This is my favorite store. Cashiers are helpful and friendly. They have a lot of plus suze clothes too . Some clothes are little odd but there are a lot of good finds . One time I came here and they said I couldn't bring in my water bottle that had ice and water in it. I always bring water because it's so hot in there they don't run their A/C. Another time my son and his friend were denied entry because they were under 18. That's crazy! read more

First time here. This location used to be Kmart store. It is a big family bargain store selling women's, men's, kid's, and babies' clothing , as well as shoes, fashions , home goods, and many giftable items and accessories. The store is kept tidy and clean. Merchandise were orderly stocked, clothes neatly hangered on racks and their shoe displays are well paired by sizes. Just found most toy items and household items are not tagged so not sure what they cost!!!! Most shoes have sticker price on the soles. There are clearance section for those bargain seekers. Love their shoes but they were brand names I am not familiar with ... the ones I really fancied were still marked @$35 which I thought wasn't a bargain price for my pocket!! I came out empty handed at this time but for sure I shall return with enough $$$$$ to spend! read more

I like this store, if you have an hour or two to look through all of racks of clothes, you are short to find something and at a bargain! I found many of the same brands. I usually see at TJ Maxx and some Nordstrom brands as well! Also many Amazon brands possibly. I believe most items are overstock and returns. Glad to see items being given second chances and not ending up in our landfills. Note: Inspect your items very carefully because everything is final sale. I I bought a lace dress once only to later discover that it was missing one of the ruffle sleeves lol! I've never had any issues with their staff, everyone is usually pretty polite. First day of their grand opening, the day after thanksgiving. Inspect your merchandise carefully all sales are final . Meaning no return or exchange. When in doubt try the clothes in one of their available dressing rooms. Some items are brand new , some looks like it's a returned merchandise from popular box stores and online stores. Some items are only available in that size only , while other styles has varieties of sizes to choose from . Most of their merchandise brands I noticed are from Kirkland's, Walmart, Target , Old Navy, Alfani , Banana Republic , Levi's , puma , Hunter, Inc the lists goes on . They carry child's strollers , car seats , diapers household cleaning supplies, vacuums , pillows , blankets . I highly recommend to stop in , never know what great finds and deals you will score. read more

I walked in here thinking it would be another DD's Discount (unorganized and messy) but I wrong, VERY wrong. The store is HUGE! It's overwhelming! You can find brand name items, such as clothes from Nordstrom, Target, Macy's, even Amazon exclusive brands. They have everything! I almost didn't want to write this review, that way this place would remain a secret ;) The people who work there are very friendly and you could tell they take pride in their work environment because they keept the place tidy. I'm looking forward to coming back again, only this time, I'll bring lunch, that way I could take a lunch break from shopping,and go back to shopping again. I went to this store last week in search of bathing suits. The person tending to the dressing room rudely let me know that trying on swim suits was not allowed. There was also a sign on the fitting rooms that said no swimsuits which I noticed after the fact. Ok great...no big deal. Since you are not able to return items at this store I asked if I could purchase one bathing suit and try it on. That way I could gage how other suits would fit if I chose to buy more. I was flat out told no. The worker told me I could try it on outside but not in the store. No wonder the store is called "Crazy Boss" because their policies are ridiculous and crazy. What do you think would happen if I bought one swim suit and it fit nicely??? DUH I would buy more!!!! Instead I was told no and given some asinine excuse that made zero sense. This is a close out dream store. It used to be called Treasure Hunt and although, I liked it then. But, it was a bit too kinky. It's not like that anymore or not really. I mean it still has a lot of stuff. But, it more organized. You need to take your time when you come here. There are many things to look at. There are racks among racks of shoes and clothes. Many of them are good quality. I personally love the home finds. Not so much the furniture because they don't have the crazy deals- like 80% off furniture that Treasure Hunt had. Again though, this new store is so much more pleasurable to shop at. Side note: check your items as they ar me being rung up. I was double charged for one item. read more

I got a nice long sweater for $3, summer dress for $3, bodyshaper $5 Lots of choices and they have a small furniture section, houseware, toys, accessories section too! Too much Clothes! My family and I loved coming to this location when it was treasure hunt. Was hoping Crazy boss would be the same with a variety of home goods, electronics, furniture etc. Sadly it is not! The whole store is pretty much junky off brand clothing. You may find one or two good finds but nothing that gonna get me out of bed in the morning! Hoping they manage to get other products besides clothes as I know most people prefer the old treasure hunt/CCM over this new store. I'm hopeful they will get better products, but only time will tell! read more

