotone voice. I'm usually not hard to please but standing in line for 10 minutes, experiencing a dry attitude and having some of my purchased items left on the counter with no explanation was just annoying. read more

Yesterday, I went to our local Dollar Tree to find some good deals on summer clearance items and school supplies for my kids. I found some great deals as always. To my surprise, the store was having a great promotional to donate school supplies to children of military families. With every donation, the cashiers would happily announce the generous customer's name followed by a loud, "Woo-hoo!" In the spirit of a positive charity, I allowed both of my kids to donate something in their names. They were both very proud to put the school items in the large donation box. Went into this store to buy plates for a birthday party and my 2 year old had her Dora ball in her hand that she loves and takes everywhere. As I was checking out an employee told the cashier that my daughter had a ball in her hand. The cashier asked me and I said oh no she brought that in. The other employee asked if I was sure... I said yes. She then said well we sell those here so are you sure? I then replied yes but with more of an attitude because of the questioning that was occurring in front of all the other guests. Me and my family alway go there and, we can alway find everything we need. The workers are very nice and helpful. They have those hand thingy that you use for your hand I don't really know what's that call, but we're obessed with that and those thingy that you put the hand thingy in. We have the unicorn ones, pink diamond ones, "BAM ones", candy ones. And there amazing! There slimes too and we love the slime! The girls love the decoration the most. read more

I've been to this store before and only really had an issue with the long lines but today was very frustrating. After waiting in one line for a bit, the cashier turned her light off. Not normally a problem. Usually if you got in the line before they turn the light off they will continue until the line is down. No. Instead a different cashier with blonde hair told me I needed to go to a different line. Mind you I had already been waiting and then had to go to the back of a different line and continue to wait even longer. This store needs to know customer service. Olivia needs to make sure she hangs up the phone all the way before she talks bad about the customers. Whether a customer is right or wrong or according the her rude, she needs to learn not to talk bad about a customer. I called and simple asked if they had helium and she responded no.
