I placed my order November 16 for a jumpsuit that I wanted for my company's Christmas party for December 6. Today is November 11 and the item still has not been shipped nor has the label been created so if you need your purchase within a week or two it's not the right place to buy it at It's already gonna be almost one month since my purchase read more

Erika's Boutique - Purchase - Women's Clothing Near Me - Fontana, California

Horrible customer service , & I mean HORRIBLE never been to a boutique this bad ! Last month I went in looking for a dress she was watching a "novela" on her phone the whole time ! no one greets you or even acknowledges you're in there . She doesn't even have half the stuff on her ig , & sure doesn't smile like ig , THEN Friday I went in asked for about 10 different dresses from ig to which she just responded NO .... I asked when they'd have them in stock ? Her answer I don't know ... I don't understand how this place is still up and running ... read more

Walked in the shop and was so disappointed at how unorganized everything seemed. The store is a small space with just racks of clothes mixed in. It seems like they try to color coordinate, but I felt like I was going through racks at ROSS. There was no organization or separation to tell what pieces were what. There were packages all over the floor underneath a rack of what seemed to be online orders waiting to ship, I would think these would be behind the counter not underneath a random rack where the customers can step on them or misplace them. Not a large selection of sizes. Don't think I'll be back. I was not greeted or asked if I needed assistance at any time. The shop owner and an assistant were to busy gossiping to acknowledge a customer. read more

I drove to this store from L.A county (about 40 miles away) to a huge disappointment. I walked in and the owner literally just looked at me and turned away (Really? NO HELLO No WELCOME) I walked around and had some pieces in mind and after some thought I refused to buy anything from a business owner that is rude. Waste of my time and will not support a business owner with horrible customer service skills. I rather waste my money elsewhere. Erika should read all her previous post from previous yelpers and should seriously consider an attitude adjustment. Without customers your nothing so why treat us with NO respect? Just a thought read more

wow Erika and her staff have the worst customer service they just don't even acknowledge you what so ever !!!!!! Being a business owner myself I have many things that come to mind like let's not forget that the customers have us in business if it wasn't for them you wouldn't even have the boutique!!! I'm sure that if you would've greeted your customers and a smile more most of the bed reviews would be more positive read more

This is the worst customer service I have ever received from any online shop, ever again will I spent my money here. The owner is so rude when asking a simple question about their pick up system, you would think she would post it clearly on the website or IG page. Don't go where your business isn't appreciated, so many other shops that are the most nicest people, they deserve that loyalty and money! Not this chick! Hell no! read more

I think it's ridiculous how they do absolutely no refunds & you can only exchange if the item is in stock. they only have a limited amount of variety so how is it our fault if you have no more stock?? the LEAST you can do is offer online store credit but no not even that. They're so quick to take your money but when it comes to helping you out they could care less. All they want is for you to click the submit button after that you're shit out of luck. Go to Fashion District ladies because that's where they purchase their things anyways. read more

This place is CLOSED. Will be an online store only. I guess she finally read all her bad yelp reviews.... I wanted to post this in case anyone tried to make the trip out to visit the store. read more

This online boutique never replies to DMs or emails. I will never buy from here again. I'm an online shopper but I think ill continue with VB, M.Caroline and Tina's fashion. Because I don't think she cares too much about her online customers anyways. SO PLEASE GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO OTHER ONLINE BOUTIQUES, THAT CARE. No this one!! read more

I have bought many things online from this boutique and loved it. The reason I'm rating it one star is because I had recently went to visit family in California (all the way from Atlanta, Ga where I live) and I decided to stop by since I love their clothing selection so much. Big. Mistake. i walked in, expected to be greeted, but nothing. (I had went in with a few people). The person I perceived to be the owner was cold and distant, and didn't seem to care if her customers were doing well. I went in to try on a dress and the zipper was ripped from before I attempted to try it on. What did I do being a heavier woman and trying to avoid conflict? I bought the dress because no matter what, they would blame it on me. (Which they did) Moral of the story? Going to these stores is like meeting your favorite celebrity and end up being disappointed in the end for how terrible they are in real life. I still shop occasionally from here online but not as much as I used too. Still trying to learn my lesson here. read more

I drove an hour and a half to this store, I will say...I was not disappointed! Such beautiful clothes, reasonably priced, all sizes available!! Stylish plus size clothes which you do not find anywhere else, especially at these prices!! Erika was super sweet too, the attention to the customer was amazing! I highly recommend it...I will be back! read more

Erika's Boutique - Fontana location, great place! - Women's Clothing Near Me - Fontana, California

There was not many choices in sizes all they had was either small or large no medium. I saw quite a couple of their items were damaged so be careful which items you choose. It is also very inconvenient that you cannot try on the clothes. You do not get greeted as you walk in and you do not get asked if you need any help. When asking for assistance the owner is very cold read more