This used to be a bins store where everything had a reasonable price due to the items being returned items. This store was renamed "Big Boss" and has had a "Grand Opening " sign for many years now. Prices here are higher than regular stores if not, equivalent. You cannot return or exchange anything. You cannot test anything. I saw a vacuum for $130 and it is the same price at target and everywhere else. This store is an Amazon return store; keep in mind that most items have been returned because they did not work or other reasons. Store is overpriced. Things are not new. I noticed that they only have like 20 menswear items and the rest are woman. I saw some people getting discriminated but I honestly thought I was overthinking till I saw another person type a review about that. I brought my purse in and the security told me it was too big. The security is different than other days but the one who makes the rules is the owner. The store is very strict. I have not seen a store where they ask you to leave your bag or purse behind. No food or drinks allowed, No big Bags or purses. No backpacks. No exchanges. Some signs say "Do Not Allow Children to Touch Items" Many employees seem to leave this job because of the atmosphere the owner is setting up. I have not seen the owner or manager reply to anybody's reviews. There are many great stores other than this one. Save your $$ and go somewhere else where people are not discriminated. read more

Horrible customer service. Spent an hour shopping with my mom and 2 kids, which anyone with kids knows how hard it is. Once we were ready to try on the clothes they said we couldn't, my mom asked why and they said the store policy is you can only try on clothing that is 25 dollars and up lol like really??? Make that make sense. Theybsaid they didn't want people damaging their cheaper clothing. I said fine, what's your return policy? They said you could not return. So you are basically hoping that the clothes will fit you when you purchase. And they were so rude about it as well. We left everything in the shopping cart and left. This place used to be pretty good. Was very organized, large selection of men's clothing as well as womens and children. Walked in today, looks like a discount tornado hit. Dozens of empty racks. 95 percent of the clothing is now women's clothing. I found 1 rack said "Men's shorts" uh 1 side is underwear of unusual sizes. The other side has maybe 10 pair of normal sized shorts the rest are all toddler sized or 50+. Found a rack of "Men's pants" again size 28, or size 52. They used to have an excellent selection of men's work boots and tactical boots. Now...less then one 8 ft long rack, and again mostly extreme sizes 7 or 13. The electronic and phone goodie area now looks like swapmeet crap. Most of the store items seem to reflect as much. The employees all seem to be more afraid of answering questions then they used to be, even security got downgraded from the rather SWAT Tactical security carrying 5 spare mags, on his belt, to a kid in a "Security" shirt and shorts. I used to spend a grip of money in the store on MENS clothing. The ONLY saving grace is that EVERYTHING in the store is CURRENTLY 50% MARKED PRICE. Couldn't take any pictures, because staff and security were preventative on that. read more

This is the worst discount store and management team I have ever experienced. Their nearly non-existent return policy allows store credits for electronics returns ONLY if the product is returned within 24 hours. Obviously, the electric gifts I bought for Christmas presents will not be opened within 24 hours of purchase. NOTHING else is returnable even if it is damaged or doesn't work, including all the Halloween decorations I tried to return because my wife didn't like them. Of course, the so-called manager pointed out their return policy sign, which was IN SPANISH!! When I asked for the general manager's number, she said, "I'm not going give you my father's number!" That explained everything. Daddy is her boss so she says and does whatever she wants. One of the worst managers I've ever dealt with in 60 years of buying things. To make matters worse, their products are crap. I just hope, but I doubt, that my electric Christmas gifts work. They basically hide their return policy signs, or have the Spanish ones hanging up and when I tried to return my purchases today, the so-called manager pointed out the "All Sales Final " sign, BEHIND MY BACK at the check out counter. Let's BOYCOTT CRAZY BOSS and drive them out of business. Maybe then Daddy will fire his incompetent and rude daughter!! Oh, as pointed out by others, i would say at least a third of the products don't have price tags. When I asked a worker for a price check, she said, "It's on there somewhere" and walked away. This place is amazing. The prices are wonderful. Went in with a friend yesterday and we were there for over three hours. They have lots of clothing all marked down, a lot of target items. First off, customer service was very sketchy and didn't seem professional at all but i liked the prices so we shopped. The cashiers were the ones giving very "i don't like my job so I'll take it out on the customer vibes" i say this because if someone is purchasing $400 worth of items and isn't giving anyone a hard time while doing so I'd be happy to help and not make them feel like a burden instead. But that's just me I guess. Carts didn't go outside, I understand why, but I had two cart full and I proceeded to take my items out by hand. Security was at the door and just asked for the receipt and didn't even offer to open the door while I struggled to take bags out by hand to my car. I grabbed a big lots cart that was outside in the parking lot to help me carry stuff out since it was literally going to take me 4 trips back and forth to my car that was parked right at the front. Security told me I can't use the big lots cart once I got inside not even a couple steps from the door. I had to carry my items to the cart outside in their logic. I just felt like my business wasn't needed and I definitely felt and looked ridiculous having to take my stuff out like this. Also i will be reporting them because I had a disabled person and a baby and they failed to meet the requirements to accommodate someone with a disability.
