Walked in the shop and was so disappointed at how unorganized everything seemed. The store is a small space with just racks of clothes mixed in. It seems like they try to color coordinate, but I felt like I was going through racks at ROSS. There was no organization or separation to tell what pieces were what. There were packages all over the floor underneath a rack of what seemed to be online orders waiting to ship, I would think these would be behind the counter not underneath a random rack where the customers can step on them or misplace them. Not a large selection of sizes. Don't think I'll be back. I was not greeted or asked if I needed assistance at any time. I drove to this store from L.A county (about 40 miles away) to a huge disappointment. I walked in and the owner literally just looked at me and turned away (Really? I have bought many things online from this boutique and loved it. The reason I'm rating it one star is because I had recently went to visit family in California (all the way from Atlanta, Ga where I live) and I decided to stop by since I love their clothing selection so much. Big. Mistake. i walked in, expected to be greeted, but nothing. (I had went in with a few people). The person I perceived to be the owner was cold and distant, and didn't seem to care if her customers were doing well. I went in to try on a dress and the zipper was ripped from before I attempted to try it on. What did I do being a heavier woman and trying to avoid conflict? I bought the dress because no matter what, they would blame it on me. (Which they did) Moral of the story? Going to these stores is like meeting your favorite celebrity and end up being disappointed in the end for how terrible they are in real life. Ordered a dress, went to pick it up and they gave me the wrong one. I noticed it wasn't the one I ordered the second she starting taking it out of the bag. I told her it was wrong and she continued to tell me that it was what I ordered without making sure and checking for herself. I posted on IG regarding what happened and asked that they make sure to package the orders correctly. My comment was then removed so I reposted it and she blocked me. What a joke. I had a very unpleasant experience on this boutique/store. My sister and I drove all the way from San Diego to this place due to the Instagram/Facebook posts we have seen. Once we got to the place we were not greeted at all. We started choosing the clothes we wanted to try on, as we proceeded to the fitting room we were told that we couldn't try anything at all. How are you going to buy something and not be allowed to try it on? I would understand if she would of given us a limit of 3 pieces per person. It was just a waste of my time. I placed two orders and I had to cancel them because she changed the pick up day twice and she offered to drop them off the following day for the inconvenience which she never did. I fallow this boutique on Instagram which they post really cute clothes, so my sister and I drove up to Fontana where the store is located keep in mind I live in La Habra/Fullerton so it's a far drive for us. So we get there we have to walk to the store due to a parade going on and they had the street closed, I called the store so they could tell me which way would be better to get there and it was much help, we get to the store and no "Hello" or "hi" which was kinda rude from the owner since she was there and I had talked to her on the phone, so I was kinda upset the store is small, they don't carry what they post or they don't have it in your size, and to top it off the sizes are way off. I'm excited to find this store in Fontana I follow them on Instagram all of their clothes look cute, so me and my sister went to check this place out and I was really disappointed it was very small their clothing rack shifted side to side making it hard to look at clothes their dressing room curtain is gappy so people can see you undress. After looking at the clothing feeling the material I was really disappointed all these clothes look like downtown LA clothes with a higher price I have no problem with downtown LA .love me some cheap clothes. I have followed Erikas boutique on instagram for about a good year i seen they had a Plus size page with lots of cute clothes but never made my way there till a month ago. I would comment on stuff asking if it's still in stock etc. and would never get a response. I seen a dress i really liked and wanted to wear it for my baby shower so i drove there,as soon as i walk in i was not greeted or asked if i need any help, so i take it upon myself to check out what they have which is 90% Small,Medium clothes so i asked for the plus size section and the owner i'm guessing points to a rack and says it's over there i just say ok? and walk over to see, i couldn't find the dress i was looking for so i went back and showed her a picture on my phone from there instagram page i asked Is this still in stock? She just says No and looks away and continues to put all her focus on the photo shoot. i'm just irritated at that point because i have never had such bad customer service at a clothing store!! I follow Erika's Boutique on Instagram....I always see all the postings for a lot of Cute Outfits....so I recently stopped by about a week ago and went on a shopping haul there =) This very cute little boutique is located in Fontana in a shopping plaza that is very easy to find. It's a small boutique but very cute and nice décor and a little lounge area just in case your guests would like to sit and relax while you shop. Everything that posting on her Instagram is always fashionable. Erika has always been so sweet and kind and very professional and has greeted me as I stepped foot in her boutique. She is very helpful in also helping you select outfits and colors that are based on your body type and style. Honestly, I am so Happy I stopped by and bought quite a few dresses. I loved the items she has in her shop...that I have gone back there at least 2-3 times in less than 2 weeks...they get new shipment every Weds...weekly so keep you eyes posted. If the drive to Fontana is a bit too far you can always shop online also....that's what I would suggest....I am not sure where the bad reviews are coming from but if you are clearly unhappy about something it would suggest you be VOCAL and bring it to her attention I am pretty sure as a business owner she would like to be informed ....so they can make it a more pleasant exper. for you....Overall, I would suggest anyone of my friends or family or co worker to shop here....I am happy with all my purchases there and I am looking forward to being a loyal customer here....=) read more

I've heard and read the bad reviews and I should of believed them I mean all expect for 1 review are bad and not everyone can be wrong right! To start with the lack of customer service from Erika herself and all her staff its horrible bad attitudes as if they are making you a favor by helping you. I had a dress I needed to return or exchange I would of been ok with either or I tried reaching her via instagram direct message prior to taking the drive to the store but her lack of response left me with no other option than to drive to the store and ask in person, when I get to the store I asked her what was her return policy? she then answer "7 days for refunds with original receipt and the items still having tags" I then told her oh ok not a problem the dress is new haven't worn it as I didn't like the fit once I tried it on. Then she looks at the dress new in the bag with tags and original receipt and then say "oh no, not this one" I could only exchange it, which I would of been ok with making a simple exchange for something that fit to my liking but Erika and her staff made me feel so uncomfortable shopping for my exchange item as I can hear them talking about me and staring at my the whole time. I even asked Erika if I can make just order online as I simply wanted to leave and half of the things she post on instagram she doesn't have in her store and she answer so rude "Its the same thing" all pissed off. The whole thing was super upsetting I had to hold my composure to not tell them off, but I went ahead and found what I was going to get in exchange (which it wasn't even what I wanted because she had nothing in-stock) but anyhow at the end I took my things to her and she answer all pissed "You still have $13" (she has nothing for that amount so I just "KEEP THEM" didn't give me a exchange receipt or said anything I just grabbed my bag and left. As soon as I got to my car I deleted her from my instagram a business like this does not deserve good paying customers. WOULD NEVER recommend this store even if it was your last option Fashion Q or Forever 21 has so many nicer items at a better price but most of all the have GOOD Customer Service and friendly staff. read more