Ordered a dress, went to pick it up and they gave me the wrong one. I noticed it wasn't the one I ordered the second she starting taking it out of the bag. I told her it was wrong and she continued to tell me that it was what I ordered without making sure and checking for herself. I posted on IG regarding what happened and asked that they make sure to package the orders correctly. My comment was then removed so I reposted it and she blocked me. What a joke. Know how to run a business correctly if you're gonna have one. read more

I had a very unpleasant experience on this boutique/store. My sister and I drove all the way from San Diego to this place due to the Instagram/Facebook posts we have seen. Once we got to the place we were not greeted at all. We started choosing the clothes we wanted to try on, as we proceeded to the fitting room we were told that we couldn't try anything at all. How are you going to buy something and not be allowed to try it on? I would understand if she would of given us a limit of 3 pieces per person. It was just a waste of my time. They don't carry any other size than Small. Not a big selection of items. I DON'T RECOMMEND VISITING THIS STORE. I would give this place negative stars if I could. Don't waste your time, shop somewhere else... read more

I was really looking forward to shopping at this Boutique, I said WAS!! The dresses are nice but sizes are very limited. The customer service I received was very poor. The owner was actually there at the time of my visit. She is nicer on social media than she is in person. I was not greeted nor acknowledged when looking for a specific item. Hope she realizes her business relies on her customer service not just her clothes. read more

Not a very friendly environment, I walked in an said hello since no one greeted me and got no response. I was willing to take a drive to check out this place and regret wasting my time. I even overheard one of the ladies in there say to leave the owner alone because she was working, the owner was just standing there with a dreadful face. Bad experience. Wouldn't bother going back. read more

Love this place it has the best clothes, very good quality and prices. I love going to the store because the girls are very attentive and sweet. I once ordered online and the dress didn't fit me so I went to the store n exchange it, the owner Erika was very patience and helpful. I will definitely go back! read more

I'm excited to find this store in Fontana I follow them on Instagram all of their clothes look cute, so me and my sister went to check this place out and I was really disappointed it was very small their clothing rack shifted side to side making it hard to look at clothes their dressing room curtain is gappy so people can see you undress. After looking at the clothing feeling the material I was really disappointed all these clothes look like downtown LA clothes with a higher price I have no problem with downtown LA .love me some cheap clothes. I guess like they say things look better in pictures. If you're on the heavier side I wouldn't recommend this place they don't carry bigger sizes. read more

This is the worse run business ever. So unprofessional. I don't know how they still manage to stay up. I was a previous customer . They are rude and unprofessional. I took the drive today looking for a dress and her shop is GONE. No notice at all, i follow her instagram page she could have atleast notified her followers. I called twice... no answer. She does not care about her business or her customers . Don't bother with this boutique read more

I was very disappointed.. I placed two orders and I had to cancel them because she changed the pick up day twice and she offered to drop them off the following day for the inconvenience which she never did. You can't speak with anyone directly you can only text and she takes a long time to answer. I don't recommend this place at all! read more

They never have an sortment of sizes. This place is awful, visited the store once and they have terrible customer service skills.

This place really wasn't worth my drive. Nothing they post on instagram was available in store very small place and the worst part is you can't even try the clothes on. So, for those people who are non-locals this sucks. Most of the sizes they had were either small or plus size and even plus size didn't have much choice. Never coming back. read more

I was referred by a relative to checkout the website. A lot of the clothes listed is very nice however everything was either sold out or the only size available was small. Very little inventory. Also a size chart isn't available. read more

I been here maybe 3 times and i have always had a pleasent experience :) . Cute affordable clothing.

I walked in with my friend. The owner did not greet us and when we asked her a question her tone in response was very rude. I no longer follow them on IG. read more

Horrible Horrible customer service.Clients are what keep your business going and for you to not at least greet is very selfish. You did not greet or acknowledge us as we walked in I would think looking back on every accurate review it would be different . Never visited an instagram boutique with this kind of service. read more

Cute clothes. Horrible customer service. Wouldn't mind the drive if the owner was nicer. If she is not willing to be nice she should just stay as an online store only. read more

Worst online store online..yes they may have the custest clothes ..but worse service ever..and return policy is stupid

Horrible costumer service, drove all the way from Downey and walked out empty handed, didn't have to many selection. Pretty much what is on there social media, is not in the store. read more

I follow Erika's Boutique on Instagram....I always see all the postings for a lot of Cute Outfits....so I recently stopped by about a week ago and went on a shopping haul there =) This very cute little boutique is located in Fontana in a shopping plaza that is very easy to find. It's a small boutique but very cute and nice décor and a little lounge area just in case your guests would like to sit and relax while you shop. Everything that posting on her Instagram is always fashionable. Erika has always been so sweet and kind and very professional and has greeted me as I stepped foot in her boutique. She is very helpful in also helping you select outfits and colors that are based on your body type and style. Honestly, I am so Happy I stopped by and bought quite a few dresses. I loved the items she has in her shop...that I have gone back there at least 2-3 times in less than 2 weeks...they get new shipment every Weds...weekly so keep you eyes posted. If the drive to Fontana is a bit too far you can always shop online also....that's what I would suggest....I am not sure where the bad reviews are coming from but if you are clearly unhappy about something it would suggest you be VOCAL and bring it to her attention I am pretty sure as a business owner she would like to be informed ....so they can make it a more pleasant exper. for you....Overall, I would suggest anyone of my friends or family or co worker to shop here....I am happy with all my purchases there and I am looking forward to being a loyal customer here....=) read more

I have followed Erikas boutique on instagram for about a good year i seen they had a Plus size page with lots of cute clothes but never made my way there till a month ago. I would comment on stuff asking if it's still in stock etc. and would never get a response. I seen a dress i really liked and wanted to wear it for my baby shower so i drove there,as soon as i walk in i was not greeted or asked if i need any help, so i take it upon myself to check out what they have which is 90% Small,Medium clothes so i asked for the plus size section and the owner i'm guessing points to a rack and says it's over there i just say ok? and walk over to see, i couldn't find the dress i was looking for so i went back and showed her a picture on my phone from there instagram page i asked Is this still in stock? She just says No and looks away and continues to put all her focus on the photo shoot. i'm just irritated at that point because i have never had such bad customer service at a clothing store!! I walked out after that. I am glad i didn't spend one cent of my money with them I have unfollowed there page and have no interest in them what's so ever. read more

This place deserves no star especially when the unwelcoming customer service is from the "owner" of this place. As happy and warming as she seems on her Instagram posts about her boutique, she's should be like that in person also! No sort of customer service whatsoever from Erika. Very disappointing, maybe they should take customer service skills before opening up a so called business at the end of the day it's us customers that help her business keep going. read more

The worst boutique ever totally bad customer service they don't even great you or anything she is rude we drove an hour to go to this boutique and couldn't even try on clothes this store is such a disappointment I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE AT ALL read more

they are getting one star because i have to in order to leave a comment, but they have the most ridiculous policy ever..no returns!! if your clients order online at least give the online shoppers the chance to return! then exchanges within 7 days only! really!?? it was my first time shopping with you and my last! extremely unsatisfied!! read more

The owner is so rude. I posted a comment on instagram regarding my experience at her store and she wasn't very happy about it. Not only did she delete my comment but blocked me LOL. This LADY is mature enough to learn how to accept negative comments/reviews and learn how to provide better customer service. She obviously does not want people to get the wrong impression of her store which is why she feels she has to delete comments. read more

Wish there was a 0 star to rate this place! Walking into this place is like walking into a place where they hate you. WORST, HORRIBLE service ever!!!! I'm even scared to ask if I can try anything on because you're a ghost in there, they won't even acknowledged that you're there. Besides the fact of their callejones clothes, their prices are extremely expensive. Never would go back to this horrible place. I'm surprise they're still in business. read more

I fallow this boutique on Instagram which they post really cute clothes, so my sister and I drove up to Fontana where the store is located keep in mind I live in La Habra/Fullerton so it's a far drive for us. So we get there we have to walk to the store due to a parade going on and they had the street closed, I called the store so they could tell me which way would be better to get there and it was much help, we get to the store and no "Hello" or "hi" which was kinda rude from the owner since she was there and I had talked to her on the phone, so I was kinda upset the store is small, they don't carry what they post or they don't have it in your size, and to top it off the sizes are way off. So if your planning on going don't waste your time I don't recommend -also it's not worth the price, and they are not friendly or helpful- bad costumer service. read more

I've heard and read the bad reviews and I should of believed them I mean all expect for 1 review are bad and not everyone can be wrong right! To start with the lack of customer service from Erika herself and all her staff its horrible bad attitudes as if they are making you a favor by helping you. I had a dress I needed to return or exchange I would of been ok with either or I tried reaching her via instagram direct message prior to taking the drive to the store but her lack of response left me with no other option than to drive to the store and ask in person, when I get to the store I asked her what was her return policy? she then answer "7 days for refunds with original receipt and the items still having tags" I then told her oh ok not a problem the dress is new haven't worn it as I didn't like the fit once I tried it on. Then she looks at the dress new in the bag with tags and original receipt and then say "oh no, not this one" I could only exchange it, which I would of been ok with making a simple exchange for something that fit to my liking but Erika and her staff made me feel so uncomfortable shopping for my exchange item as I can hear them talking about me and staring at my the whole time. I even asked Erika if I can make just order online as I simply wanted to leave and half of the things she post on instagram she doesn't have in her store and she answer so rude "Its the same thing" all pissed off. The whole thing was super upsetting I had to hold my composure to not tell them off, but I went ahead and found what I was going to get in exchange (which it wasn't even what I wanted because she had nothing in-stock) but anyhow at the end I took my things to her and she answer all pissed "You still have $13" (she has nothing for that amount so I just "KEEP THEM" didn't give me a exchange receipt or said anything I just grabbed my bag and left. As soon as I got to my car I deleted her from my instagram a business like this does not deserve good paying customers. WOULD NEVER recommend this store even if it was your last option Fashion Q or Forever 21 has so many nicer items at a better price but most of all the have GOOD Customer Service and friendly staff. read more
